An easy find after a long time lonely. Great to find it after such a long time, as I wasn't sure it was still there.
First stop. Huge trees! JDSCOUT and I are having a campervan holiday in Fairlie. Jude_E is staying nearby too. We decided to go explore Raincliff today. Thanks Bitsprayer for creating this hide. It was find for me.

Gevonden, helaas was het logboekje erg nat, nieuw logboekje in de behuizing gedaan. TFTC
Found on a bike ride from Pleasant Point to Fairlie, via back roads. Thanks for giving me an excuse to rest part way up this long hill.
Log book is so wet that it is essentially unusable. Managed to scratch my name into a random page

Decided on a day away from the house today and headed inland for some geocaching.
This was number 10 for the day.

Got real close on the track.. but just wasn't going to wade through brand new hungry looking black berry layer.. .so i kept walking then, found a track that thankfully took me back to GZ via the road.. although sadly just as the biggest dust maker that there ever was rolled by..phhrrrrrt...
First tired the "foot finder" on the job, but when that didnt work, i had to resort to "fingers" on the ground.
Log a little damp

The start of our loop. Took a while to find how to get here from the track. TFTC
Out for an afternoons hike, drive and collect some caches on the way. TFTC A lovely area for a walk.
Found the well hidden container in this beautiful forest during a walk with our Kiwi friend and 'local muggle' Miss K. Again, it was MUEZ who spotted it first. / TFTC!
Third day in this area as some of these caches were elusive! Added bonus of a geocoin.
Gets a favourite from me, due to the exercise I have had finding all caches in this loop!!

Had been moved a bit and was quite exposed. Maybe the possums had been there. Hid it a little bit where clue said it should be. Found with karariki TFTC
We made a partial circuit of the trail before it got too dark. A torch was required to penetrate the gloom around this GZ. We had a nice little walk and wish we had had more daylight for a proper circuit and finding of alk the caches but it was fun nonetheless. We dropped a trackable the seemed appropriate for some of the other views along this scenic bypass. Thank you!
Searched wrong area to start with but found the right trees in the end.
Out caching with CacheHunter and younggun from Temuka today. We took the prickly way in but the easier way out.
Thanks Bitsprayer for the cache.

Didn't realise where the car park was in this area, no signage...parked briefly in the 'intersection' while I grabbed the cache. Easy find. Decided to see what was down the laneway...and found the car park! TFTC SL
Another nice trail to be explore courtesy of Mr Bitsprayer. Cache found quickly, as described. Thanks for the walk.
Nice easy one to finish with. Went and had a look for the Car Park cache again - but still no luck
4024. A quick grab through the brambles as were on our way back to camp.
Thanks
