Last day on the road of my 2 week road trip around some of the nearby state. From here it's off to Vegas for a Mega Event....before heading home to Australia

All the exit caches, and caches at the exits were good finds, some taking a little longer due ot muggle activity, but all were found and in good shape.

Thanks for this one...and greetings from Australia.

Found this one with Nicooole on our way home to Kansas. I have a thing about sliding doors - there was a movie named that and that is where it comes from. If you take a right or a left or stay longer or shorter does that effect the outcome of things. I know too much thought for a cache log - but I did think over and over on what if we hadn't stopped or what if... we were very close to a wreck about 20 minutes from here by an overturned cattle truck. Sorry the ramble - but I loved stopping for caches and I appreciate it was a trifecta! TNLN TFTC!

On a business trip which afforded a couple extra days for us to pull some crazy wall to wall caching. Up all night and all day with little sleep in between but managed to get five states in one day on this trip. Amazing how sparse some areas were, which made for some long stretches in between caches. Had a goal to pick up at least twenty in each of the states, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. We did a little better than that but didn't leave much time for power caching. Still this was one of around 150 for the couple of days we had to spend in the area. Loved the August moon, saw an incredible meteor burn up in the early morning hours and the cool fog that seems to creep in every evening. Saw tons of interesting things but my personal favs were the Daniel Boon National Forest and the oil refineries on the Kentucky, West Virginia border. Enjoyed all the caches and just want to say thanks to all the CO's for the effort and maintenance. Lots of caches left on the table but perhaps next time we'll have more than just a couple days to spend. Sorry for the cut and paste nature of the legs but need to maintain my sanity. Thanks again, See you on the trail and cache on!

I guess the other Wisconsin geocachers decided not to attempt this one today! The cache is definitely there. Found it, signed the log and then continued our drive. It is nice to have some geocaches at rest areas to give us a chance to stretch and focus on something other than the road. TFTC

Well, I had on my short pants, and there were briars, plus they are doing some clean-up of the area. No fault of yours. Maybe next time I'm by here. TFTC.

Heading home with the family (bapierson & LEGOexplorer) after vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains. Gave this one a good search, but came up empty handed just like the previous searchers.

We must've found the wrong stumps, because OnTheGo68 and I ended up stumped on this one.
