Found the “cosy spot” and “small rock” but did not find the cache, bit of a disappointment but good hiding spot anyway
Looks like this one is missing haven't time to fix at the minute so feel this is the best option
Great location for a cache, we love the surf beaches at Venus bay. funny I've spent every summer up here and never knew these were hidden udder our noses. TFTC
It was starting to sprinkle with rain so thankfully no one was around. Thanks for the cache!

Venus's 3rd Beach and another smiley token, a bit early for muggles!
After an early start this morning, as we hoped to put a few smiley tokens on the page 38 map in an effort to complete the Victorian Country Road Atlas Challenge before it celebrates its 10th anniversary of placement later this year.
Our thanks to Gonefishen07 for placing this cache.

I shouldn't speak too soon, but 3/3 so far this afternoon. Good spot and muggle in car just out of sight this time. Can't get much better.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Found this one totally exposed so signed the log and re hide out of sight. Some great wave coming in.TFTC
Out on a Sunday drive actually to place one of our own caches and thought we would go a lottle further as we were only 5 away from 400 finds...yay!... ended up here in Venus Bay. Nice view of the beach. Tyftc.
Wasn't under rocks but well hidden, you might need to get down low to find it. Nice hide
Quick find, but not under a rock? Was under te trunk of a small tree? On the right side of the track when facing the beach for those that need a further clue. Log signed and on our way. Tftc!
Couldn't find this one for the life of me. We were scrub bashing for ages. GPS was jumping around so bad. Maby next time. Cheers
In venus bay for easter with ned and mrs kelly, and geoquinnies and muggle relative. gracias gonefishen07
Found at 12:29
A short detour while on our way back to the house. The kids complained about the slog up from the beach but we're soon in search mode. Found after ignoring the hint.
Thanks Gonefishen07 for another nice cache.

Love this beach! Absolutely amazing! I've been in Australia for 3 years and always would go to inverloch beach....... Then I found this little treasure. Only thing is.... No dogs allowed
A few muggles around but managed to easily locate cache, sign the log, and replace without being seen. The beach looks magnificent today, despite the clouds. TFTC
Well hidden! Kept the kids going for ages trying to find it around the muffles wandering down!
This one was out in the open so very easy to see and find and wonder it's still there with muggles using this track.. Covered it over ....
No cars in the car park today, so we were able to take our time, but it was found by the geokids before we got there again LOL Thanks for another lovely spot with more gorgeous views
It's the middle of winter but the muggle level was high. We got a few looks. But the cache was soon in hand. Geochild found this one. Thanks. Silkyie
Quick find no muggles as its off season however not able to grab log as it was in there pretty tight !
Thanks for replacing this one GF07. Today was the last chance we had to clear up those caches we missed in May. Took a little bit of feeling about in the wet, but came up with it in the end.
Travelling to South Gippsland with the two geokids (aged 4 & 6) for some holiday fun and caching adventures. We arrived at "nanny's house" unpacked then the kids were desperate for the beach! So off we went. A quick search here and master 4 had the cache in hand. Off to the next one! Thanks for the caches here - one of my favourite places in the world
[red]Find #2535 Traditional #2036 [/red]
We were on a trip down to Inverloch for a weekend away and to complete the D/T Matrix which we did yesterday with some great company. Today was a different story with some easier finds. This one was of the many amazing spots along this coast. We are loving the beach down here. This spot was very quiet on a nice but slightly cold winters day. Thankfully it was another rather quick find today while the geo family stayed in the car. Stamped and replaced as found.
[blue]Thanks for this traditional cache hide, Gonefishen07 [^]
Log and container in good condition.

Thanks for replacing this cache GF07. Found today with geo daughter, her partner was riding a bike somewhere. He's a jinx, so I'm not taking him caching anymore. First to sign new log, although I couldn't remember the date so I think I used the wrong one!
Unfortunately no luck with this one today despite having free reign to search because no self-respecting muggles would have been out in that weather if they could help it. Noted a few other DNFs - maybe this one has done a runner with some of the path in the wet weather?
Out with GH. Looked everywhere. Nothing. Used your theory. Nothing. Will come back another time.
Find #1425 logged at GZ at 13:46. Leasing a house in Venus Bay for 3 days with my daughters who now prefer to let Dad do the geo-searching. Gorgeous day but few people nearby. An easy find. Cap was chewed by a previous finder or animal and leaks. Have applied some gaffer tape... T4TC Gonefishen07!
Hallo, I am from Austria and traveling already 10 days with a Hippie Camper through your nice Country.
I had very hot days, lots of rain and strong wind.
I have limited internet Access so I will say if something special after my
THANKS A LOT.

Don't ya hate it when just as you approach gz, muggles take a seat just metres from you. Just a quick glance today, but no serious look. Might come back in the winter......
Track maintance has been happening here but the cache has survived ok. Thanks GF07 FTC.
Very tricky with muggles appearing out of nowhere on this glorious spring day. Went down to the beach and had a paddle after we found it.
Bloody muggles... retrieved this one then had to retreat back to the car before I could place it back... this game would be so much easier if we weren't always on the look out for those who spoil our fun. Cache lid is cracked but log is dry... TFTC. the Kearneys
Theoretically the path was closed due to a wash-away. However, the few steps down to the cache were in reasonable condition. Not so good further down. TFTC
Last find for the morning, now its home for coffee. Thanks Gonefishen for a good mornings caching.
Area was deserted today due to winds but this did not help our search. GPSr had us right on top of GZ but could not come up with the cache. Lots of wombat diggings around so could be covered over. Will place on watch list for our next trip down. KeMs
No luck with this one. Found a suspicious rock, but nothing under it, or near it. Found a suspicious small zip lock back a bit further down the path, but not sure if that belonged with the cache or not. This will have to be one for another day.
