TFTC from the Kayakviking! Wandered this area several times when in town for work. Back in daylight and a glorious evening...so cleaned up a patch and got my steps up.Cheers KV
This was the last little green dot in this section of the map so I was keen to finally tick it off today!I wasn't sure what the wander over to gz might entail, but it was a very pleasant stroll off the track that brought me to a likely gz soon enough.A few kangaroos kept watch as I quickly located the hide and had the log signed before too long. Thanks to Esthar for placing this one here!
I had a little time before work today so I had an hour and a half to zip around a spall part of the mount ainsle trails. Aim was to get some steps in and I grabbed a sneaky 5000 and tested out my blood pressure before and after 118/80 at the start..100/78 at the end. Eh?It was a really weird combo of cool but sunny, I wore a hoodie and my camelback with my snake bandages on board. Dont wanna get dehydrated!A quick find at GZ. Thankyou for placing and maintaining this series TFTCTipped a bit of water out of this cache and sealed up the container placing it carefully back in its hide.
Visiting Canberra for the Mighty Mega. A wonderful event! Many thanks Esthar for providing this game piece for our enjoyment.
We have arrived in ACT for the GEOBASH 2024, and are doing a mixture of sightseeing, caching and refreshing memories. We found this cache and signed the log. Tftc mountainsbeyond for maintaining

It was very humid and we were sweating .We aslo picked up some sticks to keep snakes away while going in the bush ..a lady told us tha usally the bush is dry and not so green ..and a another guy told us a lot about wildlife in this nature ..it was very interesting . I saw five kangaross hopping past us . We found most caches in fair time .Thank you for this Dsli (which means in Swiss cache )oinkoinkSweat sweat
What a beautiful spot. It really appeals to me, I'm giving it a favorite point. We wandered down from the track above to spot, and found a muggle here sitting and looking at the rocks. We spoke, he moved off, and, after a while sitting, I found the cache and continued on. Thanks, Esthar. My dogs liked the spot as well.
Nice quick find, beautiful trails around here I'd never visited before.

With the GeoAunty down from the abominable Queensland, we decided to make time for a few caches after I had finished work. Most of the caches were found with ease. The scenery was very nice after the rain, which was thankfully minimal during our walk, although feet did certainly get wet, as there was quite a number of puddles and mud.
Thanks for the fun!
Thanks for the fun!
#840 I had not pulled up the listing before arriving here with Turtle so I was calling out “what a nice rocky outcrop” and he kept responding with “rock slide”. I asked “what are you on about” before realising we were already at GZ . The miserable weather has obviously left me with a mushy brain! After I zoned back in we soon found the geocache and added our names to the log. Thanks Esthar for the hide
#2727 Selected a circuit of Trads to tackle this evening. This was the first and a nice easy find at GZ. Thanks Esthar for this placement.
Starting to really test the waterproofing of Amy new rainjacket on this walk. I love rocks though.

Find #4356
Lockdown has bought a totally different approach to caching with the introduction of homework! Much time for homework in fact. Therefore many more puzzles solved, both as a solo and collective effort. Thanks to my fellow geo buddies for assistance when needed.
And in between there are still some traditionals, though not nearly as many of them left these days
Logs all in good condition unless otherwise noted.
Thanks to Esthar for putting out and maintaining all of these caches for our enjoyment!

Wonderful hiding place, watched over by a lone kangaroo who looked on with curiosity. Tftc
A straightforward find on a ramble around the fire trails thismorning in the rain, accompanied by GeoKid and the GeoHound. We got quite wet, but saw lots of kangaroos and kookaburras and parrots, and no wriggly sticks. Thank you!
One more to get before back to the car. 7 from 7 so far. Thanks for placing this cache here. Is great to be able to walk around and enjoy the Aussie bush
Found with Batz7 after school pick up. I'm enjoying chipping away at Mt Ainslie. TFTC
We got out of the house for some corona-cise this afternoon, and took the geohound up to Ainslie to collect another suburb in the mapping challenge. We'd never been up to this part of the nature reserve before, and were surprised at how nice it is. Next time we will bring some bikes to do the full loop.
We grabbed fivecaches today, and all were easy to locate and in good condition - logs were signed and the caches replaced.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Esthar, it was great to get out and about for a while this afternoon.
