After a busy day out and about the St Marys area I had husband drop me off here to look for this cache. I could see it from the car. I walked back to camp from here. Good to find the original log book still inside. Cool little hide TFTC

Tasmania Trip Day 11. My last big day in Tasmania was the journey from Hobart to Launceston. Most of the day was highway driving, but there were two counties to visit before arriving. Even then I still had two more counties to the north and east of Launceston, and that took another three hours, which brought me back to my accommodation juts in time for a fairly late dinner for me. I then had to rearrange my car so stuff was ready for tomorrows boat trip and then it was off to mixed nights sleep with lots of noise from revelers outside the hotel. This was one of the first simple dive-bys I managed today. Thanks for the cache mick50+sal46072.9 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2015 24 Hours 150 Caches A#318**Albida**
Staying at the nearly St Mary's hotel for the night with a motorbike group and took the opportunity to walk up the street and find the cache. Tftc
So obvious with a good hint I highly recommend this. But a bit of climbing to get to it
I stayed at "St Marys" campground, so definitely had to get this cache. It is an novel use of the tree notch as the cache hide. Both the hiding place and cache was wet! The cache log was also almost too wet to write on, but thankfully with a bit of care I was able to get the pen to write on the log, without tearing the saturated log.TNLN
Camped nearby and got this on our way out. The hiding place had water but the cache was fine and log dry. TFTC
My 1st time to St Marys in about 18 years [:o], so today passing through heading back to HBA after a 2 Day St Helens trip, i pulled in to grab this one.Parked nearby and wandered over to this one which i spotted pretty much straight away but retrieving it wasn't so quick ha ha After about 1 minute i finally had the cache in hand and was signing the log nearby at the park table there @ 10:25 on Wed 8 Nov 2023.The cache and contents are in A1 condition and the log is dry.TFTC mick50+sal.Nice hide indeed

We continued today our tour in Tasmania, AUS, and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.
The weather was - said in one word – simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood.
The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging.
Thanks to mick50+sal for the generation of this nice cache Opposite the TBED (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.
PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they appeared.
Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood.

It was easy I found it strait away I saw it also in the first tree I looked in. And thanks to the creator who hid it.
A quick find in a quaint little town. Nice place to stop on our way down to the coast. TFTC - Adam & Kahlia
