Found this one today and recovered the TB. I don't understand why it's been archived, it has a new log and is completely waterproof. Anyway TFTC!

mrwhiskers76 this cache has been archived. I would suggest that if you wish to have people find it you need to contact i,riblit and have the cache un-archived.

Or perhaps you should relist the cache again. but certainly as it currently stands the travel bug in the cache will never be moved on again!

I also note that you have told people to refind this cache. People are extremely unlikely to search for a cache that they have already found.

I hope this helps.

4135 + 228 = 4363. The next find in Wollongong for "McFitzdeLune7" - McPhan, myself, Sol de Lune and ZsaZsa7.

Many eyes made lite work in finding this one. With a new container this one should last quite a while. Thanks mrwhiskers76 !

TNLN - TFTC !!

Cheers....

5016. [green]Well it's pretty damp and obviously not a good container to use as a cache. Moved it inside the log so that there is a little more protection but it does need help. Didn't update my PQ recent enough I guess.

TFTC and the poster.[/green]

Another one that has been disabled since we arrange our weekend trip down this way. Yep, a cardboard container is probably not the best to use, but I didn't think this one was looking that bad just yet. As McPhan said, we moved it a little so it should last for a while longer.

Thanks for the cache and showing us the bushland.....

found nice cache tftc

Cache is a cardboard tube that is quickly disintegrating, it needs to be replaced with something more robust urgently.

23-Nov-11
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

22-Nov-11
hey it was dam easy

22-Nov-11
Well what can I say about this cache? I found the cardboard tube easily under torchlight, but it is quickly disintegrating in this weeks' wet weather. This cache needs to be replaced urgently.

Cheers

Don't know what is going on down there in The Burgh but when we found this cache along with The Neighbs only 2 days ago, we most definitely put it back inside the tree. It appears that since our find it has been moved out of its hidey hole.
A warning to other cachers. Many of these new Helensburgh caches seem to appear and disappear at random and it seems as if someone is playing games with the finders.

20-Nov-11
It wasn't in the T*** it was next to it so I put it back exactly as found. May I sugest you swap the cardboard tube for plastic water pipe with ends or someting in that style. It will last much longer and be water proof....

TFTC

Ironbark.

As noted by previous finders, this will decompose quickly as a cardboard tube in the weather will not survive.
I was slow in logging, and note it has a temp disable since my find because of the condition.
Waterproof or at least water resistant cache containers are essential in this sport.

18-Nov-11
Once again, a tidy hide which could be improved by using a plastic waterproof container instead of cardboard. Nevertheless, another smiley!

18-Nov-11
Another easy find with "The Neighbs" today. Log already damp, but not surprised really because the cache container is made of cardboard! Not really very waterproof.

10-Nov-11
his only saying that because it took him over 45 minutes to find it i know because he came and told that he found it but never said anything about that

10-Nov-11
found pretty easy

Managed to get there in the end with this one this afternoon. The GPSr was a bit jumpy but once it settled down the cache was spotted. Don't think I can claim FTF as team go pros had already penned themselves in the log noting that this cache was "a really gay hide". TFTC!
