After receiving a message yesterday and speaking to another cacher today, its best I archive this cache as the homeless people are making this location unpleasant.
Found after widening the search area bit. Not many muggles today made searching easier
I found it opposite of where the hint said but a find was made late afternoon but I still had to wait for the muggles to go. TFTC
Day 4 of our "Dayboro Plan B" trip. mtrax & myself, having decided to ditch the mega came up with a last minute re-route using some of the accommodation we'd already booked and find some interesting caches. To this end we were very selective and only chose caches with sufficient FPs along the route. Today was just around Armidale, but we took a side trip back to Hillgrove after having to skip it due to time yesterday. Glad we did as it was a great place to geocache and we also grabbed a short trail on the way. Weather was more favorable today with some wind but not cold.
Two of us couldn't find this one.
Thanks anyway groovydoo

We were wandering round town doing the adventure labs today. This one was on route, particularly when after I took us the wrong way for a bit. It happens. Didn't put my hand on it first - that happens too when you are caching with the CO, lol. Not many muggles on a saturday. tftc
Staying overnight in Armidale on our road trip to Singleton and did a few caches before leaving town. Found this own after the doing the nearby virtual. Tftc
My husband found this one when the girls and I missed it! Thanks for hiding it.
Gave this one 2 good muggle free half hour searches as I was stopping across the street. Seen a fair few of these nanos but No luck for me.
Find #50 (28/6/2020) on a trip around to Maitland, Armidale and back with JessYoung96.
Could not sign as log paper is stuck and we couldn't get it out. Attached photo.
Each find but took a bit of looking. TFTC.

Found this geocache during our holiday trip in Australia with my mom and dad Burgerhoutjes.
Thanks for this geocache.
Thanks for this geocache.
We were for 5 weeks in Australia for our vacation.
Starting point is Melbourne and then more to the north via Sydney to Brisbane. Ofcourse is this not the exact route, because we visited many places in these 5 weeks.
Sometimes we did a geocache and also this one.
We have seen many fantastic places on our route.
groovydoo, thanks for this geocache.
Greetings from Nieuwkoop, The Netherlands

Nice little cache. Very quiet today and not a muggle to be seen despite the sunshine. Found with Roarts. TFTC
I thought this might've been muggled after a reasonably thorough search... then I realised there was more than one option. Quickly found after that. TFTC!
Hi there groovydoo. Today was just for touring around Armidale, though it was a late start (11.30am). We lunched at a bakery then walked around looking for buildings to photograpg (and a few caches). This cache was a quick find and the container and log are in good condition. SL. Thanks to groovydoo for this cache - our find #6603.
TFTC from the Kayakviking,
On a road trip from Sydney and first time in the lovely Armidale - what else to do when exploring but pick up some GQ's. Qiet morning - all good. Cheers

This is a special find for us as the Aussie component of the ROOKIWI team built the roof of this building in an earlier life. The structure is designed to blend in with the architecture of the courthouse beside it.
Auf meinem Weg durch Armidale habe ich diesen Kleinen schnell gefunden. Danke an groovydoo für diesen Cache.
I was looking in the wrong bus shelter but my new phone is so bad it is lucky to survive. Signed the log in a tiny space somewhere on it but no room for a date it is completely full. Replaced as found. TFTC

OK. So it's one cache in Armidale. That is about what we have the time for. No mugglers around. Good. In fact, there is not a living soul in the entire town... And it's Saturday. Spooky.
Many thanks for the cache and Greetings from Sweden!

This is logged in retrospect as we are finally back home in Scandinavia from a 3 week trip to Australia, having a fair backlog of founds (and not founds) to catalogue.
We had to be a quite restrictive with the Internet usage as the roaming fees are significant, so most of the logging work has to be done in retrospect based on fragmentary paper notes and photographs. Just hoping I get it all right by now...
Anyway, the time in Australia was super! Except for staying a few days in Sydney, we hired an RV for 15 days to take us a bit up north from Sydney to Brisbane and back. Only wished we could have stayed much longer and travelled much further, but one has to earn ones living as well...

After checking into our hotel my wife and I followed our usual new town routine. Walk the main streets, check out the shopping centre and other shops and find a restaurant for dinner. This normally entails me waiting outside of shops sipping coffee while my wife finds stuff to spend money on, but it keeps her happy. It also justifies me calling out a cache as we walk past one (especially when I'm carrying the bags). She also came up with the find. tftc
What better thing to do on Christmas morning than geocaching. The town centre was muggle free and we could search in peace..
TFTC and Merry Christmas.

I decided to stay overnight in Armidale as I had spent too long reminiscing about the time I spent in this lovely town attending the Armidale Teachers'College up on the hill, 45 years ago! Wow, doesn't time fly.
Last time I came through Armidale, there was far too many muggles waiting for the bus so a search was out of the question. Today, Sunday morning, I thought would be really quiet. Even so, it still took a few minutes to locate the hide. I tended to concentrate on two of the seats before realising there was a third. CIH. Nice to turn this one into a smiley. Thanks groovydoo.

Turned a blue face from June last year into a smiley. How did we not find it last time. Found with Staybe and Co log signed SO or OS we tended to get ourselves confused. 3103 12:04:00 PM groovydoo without cachers like you we would have no game. Thank you. TNLN SL
On a geocaching weekend to Armidale with Ozglory. Had a lovely time and saw some beautiful countryside & buildings. I'm definitely falling in love with Armidale.
A nice quick find today which is frustrating after such a long hunt last time we were in Armidale! What were we doing last time??! lol
Thank you so much for placing this cache.
Some logs may be signed as O&S to represent Ozglory and Staybe & Co.

We are so happy to be able to report that we have finally found this cache. We have been to Armidale several times over the past six years and we have looked for this cache on each occasion with no success. Previous searches have ended because people have been coming and going or we just couldn't find it. Imagine our surprise when this time we spotted it virtually without having to look!
