Looks like somebody liked my man too much as he is gone ... will make another cache
No find!!!! We spent ages looking around, both sides of creek. I think we found the right area, a photo of the rock helped confirm the correct "entrance", but although we read through all the intriguing clues of those successful cachers who had visited and found, we did not find this mystifying and curious cache. Had a lovely walk in a gorgeous area, and will definitely be back for another hunt.
My turn to find this one, looked where I would expect a cache to be safe and dry from flooding and voila! Tftc
Following my GPS which was leading me to the bush turkey nest which I had a feeling was too far past the actual GZ. I had looked in a spot before that but didn't look high enough as I heard a familiar whistle from the lovely Black Flag Angel who came up with the find. Very creative, TFTC.
Very cool cache. Phone had me going all over the place but a step back and take in the whole area and cache in hand soon.

Cool container. Forgot a pen so i had to go back to the car then back again to sign the log. Tftc
Today _Mud_Blood_ , my mother and I decided to do this trail of very popular caches and they really were loved for all different reasons! I had an absolute blast finding the caches in this trail. I have also allocated a favourite point for this one!
This was the first one on our list and we had no problems at all getting to gz and finding this creative cache.
Out of all the caches my mother has done with me- this was her favourite! Thank you for bringing us to your amazing caches and this stunning area! TFTC!

Like others before me, I started on the wrong side of the creek and had to go for a little stroll to get close to the cache.
My GPS and a geotrail led me further along towards the bank than I needed to be. At one point my phone told me I was at 0m but it turns out that was wrong. Too many trees to trust that measurement so I had to keep looking and looking.
Finally I spotted something out of place. A previous finder must have used a piece of bark to disguise the cache but as it was the wrong colour, this made it the obvious hiding spot, at least to someone looking for it.
I signed the cache and replaced it with some different camouflage. Hopefully it is not too hard to find for the next person.
It was lower to the ground than I expected after reading about the flooding in the description but definitely away from the bank so I guess it is safe anyway.
Thanks for the cache

I guess there have been some heavy rains lately as the grasses and small trees looked bowed over. I spent quite a bit of time looking but gave up. I may be back in another year so will try again then. Thanks "nice" old hag.
TFTC! Not very easy. Good find I thought.
Note :This was found on the above date. NeversayDi & E(: are combining our accounts and we are now TeamDIEL. Just consolidating our finds. Thanks.

Not what I was expecting at all, though from memory there are a few others like this around here.
I actually wandered into the area in search of somewhere quiet to relieve myself. Afterwards, JLT and I continued searching for the cache, though both of us were coming up dry. That is until I turned around and noticed something which I'd previously looked over. It's surprising how well this fits in to it's surroundings here.

Smilie #2266
Having come to the area this morning for a (successful) FTF, on another cache, I decided it would be a waste of a trip if I didn't pick up a few more smilies while I was here.
As it turned out I approached the wrong side of the creek but that was soon remedied by a short stroll & after a brief search the cache was in hand.
This is a really nice cache 'holder'. Definitely brought a smile to my face.
It's great to see some 'construction' effort going into caches.
If only I could weld!
Log signed, photo taken & cache replaced as found.
A big thank you & well done to the designer & manufacturer!

A favourite point for the 'holder' for sure!

