Thanks for getting me out of the car and finding my 30 minutes of exercise today. Was a nice quiet day to visit. Cache in great condition.
Went all the way around, but grass is very high and dry. Snake season. Might have to come back.
Every time I come back to Dimboola I am reminded of what a lovely town it is. I was on an errand to the hardware today so decided to have a walk to this cache. It was nice to read the signage re history of Burke and Wills and Chinese heritage in the town.
Made a quick find of the cache in its nice hiding spot. Someone had kindly left a half drunk soft drink bottle in beside the cache, so in keeping with the CO’s request I removed it and placed it in the bin at the parking spot. A favourite point has to be given for the location and the CITO ethos. Thanks.

A quick and easy find after an overnight stay in town. Recent slashing of the area immediately around GZ made it easier to access the cache.

Geoturtle37 and I took the opportunity to find this cache whilst we weren't far away. We were lucky that it wasn't any warmer as the grass was about three feet high and quite thick after all the rain we have had. Thanks for the cache.
Lovely stroll along the path then cross country. Wouldn't like to do this one in summer.......Thanks
After a fabulous meal at the pub we went for a walk to use up some extra calories, and what a wonderful walk it was, picked up a couple of caches on the way, thanks for placing this one

School holidays are here and the road beckoned! Cruised through St Arnaud then through Donald, into Warracknabeal and on to Dimboola... Staying in Dimboola, we trekked around town this afternoon, picking up all of the caches we could find. Thanks for the cache Buntysnuts!

On my way to SA to catch up with the Crew for some caching fun and to tackle the border track for a few days.
We don’t often get together these days but when we do, we certainly have fun and many laughs.
Really enjoyed the walk around the Gardens
Thank you for the Bonus cache and the opportunity to find it.

On the hunting trail again with SeasonedBird. I’ll leave the more interesting & detailed log to Mrs Geo (aka: SeasonedBird, Salty Chook, the Old Boiler, Old Chook, Dirty Bird or Angry Bird) because she writes so much more eloquently than I and usually has much more time to do so while I’m driving. It’s a great day for caching. TFTC Buntysnuts

frmen1 and I were here in February but it was way too hot and snakey for me to try for these. A beautiful light fog added to the atmosphere. TFTC
I like this standard of caching, not too difficult to find, very quiet remote tracks. Birds everywhere and dry creek beds. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for placing it.
The team headed off to Adelaide for a wedding for a couple of weeksin the caravan, exploring Victorian and South Australian country side, with many campsites to stay at, and many more caches to find along the way. Thanks so much to the CO's maintaining these for us to explore.
Couldn't find the track on the bikes but found the cache easy as. #1008.

The GPS took me around a bit at first but what has been seen cannot be unseen and I found it eventually. Tftc!
Was looking for geocaches while on a scenic bike ride on the AFL Grand Final weekend!

Heading to Horsham, following a few days of fun around Loxton, of course we had to gather in a clutch of unfound caches around Dimboola.
A hide winding back - 9 years on the gameboard Well Done!

St Arnaud to Horsham
With the event now over we have made tracks for a town we have not been to before.
After setting up camp we took an afternoon drive to Dimboola.
With the lid broken we decided to leave a new plastic container, left all the original contents in it.
Thankyou for placing this cache Buntysnuts

Great scenery! I had fun with my 8yo.
The container and bag might need replacing in case of rain.

Leaving my stop over in Dimbolla and doing a few around the area before heading west to find a few more.
After finding sleeping beauty I mad my way around the tracks going this way and that way till I found this one.
Thanks Buntysnuts TFTC.

TFTC.We parked at the recreation reserve for an overnight stay. After setting up and lunch we set of to attempt some of the local caches. We had parked their grove hi Le at Sleeping Beauty and walked the couple of hundred meters up the track. A quick easy find.
A quick find because it was exposed. I am not sure that it was where it is supposed to be. I left it where I found and covered it. I try not to move other peoples caches. TFTC.
After having spent a couple of days, with hevwalker, at St Arnaud for a fun filled weekend of caching and events... it was time to make our way home to SA
Stopped at Dimboola to find as many of the town caches as we could.
A short stroll to this one on a warm afternoon, wary of slithering things, none spotted here thank goodness
Lid is deteriorating, some holes in it. Also perhaps a plastic container is a safer option. Had only found a broken glass cache container yesterday

3LG & I were on our way home from St Arnaud's event weekend and stopped by here to grab a multi and a few traditionals in the town...
We went for a walk along the track a bit until it was time to leave it...
We were being very vigilant that there weren't any sticks moving...we did not see any...
The jar needs replacing as it is cracked and the lid is deteriorating...perhaps a plastic container would be more appropriate...
Thanks for placing the cache in this lovely area...

Found it took a bit of looking. Walked over top of it almost straight away but didn’t see it looked at a few post and figured it out.
