A possible hiding place for the cache might have been a big tree which has since fallen over. If not, it is well hidden.
... had a good hunt around and no find! There is a tree that has blown over recently and picking it was in that tree.
Out on the trail on the bike to collect these lot in intermittant drizzle and rain, no problems with overheating. Cheers for the trail, glad to get it ticked off the list finally.
Out for a warm bike ride to get this series of caches with axllal and mr axllal, warm day and it is further than it looks. Thank you for these.
Lots of trees with suitable middles. Lots of brambles, very patchy GPS resolution and no find.
saw this one from the track needed a bit of camo. this was the turn around point for me today perfect point for lunch on all the fallen trees,
Found on the way back from a caching adventure in Tekapo. Started biking in brilliant sunshine, had a bit of rain and finished in the clouds. Still a great ride. TFTC
Woo Hoo! Cache #500! We were heading to Lake Pukaki to cycle today but the cold wind would of made that a little unpleasant. Instead we were drawn back to the prospect of a sheltered ride along the river and many more caches. Think this one was knocked off is perch by the recent high winds. Have returned to its proper place. Thanks again for a very enjoyable series of caches.
Mrs Paws enough sighed when she saw the name of this...not to worry though, as it was a quick easy find!
Nice bit of "jungle".Bit tricky when gps loses signal in trees.Answser, go to other end.
Went out with my Sista and La Vista who were on bikes while I got good exercise running the trails! Luckily it was cooler overcast day, a great day out. Thanks for the cache
Another easy find. Muggled by two people on bikes which made a silent entrance. Bet we looked funny looking in the wrong tree.
14 th one and legs getting tired but still happily plodding along chatting and caching - at least it's a nice even track with no big hills !!!!!!! am very grateful for that thanks for the cache
#14 and enjoying the nice long flat trail along here is great to have a nice distance walk with a good number of caches on it TFTC
Lovely section of the track - most leaves gone from the trees but really pretty and can imagine the jungle it must be in the summer.
Liz dubbed Jacob on the bike and I ran, walked and collapsed. Enjoyed our visit to Fairlie as the A&P show was on; it is a big affair.
If there is a prickle to be found we find them and usually leave a bit of Blood behind. TFTC
The wandering GPS had me wandering and investigating two other possibilities before this one. TFTC #2968
A nice MTB ride down the trail this morning. Thanks for the ride, and the smiley!
As we rode along from cache to cache, we appreciated the effort and expense put into placing all these caches . . . and thinking of what to call each one! This one was definitely in a jungle. But here was another cache container that was not in its place.
Found with Mporokosa. Hard to imagine how this GC got so far from its logical and hinted place to where it was lying, way out on the ground in the open. We replaced it in the correct place, consistent with the hint. TFTC.
9th cache and agree its a bit of a jungle in here but easy enough to access the cache. TFTC

We had heard rumours of a new power trail in the deeper south so left the now no longer sunny Nelson for sunnier pastures.
It's a jungle out there...... nice quick find tho, thanks!
