Logs
An easy find but we have another case of added log sheet - this time some cardboard making extraction difficult. Added "G.M." to the log. Tftc, Aussie Liahona.
Visiting South East Queensland for a week from Port Macquarie. This morning we ventured out towards Springbrook before returning in the early afternoon to do a spot of caching around Robina and then raced over to Currumbin just in time for the afternoon Lorikeet feeding.Nice to stop after a slow winding drive through the bends. A quick find, the log is a little damp and starting to fall apart but still usable. Thanks for the cache
After parking up we managed to make a quick find for this one. At least now the name makes sense. We had to wait a while to replace it as a Ute turned up to dispose of a bunch if rubbish, but we managed in the end. Thanks for the cache!
Visiting my brother on the Gold Coast for the weekend and went for a drive to see the greatest lookout and I needed a cache to continue my ongoing streak.
Arfter viewing the greatest lookout we were making out way back home when I saw this one we would be passing and had to jump out and have a look.
Tftc today makes day 94 of my ongoing streak

After completing the new adlab up here some of the crew wanted to add more finds to the tally for the day.
Have always driven past this one, finally got to sign the log
Thank you for hiding this one

Visiting from New Zealand and staying a few days in Springbrook. Today we drove to the Natural Bridge, trying to collect as many caches as possible. Caching here is much more nerve wracking for us as so many creepy crawlies are around with reputations of being deadly. In New Zealand I would put my hand into any dark hole whereas here it’s lots of poking with a stick. This cache is currently just behind the barrier for the road closure, but is still accessible on foot. Thanks to a great hint the log was soon signed and the cache replaced. Thanks for the smiley
Really appreciated the easy find after a DNF on a nearby one that was really frustrating
Quick little find after a beautiful drive up the windy mountain….Thank you for placing this cachet
Thanks for this! Our favourite area in south east Queensland for sure. Make sure you do the purling brook walk, and the best of all lookout!
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I had planned a hike in Springbrook National Park. We descended into Waringa Pool and Purling Brook Falls, and were lucky to get a car park given how many people were enjoying Easter Friday today. A great little walk followed by a nearby lunch. We then scoped out the Tweed Caldera at Best of All Lookout.
On our return home, and given the recent heavy rain, we made a stop off at Hinze Dam, and greeted by the significant water release into the creek/river below.
This cache was a quick park and grab as we headed up to Springbrook National Park. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Aussie Liahona for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

A quick grab with lisylou and mnance101 and muggle friend after walking purlingbrook Creek tftc
Quick find with bennyboppers and mnance101 today after visiting purlingbrook falls. Tftc
It's all in the name really. One of many on a fun day of caching in the rain with Peppa.
After being turned around at Mudgeeraba Creek this was a nice quick park’n’grab... tftc...
Have checked on this one and was surprised to find it gone.
It's been replaced again and we hope this one will last a bit longer.
Cheers and happy caching!

Checked on this one after reports of the lid being difficult to remove.
We found the container to be cracked so we've replaced it with a clear pico.
Cheers and happy caching!

Visiting some friends who live here on the GC. Out hiking in Springbrook today and stopped for a quick cache. Nice hiding spot TFTC
Took a trip up to Springbrook to celebrate the road being open again and there just happened to be a few uncollected smileys on the way. Despite some machinery parked at GZ there was plenty of room left and no muggles! Another neat cache. TFTC Aussie Liahona.
Forgot to log this yesterday! Found with the group after the event at springbrook! Tftc!
On our way home from the event on the mountain via the newly re-opened road. This was our first stop on the way.

Sunday. Found this one today on my own as I was heading home. I couldn’t get the name of this cache until I was at GZ! The road was closed for some sort of works in the area, so I had no trouble whatsoever in parking right near GZ and grabbing this one! If only all roadside caches were this easy to ‘park and grab’!!
This was the 5th of 5 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Aussie Liahona***, for showing us this place.

Morning Drive out to Natural Bridge, picking up as many caches along the way. Tftc. lovely way to spend a beautiful day.
While staying in Surfers Paradise with our caravan in order to visit with our niece and her family while they are holidaying on the Gold Coast from Adelaide we still found time to do this caches. A nice hide in a very scenic area. Thankyou Aussie Liahona for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area Tricky hide, fav point alloc. We were going to do the loop but the road was closed.
Now when I see that a cache has not been found for some time, in this case seven months and then someone logs it, I often query the log.
Well in this instance not only did I find it but also photographed both location with cache intact and the cache itself.as evidence should I get challenged, very clever hide though obvious for an experienced geocacher and an innovative container of which I have never seen before
Thanks Aussie Liahona for a creative though simple cache

Last of the day today and the end of the road for some whilst the nearby roadworks are going on. Parked back the way a bit and headed down to the now deserted workmen stuff. Ccahe was soon in hand and replaced as found.

Another day and some more awesome sights and sites to enjoy and explore. We headed out to Springbrook and had a great day with walks and waterfalls, skinks and sunshine, picnic and pictures and much to enjoy in this wonderful area.
Over on holiday from N Z for a week visiting relatives and the local ccahing flora and fauna have been checked to see just what is available to find. This is not intended to be a massive caching trip, but I did manage to pick up a new G P S whilst over here so that will help with the disappointements of the current unreliable Etrex20. Targets were to be as many of the Earthcaches as could be managed, an old ccahe in a hidden month not in N Z and anything local, whilst 'passing', within the tolerance of the family. So far so good in respect to quality rather than quantity.

Found with stairman1. Road is still blocked. Lucky we could walk to it. .All good. Thanks. AL
Had planned to have a crack at this one as we were in the area for a concert but ran out of time.
After our roadtrip thruogh New Zealand, we had a couple of days to spend in Australia at the Gold Coast. We had a very good time and we also did some geocaches. This was one of those geocaches.
Aussie Liahona hartelijk dank voor het leggen en onderhouden van deze cache.

At and about in this beautiful picturesque part of the Gold Coast with geo friends picking up a few caches along the way. This was my first visit to the area even though I have lived on the Northern end for over 25 years, I had never ventured down this way before. Thanks Aussie Liahona for yet another neat hide
Visited this one today. All is o.k. with the cache. It had let in a bit of moisture, but with the heavy rain we've had that is probably not surprising. Log is still find though, being waterproof. It's a good idea to use a Uni Power Tank Pen as they will write on anything, including wet paper and will also write upside down.
Happy caching................

On the way back from Purlingbrook falls. The hardest thing was getting the log out of the container.
