DNF for us today. A few muggles in the lagoon so we had a bit of a look, but no joy.
Looked and looked but alas logged our first DNF for the hols and head back tomorrow.
GPs playing up today and although we searched high and low could not locate this cache

Good hide which took a while to find especially as there were a few people enjoying this lovely spot. Thanks for bringing attention to this pioneer woman and family. TNLN TFTC

Ah !! A new day !! A new bike ride
And it started here at Caroline's Cache.
The early morning picinicers had already claimed their spots and started the BBQ's up for a brekky feast [:o]
Amongst the delicious smells of onions and bacon frying, I wandered across the park from where I had left the geomobile to find me a cache
Oh this is cruel.
I can smell bacon and eggs !!
I only had a bowl of breakfast cereal for brekky
Be strong "If".
At GZ I poked around a bit out of sight, but not out of smell
Oh look !!
A cache
Well that was satisfying

I had to wait for some muggles to finish loading their boards and leave before making the find. Log signed and cache returned as found.

Geokid spotted this one quickly as it was visible from the playground. Signed log then placed it back better hidden. Great park and picnic spot. TFTC
Out and about today with Trenton8or and Mastamak.
A lot of people about today, must be a popular place. We had a secret weapon today, we had Trenton8or , it is amazing what kids can get away with! Nice hide Out in the open but well covered!
This was the 2nd find of 21 for the day. With can you believe NO DNF's, So it was a Fantastic Day!!

A nice area but full of muggles. The benefit of having a child with you is that it creates a distraction.
Second time back. First time way too many muggles, today it's been raining and keeping all away. Good little hide. TFTC.
Really nice location had to wait for a bit to put back because muggle on play ground
Liked the little lagoon, went snorkeling for the first time, lots of little fish tftc
Nice hide - we were playing all afternoon quite close to the cache before we started looking. Lots of oblivious muggles around.
Had us going for a while but soon the fully house trained, egg laying, direction finding, non allergenic, fast of foot, keen of eye, geocache sniffer Duck had it in beak. Like the use of the magnets. TFTC
Few muggles around but thanks to someones stray dog ball that was laying right next to cache I was able to retrieve both throwing one back up into the playground. Thinking back now, which one did I throw and call fetch? TFTC
Heading towards this one from the carpark I was dubious as to if I'd be able to find it. There were muggles everywhere. I strolled over and sat down to read the cache page for any detail to help me narrow my search. I spotted a ball as I did so grabbed that for a bounce as I did. However, as I was watching muggles and thinking about the hide, Dad walked over to me, cache proudly in hand. Ha! That'll teach me. I added my name to the logbook and admired the hide. I checked for no muggles watched and headed in to replace it as he found it. Not all bad after all my worries. TFTC prehnite
Followed the gps to what the gps said was gz which looked promising as a big tree was there. On aproaching said tree, we thought prehnite had made the best cache container we had ever seen. It turned out thoughto be a real life very well camouflaged lizard. We will attach a photo when we get the camera sorted. Luckily we realized this before grabbing the 'container' which could have finished with an entirely different scenario. It was then that our gps decided to lead us to the real gz. It still took a little searching and although not as impressive as the lizard, the actual hide had an excellent camo. Although this area was a bit busy today, the lizard provided the necessary distraction once we pointed it out to the muggles -leaving us free to find and sign the log. TFTC
After waiting for work muggles to complete their chores, we attacked this cache with gusto having previously found prehnite's cache's and enjoyed his cammo. Alas this time we had no luck locating this cache. One day we will holiday up here again and have another go at finding it.
Success at last after waiting for two work muggles having morning tea, muggle with dog passing by as well as a family going for a walk near GZ! What an excellent natural material cache - great idea indeed.
TFTC Prehnite and congratulations on the cache cammo!

Lovely park overlooking the ocean. Coordinates were spot on and cache was grabbed in no time. TFTC prehnite

Holidays nearly over, a quick trip to Bundaberg to see the in-laws ... and grab a couple caches of course. [9D] Headed out with Muggle-wife and her camera to catch some views as well.
Oh, clever. Lucky for me I' ve seen your work before Mr. Prehnite You are one talented young man[:o)]
Thanks for placing this cache, prehnite. Found in good condition.

Well, what bad timing indeed - we had just arrived and began to look when along came a lot of muggles with their children and set up for a children's party with balloons etc. So due to all the activity including the taking of photos etc we decided it would be best to come back another day!!!
TFTC prehnite that we hope to find another day???

Another warm, golden day of caching in the vicinity of Bundaberg. A beautiful stretch of coastline and an assortment of creative hides made for a great day out.
Thanks to prehnite.

Our GZ found us at an improbable spot so we widened our search and the junior member of our team soon came up trumps.

Nearly gave this one away, but one last look came up with the goods. Like the hide. Thanks prehnite.
With a couple of DNF's on this one (Endorfun's found log was not included in our PQ for the area), we nearly abandoned the search before it begun . Luckily, i decided to head off and have a look, as i found the cache in the first place i looked . All is ok with the container and the contents ... a neat little hide, thanks prehnite
Love the area, when sand is the landscape rather than dank mud it just feels right.

Park was very busy today and as the cache was right near a highly used playground we didn' t still around to have a good look. Will leave this one to a return visit.
The muggles were a bit thick and fast in the area today. The rest of the Bundaberg coastline had been so quiet in comparison.
I located the GZ and sat and examined it from afar. I then noticed something and moved in when I got a chance. Sure enough it was the cache. I signed the log and returned it as found. It was in good condition. A nice park indeed. Shall keep this one in mind. TFTC prehnite

I tried this one an hour earlier, but the GPS was pointing me to a spot where I thought last night's heavy rains may have washed it away. Second time round I was within 2 metres of the ccache and found it almost immediately.
Thanks for the history lesson and the cache

Found this despite our handicap. The hardest part was retrieving the kids (one of our own & a friend) who had gone for a walk when we had to wait for muggles to move on. Had them in sight initially but then pappa AG had to go down & retrieve them from jumping waves. Said they hadn't gone for a swim but their shorts were pretty wet! Lol. Lovely setting & ideal conditions. The dog loved the fresh air & all the scents. Good hide. TFTC
Muggled out for this one. The GPS was pointing to the region of a pile of unattended beach towels. I didn't think that would be a safe place to be hanging around so left it for another day.
What a great day for finding a cache, so we decided to catch up on some coastal ones, TFTC
Found on my second attempt. The first attempt was at 9.30pm during the week with a torch. No one around when I turned up and proceeded searching. Then a voice out of the dark "what are you searching for?". Caught me completely by surprise. A fisherman had turned up ready to fish the high tide. I mumbled something about losing something earlier in the day and was searching for it, then left quickly.
This time a few people about but no problems in finding and returning the cache. A good camo again. Thanks prehnite.

Found at 11:28 AM very busy here today, but the cache was still easy to locate and sign without drawing any attention to us. Great spot.

Yay! FTF! After meeting up with youngoldfella at a previous cache, we decided to give this one a go. We all went to GZ and started searching. Within seconds the cache was in hand. Love this cache. Thanks Prehnite!
Out night cacheing with us3scouts and youngoldfella, when we thought we would try for this one. Another clever hide prehnite. TFTC
Found at 2110 in compay of Seirra1 and us3scouts. I followed them to this GZ as they were the locals and knew the shortest way to drive. Another good camo cache. Did not take long to find TFTC