Out with mum , my sister, jemillalucy and her daughter for a nice afternoon caching.
On holiday here from WA & had to get some caches while we're here. Lovely walk trail & a quick find
Came at this one from the wrong side of the river but after some quick thinking from River_Dweller we soon realised our mistake. Following the geotrail off the path this very creative little man was found
Out caching with friends today. Found some great hides by an old hag. Very creative both in appearance and location!! Thanks.
cache find #1815. Another great creative cache container. The find was easy once Diamonjs turned around and there it was. TFTC.
This is our 15th cache find this afternoon and we are having an awesome time. This one is another great cache with lots of character. Thank you to 'an old hag' for creating so many great caches.
2nd attempt at this one on a half day at work. This time I was on the right side of the creek. Had I known where it was, my work heels would have caused me no worries. However, following a well worn path led to some wobbles. GPS had me wondering so decided to head back and ... there he was. Great cache. Not what I was expecting. Thanks.
Didn't have enough time to look for this one properly amongst all the litter. I do a lot of work for the school so I'll return.
After my work meeting, I decided to find a few caches. Parked the car and took the path in. Found a geo trail. Looked for a bit and then turned around to see him. Great cache again old hag!
Out this morning for a walk and to find a few caches on the way. Found the great cache, signed the log & replaced as found. TFTC
TFTC. #213. Thanks for the great walk along this creek. A wonderful way to spend a morning.
Out exercising with Igotahunch and Flora. Great pickup, loved the cache TFTC an old hag
Nice cache. I left it where it was however it seemed a little exposed. Maybe CO needs to check placement. TFTC an old hag, entertaining as usual.
Our last Old Hag for the day .. Has been a great series ... Love the area ... Love the caches .. Thank you very much Old Hag
This cache is just sitting in the tree, after seeing "old bag" work they are all safely secured . This could sadly fall mummakazz
Out to our second cricket game for their. This cache was close by. Very artistic cache. Tftc
Our very first find. TFTC. My chn thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. Enjoyed the music too!
Found @10:10:00 AM.
Out on the bike trail before the heat gets unbearable. An easy find.
Thanks to an old hag for the cache

A quick find while doing the creek trail.. hmm perhaps I shouldn't have worn thongs!
Man that is a great container! Worthy of a favourite point. Brilliant hide. TFTC
Final cache for the day - my partner was lucky and spotted it straight off as we approached GZ.
Felt a bit like a FTF with the nice new log waiting to be signed

Very tricky, in plain site. Walk past and look back. Patience is the key. Loved this one too!
Out and about in the Forrest Lake and surrounding area with John from Couhcmen on a stormy day. Ended up with about 20 finds, a DNF, a letterbox cache and a few mystery finds. Cached in the pouring rain for a few finds, but no probs there. Very muggy weather, but a few short walks were had anyway. Apart from my kids, how would you put it, let's say excitedness, a good day of caching. Thanks to all cache owners for hiding and maintaining their caches.
We walked around following the paths and were greeted with a nice hide. Well constructed and a fav point for the work. TFTC.

Out with Blacklegend and kids today and after looking at a few different areas to attack we settled on this one as it had the least found by each of us.
We had opted to drive to this one and miss out on 2 caches we could have wallked to from the last find.
The weather was threatening to drown us so we had decided to stay dryer.
By the time we got around here the weather had eased so we were able to comfortably search for GZ.
We had approached from the wrong side but soon saw a way to rectify that and the numbers came back down again.
I walked straight past GZ without spotting anything then Blacklegend who was a few paces behind me stopped and studied an unusual feature then realised that he was also staring straight at the cache.
It really blends in well!!!
Thanks Old Hag TFTC SL

Very clever. Sadly log fully my first aus cache. Flew in from UK this morning !
A great cache and a perfect way to end this absolutely, awesome caching afternoon. So many creative and well hidden caches along this walking track. Thank you so much an old hag!
My August streak find for the day. Wondered in along a nice easy path and headed into GZ. I found myself looking at a while bunch of caterpillars then zeroed in on the cache, now to get it without disturbing them. Oops dropped the little sucker, where did it go, found it, signed the log but only just , it's very full and not in the best condition. Tftc.

Arrived at my chosen parking destination to discover a sight that never inspires confidence in your choice. A short stroll to GZ and a lengthy hunt followed, only to see the cache staring me in the face as I began to retreat. Tftc
Very good cache, will take the grumpy monk when he comes down under. Log almost full.
Now this was an interesting little approach for me. I have parked on the road and wander into the bush, this being the closest, I start towards it. As I get close to GZ, I have heard the beep and see 10M or so to go. So I keep going only to see the GPS turning back towards where I came.
Seems that once it finally settles the GPS wants me where it first came up with the idea that I was 10M away. Anyway find this little cache sitting right there would have been searching at me as I was checking the GPS.

Log should be ok as long as each cacher seals the container properly.
also please note that this is rite-in-the-rain paper and so has a waxy feel.
if it is wet please just wip any water off it and it will be fine
