Omegaman1971Support Your Local Villain Live - Laugh - Lurk Caches Found: 13023First To Find: 149Sidetracked Cache Finds: 117I finally attempted the Winston Wander series that I had heard so much about, and it did not disappoint. I loved the variety of different containers and camouflage methods used. Most of the GZs were deserted due to the school holidays, but there were still a few muggles to deal with. Thanks to SKI Pair for a great day of caching fun!"Any day caching is a great day, but even better when the Co is a good friend.I found it after much searching.

I could not find it I thought it was at the fence but I look on the app and it looked like it was behind in the restricted area so I could not find it
Date: October 7, 2023 Time: 12:02 PMFind #14242After completing my Saturday ritual, a parkrun in a random town somewhere in Victoria, this time it was Churchill's turn. After a coffee with the run regulars, I went for a walk around town, picking up some caches along the way. It was a pleasant day for a wander. This one took a revisit, but a small expansion of the search area and the cache was in hand.Massive thanks go to SKI Pair for placing this one.
TFTC found on a cold spring morning which soon warmed up to a lovely day. Found out on our electric wheels with Algae ️ scooting around the area. Nice place to visit first time here.
Heading down the line to do a bit of shopping but there is never a day out without some caching involved. Leaving the car at #5 made our way around the uni finding caches as we went. Thankfully searching on a Sunday as I imagine this one would be very tricky on a week day during school term.
Thanks SKI Pair

Spending the day caching out with @mtrill3 this was one leisurely stroll to retrieve this cache. TFTC
Quick find as we finished our walk around Churchill enjoying some sunshine. Tftc
Visiting Churchill for caching day. Unfortunately came here on wrong time because of muggles were everywhere for basketball competition. Will come back another time. ??
Had an enjoyable day finding caches around Churchill with the GF and the boy.
Thanks for the fun

With another broken thumb I can’t do all the things I want to so geocaching it is! Happy with that btw. Found easily but wanted to go inside as I was rather hit at this stage. No cozzie with me today Tftc SKI Pair
Tftc SkiPair. A gloomy winter's morning evolved into a marvellous sunny afternoon. Geograndkid was itching to get some caches and who am I to deny the enthusiasm.
So off to Churchill where I had previously only been once to nab a few in the short available then.
A successful 5 km stroll for us today, missing only 1.

On arrival we were not sure what to expect but
Another quick find, just a matter of being systematic.

After going for a bike ride today we decided we needed to walk out the muscles so stopped here to check out the university while there are no students are about.
Because I am into native plants I found walking past the gardens very enjoyable as there is some great specimens here.
This cache took a bit to find as we were looking from the wrong side

This one was spotted first by geokid, she was very excited to be FTF in our group TFTC
My iPhone had me walking in circles so I turned it off and used my geo-senses. Found it! Thank you!
There were lots of fences around building works close to GZ and I initially thought I won’t be able to get to the cache., but then I remembered the the COs mentioned earlier this afternoon they’d just replaced the log in it, so it had to be there. The Evil Muggle ended up finding it neatly tucked away in an inconspicuous place close to where the finding device said it would be. Thanks for another great cache around Churchill The SKI pair.

Work was still progressing up until we left on our annual winter trip so won’t be able to rectify this hide until our return in October.
So this was such a shame at first as the construction area is up! The cache sight has been knocked down as buffalo briggzie has found it before. We went in there and saw the structure the cache was knocked down on and saved the cache sitting on the grass underneath it
Signed the log, taken the cache with us, message me and I’ll return it to you as it would of got damaged

Lovely little hide, had a feeling it was going to be there when I was walking over to it, thank you for the cache

Convinced it no longer exists. Spent ages searching with peopl watching like we were nuts.. only to find NOTHING.. someone who knows what they're doing please come aid us as we're about to quit geocaching forever
The Sun had come out and living in Baw Baw shire we were not locked down so i decided to head out for a day out of the house and what better way than a drive around your own area picking up caches, Gippsland has some great locations to visit and lots of caches that have not been found in awhile, so with my new caching gear gloves and sanitizer I had a great time touring around the area finding caches and exploring new places. A quick find, sadlly this was a bit of a dumping ground.
Thanks SKI Pair for the cache.

A lovely day today, and even though we are socially distancing and staying at home we took the opportunity to take our grandchildren out for a walk and do a maintenance run on some of our caches.
All good.
All good.
Great location
Nearly missed it though
Had to watch out for muggles...

Looked for over 20mins- even sticking my hand in the wall! Could not find. Not a great first attempt at finding one.
A quick find because it was sitting on top of its presumed hiding location. Once logged it was returned out of sight. Thanks SKI Pair.
We are enjoying a long awaited caching weekend away. Our research suggest there were some pretty good caches down this way. Today the plan was to hit up Churchill. Wandering our way through Winston series. Quick find for once lol. Tftc
Wasn’t going to go looking for this one today because of the muggles around, but thought, oh well I’m here now I will have a quick look. Took me a few minutes and I nearly gave up, but then I had a thought, and sure enough! There it was!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Checked out this one with Buzzie1950, she had the eagle eyes and spotted the cache and did a happy dance. Tftc
Found after looking twice. Ok I was distracted by a phone call first time. Cache was found in good condition on sunset...and the streak continues.

This should be our last find but you never know. BNM made short work of this one, which was great as it was getting rather chilly. Thanks for the cache.
Invited for a day out caching today with OHC GT37, P4506 and M&K (as a lot of logs were signed this way), we headed east to see if we could rectify some DNF’s from last time, and cache out some area. Some zig zagging occurred, but all clues & gems were found for M&K, a puzzle OHC & GT37 solved found, and some very high quality hides and scenic spots were discovered. A great days caching! A find made in the first place we suspected, but we had checked out a few other spots before checking thoroughly. Thank you so much for placing this one for us to find SKI Pair.
Out on a girls day out with OzHockeyChick, geoturtle37 and becNmonts caching in the local area.
It's been a busy day and it's starting to get dark but we managed to get this one in before it was time to head home. Another cache to help me with the Mystery at the Museum challenge. TFTC

A girls road trip today with Sebastian taking Mrs Papi4506, (Mark&)Kelly, beckNmonts and myself for a ride through Gippsland.
Possibly the last find of the day but who knows.
Cheers SKI Pair

We've walked a circuit of caches. Time to drive to a few more. This one didn't take long. Nice and quiet on a Sunday arvo. TFTC
Found a few days ago with chaab002, took us a minute but we found it in the end. TFTC!
Took the drive to Churchill today to see if we could lessen the number of unfound caches we had there. After 3 hours, we had put a big dent in the numbers and converted them to smiley faces. Not one DNF today from all we found, which we're happy with.
Thanks to the CO for this placement.
