Today we decided to take a journey out to Karitane to drop off sister for her to run back to Blueskin cafe where we were to meet for lunch . While she ran we located caches in the surrounding area both before and after having lunch .It was nice to be caching out of the city for the day and we visited Seacliff virtual cache which is a very old cache and worth locating . Thank you for this cache .
HS and I dropped off younger sis at the end of Coast Road so she could run to the other end in preparation for the Queenstown half. Our first cache for the day. Tftc
I am in Dunedin early to attend the Mega next weekend so naturally Im after caches in the meantime. This cache was found in good condition. Thank you for placing it and maintaining it for our enjoyment.
found it, not a sistema container that you are looking for so we almost felt like we were going nuts
Trouve ! / Found it ! 5092me cache trouve.Merci drawp pour la cache 5092th cache found.Thank you drawp for the cache
Nice easy PNG. Usually avoid on SH 1 but ample parking for the van. Left a Geo Toroa reminder.
One of several caches located today on my drive from Dunedin to the Moeraki Boulders. Made hard work of locating this one. My coords seemed to direct me to some uninspiring vegetation. Had a bit of a look there without finding anything. Coords then led me elsewhere and then eventually to where I discovered the hide. Pity I hadn’t started there in the first place! Would’ve been much quicker. #6235. TFTC.
First day out caching after lockdown. This one took a little longer than it should have. But soon was signing the log and continued on to find more caches. TFTC.
Thanks drawp for the cache. It’s #1533 for us. We found your cache on 7 May 2021. Quick find while on our way from Dunedin to Christchurch. Found a trackable which we will move on.
Cache had been muggled and was lying open on the ground nearby. Wet inside but it’s ok now. Back where we think it should be.

A nice quick find as I make my way slowly towards Christchurch today. Thanks drawp

Our last find for the day on our way back to Dunedin from further afield. What we thought would be a quick and easy P@G turned out to take a bit longer. After spotting the cache it took a long arm and some push to retrieve the cache. Thank you drawp
We had an unexpected extra night in Dunedin so that also meant some extra geocaching. Logs may have been signed H&H, HZ + HM, or with our full names depending on log size.
This was our last find for the day as we headed south again back to our base in Dunedin. It wasn't an immediate find, and it took hazedarus's much longer arm to retrieve it once I spotted it.
Thank you drawp.

Looked pretty much everywhere, had no clue what the hint meant, tried our best but no luck
Just driving pass this one and realised I hadn't logged it from back in April with CJ-Curry - whoops
The last stop for Hevic and I today. We'd already found nine and decided to take it up to an even ten. I managed to get my hands on it first, but not without some prior reading of the logs - in spite of what's been mentioned, it's still not quite the most obvious spot in the vicinity. Still, it was found and replaced without issue. Cheers!
I flew in to Dunedin yesterday for a special mission, collecting old caches and some others for a challenge cache I’m working on and some caches with high FP's for the Cache Carnival souvenirs.
Pulled in here for a quick park n' grab. Well that thought fell out the door! It took way too long to spot this easy cache, I was about to give up and the co-ords seemed to push me elsewhere, and why the heck not... might as well search that spot too, and whaddayaknow! I found the cache, it was a struggle to get in there, got scratched up for my efforts. But cache all good here today.

A planned geocaching trip with specific targets in mind.
1: The final 2 caches to fill my D/T grid
2: The last 5 caches available (all in the South Island) to meet the NZ Jasmer challenge GC4R9Z6
3: Get as many caches as possible in a day (Solo)
I had no timetable and only a vague route (Christchurch - Dunedin- Invercargill). So after 20 days of sleeping in my tent/car I arrived home having traveled 4500km and visited some interesting places. Met some great people. I had found over 650 caches. That was a lot of park. Jump out out. Find cache sign and return. Then on to the next. All this done by myself. Also attended an event and had 2 FTF
Mission 1 and 2 were achieved and I had a best day of 153 caches. All this done by myself.
Day 13 Dunedin to Herbert Forest 25 caches. All targets have been met. This one took me some time. Thought I had looked everywhere. I eventually found it. Thank you for the placement

Found on our return road trip from Papamoa to Dunedin. No problem with the find. Merry Christmas and TFTC.
A bit tricky with GPS all over the place. Once you see something a bit odd its obvious. And a train for our entertainment
Dont look under the obvious rock on the side wall... the 'treasure' there is not what you seek .:/ Found in a much better place, but needs a child really to make a quick grab =)
Found at 17:55 - #8013 - on a 5 week trip in New Zealand

Cache was lovely and dry, perfect spot for one, a shame about all the mess around it though! How did people even find this spot to throw rubbish into.. !!!

The kids took a bit to find but only cause they didn't read instructions clearly
Nice to get rid of the sad blue face for this one. The replacement cache was in the first place that I looked.
No joy today found what looks like it should have a cache but nothing there.
Here with our Australian cousins, a tough one to find. First log for the year here.
So pleased to log this as found. Have stopped here many times. I struggled with this one, but got there in the end!! Tftc
CZECH
keška s příběhem... zabouchli jsme si klíče v autě, naštěstí naše rozbité zavírání okna umožnilo dostat se jednoduše dovnitř, pomohl nám pán jedoucí okolo a půjčil nám nářadí
krabička je o kousek vedle než mi ukazovaly souřadnice

A quick find, but a struggle to reach it. The bushes were tough. It was like leaning into a strong rubber band and struggling to stretch it more to reach. I would up the terrain to two. I had a DNF on this on 29/Oct/2013, so pleased to change to . TFTC drawp.
After staying with my cousin for a few days in Dunedin, I am now heading to Oamaru for the Geofest.
Stopped to have a look for this one but as there were workers nearby, I quietly snuck in to have a look for cache but couldn't see any likely hides. Not sure if still there or I wasn't looking in the right spot.
Beautiful scenery on the way.

I called past here on 10th and found only part of the log. When I initially drove past saw a teenager with what I thought was the cache (only got a quick glimpse). Expected to come back and find the cache. Now thinking maybe it was the cache and he took it . I have the partial log and will replace when I see the cache found again (or it is replaced if my suspicions are correct).
I don't know what I did wrong here on what should have been a quick find. Maybe next time.
TFTC - Geocaching today with NZ Bozzy around Macraes Flat and East Otago quickly found.
Enjoying the area on a beautiful winters day.

No luck for me today. A bit disappointed as thought it would be a quick one. Will try again soon
Begins our holiday in NZ in Christchurch, we came from Italy to find our son who lives there for two years.
Today we decided on a multi-day tour, after stopping at Omarama today continues to Dunedin, scenic road we will stop on the lakes that meet
Dunedin is back in Chch, stopping to pick up some cache
Greetings from Italy
