Checked. Area has changed and is exposed to muggles.

Wow looks like I managed to find this in the nick of time as it was archived the same day as I found it. I had a search but wasn't really dressed for rummaging round under trees after spending the morning visiting. Went and got changed and it was a quick find after that using the first part of the hint combined with logic. TFTC # 12,054

I ducked into the **cavernous** cover of trees, bushes and shrubs, first I found a broken off bottleneck of a bottle that I mistook for the cache but after a bit more of crouching around the real cache container showed itself.

Thanks for the cache!

Found after a good long search. Clue and GPS correct but plenty of candidate hides, and it's not the most obvious location. I love the towering pylons nearby. Thanks to all cache owners for taking the time to place and maintain your caches. BJ25.

Oh, no!
My time in New Zealand has come to an end. Rental car has been returned, luggage been packed up. All that's left to do is get some dinner, a short night's sleep and then board a plane home (with a layover in Sydney at leat)...
Well, and then there were still some caches to be found near my bed and breakfast.
Thus, my walk to the pub turned out to follow a detour in order to find the nearby caches.
I did some 'bushwalking' here before spotting the cache...
**TFTC** says *kinderarzt* from Germany!

Stopping off for the odd cache. Thanks.

Following the GPS pointer to GZ and paying close attention to the hint, it wasn't long before we had CIH. A good spot having a self shielding effect from muggles.

A Challenging day out around Christchurch with Gullivers Travels54 collecting many challenge caches and a handful of those in between.

After another nearby cache this was nearby and actually on the way back to the car so why not make the stop and sign the log. All done and onwards.

[green] My first day in Christchurch, having arrived last night. Normally I would head out each day and cache out a suburb, and so by the end of two weeks pretty much have cached out the city. But it is all a green field! I could not decide which way to go. So in the end I let the GPS decide. This is the first time I have cached in a city restricting myself to Garmin's Get Next Closest and seeing where it lead me. I started in the middle of town at the square and ended up at Riccarton Racecourse, with a trail of 50 little smileys behind me.
Took me a little bit to find this. Turns out the obvious hide is not the correct hide!

22-Sep-15
Down in chc for the day and managed to get away from the airport briefly. Found straight away and then back to catch my flight back. TFTC!!! Big Grin

Time to find my cache for the day on my way home frome work.

I tried for another, but had left the solved coords behind, and sort of just had to guess based on map. That was tough. So I gave up, and came here instead.

It was actually pretty easy. Despite there being many possible options.

Consec caching day #1006

Looked for over 20 mins, found lots of beer bottles and other items of dubious origin. Still a great day out in the sun.

22-Jan-15
I searched for a good 15 to 20 minutes but no luck on this one.

Second DNF in a row in this little park. Searched a good 15 minutes, and expanded from the bushes in the vicinity to the grasses as well without any luck. Found a number of discarded bottles, and an empty plastic container (not matching the cache description), but no sign of a cache. Sad

13-Dec-14
Today I rode my bicycle through Christchurch. I was able to discover many beautiful spots and find geocaches too. Thank you to each of the owners for the hide geocaches.

24-Oct-14
Another Dot Day to deal to - surprisingly cool in the evening after a warm day.
Some sports training going on, so I walked down the other side of the trees - cache well camouflaged and hidden.
Thanks for the cache Hello Mrs - I remember another cache here some time ago.

12-Oct-14
Gave up after a long, hot and scratchy search Sad

31-Aug-14
Decided to look for this on our way back from Lavender Hill, didn't we choose a huge soccer sports day, fortunately having a child along meant we fit in just fine and though my phone is now full of random flora images we retrieved and replaced without being observed. tftc

16-Aug-14
Boys had footballl here today but I had left the GPS in the car. Have found a previous cache here so decided to leave this one with so many people around.
Thanks for hiding the caches so we can find them.

23-May-14
Was in the area so checked the cache. It is in the correct position. A hint - it is not in the prickly bush.

10-May-14
Spent a while searching on walk around the park while down for the weekend. As it hasn't been found since early February suggest owner check if it is still there. Will give it another go mid June on our next visit.

Had found the previous iteration of this cache, and I remember that it took some finding. Was worried that this one would be just as troublesome after my initial searching came up empty handed. After trying here and there and here again, tried over there and there it was. Phew.
Thanks for bringing me back here.

09-Dec-13
Found it! Yay after 2 DNF. Smile

05-Dec-13
Spent a while looking. Noted the there was new bark mulch being spread and not sure if this makes it more difficult to find?

A surprising number of hounds being walked round the park this morning. The bushes gave me plenty of cover though. TFTC.

Staying in a motel on Russley Rd and thought I'd go for a short stroll to get the caches in Avonhead Park... an hour later after having to go down Avonhead Rd instead due to the high fences at the Russley Rd end of the park I managed to get my first cache in the park... this one. Found easily. SL TFTC

27-Jul-13
Found rather quickly in the dark

14-Jul-13
A good day for caching without muggles, as it was raining and hailing as we searched for the caches in this park. I spent a while looking for this cache without any luck, before sending bugzptr in (who has found it before) neither of us had any joy, so moved on in search of the next cache.

23-Jun-13
Returned for a second try at this one although by the sound of it the cache had gone missing for awhile. This park was dog central today - after a week of bad weather dogs were desperate for a run. In between dodging dogs and their attached muggles, and avoiding mud and puddles from last weeks storm we managed to find this without too much trouble. A nice new log book was a welcome sight, all in good order and replaced in camo fashion. TFTC Smile

12-Jun-13
This one had us looking for a while. Well camouflaged. TFTC!

08-Jun-13
Heading to the airport. I decided to leave a little earlier to score a couple of caches. Jet star running late again ao my friends won't land for a bit so I had plenty of time to get a few in. Left TB tftc

05-May-13
Found the other cache in this spot a while back and hoped I did not have as much trouble as last time when I had to come back again after a not found the first time. The soccer matches had finished by the time we had gathered the other caches in the park and the few dog walkers left were far away for us to be undisturbed. Turned into a nice quick find as coordinates lead us straight to the cache. TFTH.

05-May-13
nice hide Smiletftc

30-Apr-13

28-Apr-13
Took Rosie for a walk. Cache was missing unless it has crept well away from the original hiding place.
Left a new camo 200ml sistema container with accessories. Please ensure cache is left camoflaged.

28-Apr-13
Third time lucky. Thanks for replacing this, we decided to go for it before any further misfortune could occur.
