Greetings from Ireland!I was actually born in Darwin but moved to Ireland at the age of 3 - now at the age of 40 I am making my first return visit which lasts for 5 weeks. The final part of my trip involved a road trip from Sydney to Brisbane (driving over 5 days with a different place to stay each night). This was one of the many caches I found on that 5 day part of the trip. Tftc!
Heading up the road to the closure for a walk.
Quick find and a place to park right next to the cache
Thank you for hiding

Thank you. Twas fun. Posed for some fake photos to throw muggles off the scent xxx
Today, I joined a few friends with an early hike to Pages Pinnacle. We departed from Neranwood Park to take the steep ascent, and then had an adventurous climb along the razorback before getting treated to great views at that local summit. Following the walk, I took a drive along Mount Nimmel Road, and then walked up further fire tracks whilst finding the *Austin Powers* series. Mudgeeraba Creek rock pool certainly appeared to be enticing to make a dip, as there were a few people about.
It was then a drive along/through Upper Mudgeeraba, and then along a few scenic routes that traversed Advancetown Lake / Hinze Dam. I did pop into Hinze Dam and completed the [Hinze Dam Walk](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/92f34238-e46a-4fb5-8b34-2d6c632e5b83
) Adventure Lab. A few final stops were made in Mount Nathan, before heading home for the day.
As I was approaching this geocache from the other direction, I had to pull across the side of the road to safely park, but no issues. It was then a short walk back where I then made a quick find of the geocache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Came by today to collect the extra container and leave a new clean log in the container we’ll be leaving and we added a rubber O ring to the container to help keep it dry. All good here now.
Cheers and happy caching!

Nice quick find. Two containers is unusual but found 1 space for my name on the not mouldy log. tftc
Found 2 caches here. The log in one is full and the other is rotten so I didn't sign. Why 2?
Having climbed a hill to collect the Austin Powers series I thought I would continue on to Mt Nimmel collecting caches along the way...
This one is all in the name... but there are two caches here... both in the same position... weird... TFTC...

I found this one on the ground and I don't think it can attach to its location properly anymore. Any who, i signed the log and returned it to a likely spot. I'll do a maintenance log for the cache owner to check on it.

We can only assume geocachers have not been logging their DNF's on this one as we couldn't find it and it's been a while since it's last find. Anyway, cache is now replaced and here to be found.
Cheers and happy caching!

TFTC! The log was wedged in good and seems wet so we didn’t want to risk pulling it out and tearing it so didn’t sign. Took a photo though.
Like all the others today ... only able to log on this today . Thanks for this find ... sneaky and just outta sight
Watawieh from Norfolk Island South Pacific.

Found this one with BeZe83 while house sitting out in the hinterland! Very intuitive; easily enough information to find quickly. Maybe only tricky if you haven't seen a nano before - take note of the magnetic hint.
At and about in this beautiful picturesque part of the Gold Coast with geo friends picking up a few caches along the way. This was my first visit to the area even though I have lived on the Northern end for over 25 years, I had never ventured down this way before. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the good hide & TFTC
Checked on this one today. It was still in place and well hidden. Sorry to the new geocacher who didn't spot it or recognise it as a cache.
Happy caching.............
Happy caching.............
These windy roads are marking Cletus car sick tftc with indianagleeson and geohound
I spotted this nice little cache straight away after reading the hint. It's a busy road so both care and stealth is required (especially on a busy Saturday morning!)
TFTC!

Who knows what on earth the passing cars thought I was doing as a stood here trying to extract the log from from this wee cache. I'd come from the cache up the hill and was parked back at the turnoff where I walked over to GZ from.
The find was an easy one, without need for my phone, but as we've all struggled with nanos before I hoped against hope that no muggles would pass. Yeah right! After what seed like an eon, I finally managed to unleash the scroll, so I quickly scribbled my mark and replaced before attracting any more weird looks.
Cheers to Aussie Liahona for yet another cache populating this stretch of road and giving me a distraction on my drive today.

Stopped to check on the cache. It was still there but the elevation had been changed and it was pretty well unreachable. I had to bring the car up really close and stand on the side step (what we used to call the running board, lol.) I've placed it where it should be and so it should be an easy find now.

Drove out here on a lovely sunny afternoon to do some cache maintenance. We left this cache with a new log already to go with plenty of room to sign.
