Im here in Australia visiting from the US. Decided to venture to the Blue Mountains today and Scenic World. A quick stop here. Dropped a couple of TB, some pathtags tags and Going Caching trading cards.
Sydney Day 2 - Day trip to the Blue Mountainstftc and the recent maintenance ! Greetings from France
We looked around a few trees and looked back at other people's logs but no luck. Looks like it's supposed to be in the hole at the base of the tree but nothing there

The canyons of these mountains were deep and beautiful, and the nature was amazing. For us from Europe, every plant and animal is new and unknown. Thanks for the placing this geocache and the work associated with it. All geocaches have led us to many nice places.Greetings from Brno the Czech Republic. Bisoutje and I are on a long roadtrip between Cairns and Adelaide and have now touched ground at the Blue Mountains. We spent 2 days hiking in this beautiful national park and enjoyed every second. We saw numerous animals and plants, magnificent views over waterfalls, mountains and valleys and were able to hike many kilometers and altitude gains. The legs are sore but the memories are worth it!This was a quick find. We also took a picture for a couple here who were actually on their honeymoon.TFTC
With 4 hours to spare in between errands and appointments, lets hop onto a train up to Katoomba. Easy find. Fourth of five planned finds. TFTC pjmpjm
Our first stop to enjoy the Honeymoon Walk. Absolutely beautiful views. Nice easy find.
Today I took the train to the Blue Mountains and found this cache here. Beautiful place and perfect weather. Thanks
After some very pesky nanos in Sydney it had been nice to find some decent sized caches. Tftc in the likeliest of spots cannot ask for more lol
08:32last day in australia we began with a short cliff walk in katoomba, then moved to olympic park in sydney and after car return we even managed to attend the beer o'clock event before we moved to the city for a last stroll.thanks for the cache.
Almost a great view here. Trees have gotten in the way. Magpies followed me around. Almost showing me where gz was.
Easy find. It was well guarded by the magpies.I'm sure it used to have a wonderful view.Tftc
We hiked today the track from Furbers Steps to Fern Bower and back to the carpark. Such a nice place! Unfortunately there weren't any caches down, but we are happy to log this one. TFTC!
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU. Ll
Geocaching on foot after riding my bike up here all the way from inner Sydney.Very beautiful here in the Blue Mountains, loving it!Too bad the caches cannot be placed inside the NP boundaries but this works too I guess, tftc!
Thank you for the cache. We came on a day with extreme fog, so sadly there was no view. We imagine, however, that honeymooners would normally love it.
Found as we enjoyed a day out sightseeing nice and quiet here so managed to get muggle drive to stop, thanks for bringing us to such a lovely spot, spent time listening to the bird songs and noise of the wildlife TFTC and the fun
Had fun with a little friend after finding this one ....../ ).....' /---' (_____.TFTC . ((__)..... _ ((___)....... -'((__)--.___((_)
Another great lookout spot, which I never would have found without the cache! TFTC!
Was stopped at this lookout to admire the views, when it occurred to us to check for a cache and what do you know! Cache and log in excellent condition. TFTC!
after finding the owl cache on the path nearby, i walked back here as the muggles had moved on.a quick find and sign just as it started to spit. uh oh. so i moseyed myself back to town where i found a remarkably good kebab store. the rain seemed to have held of though and nothing eventuated... yet.i see there's another just been enabled further along the path now too. muuuuurphyyyyy *shakes fist*thanks for showing me honeymoon lookout with a geocache. saw a lyrebird digging around nearby and a king parrot right at the lookout!

We headed out for a much-needed walk and our general direction was the Leura Cascades. We did not make it that far in the end, but it was still a lovely walk amongst the trees and taking in the views. As we were passing close by to this cache we stopped for a look. A quick find here at GZ. TFTC pjmpjm
Horn and gehscheiß had a lovely walk in the evening and found this geocache. Thanks!
TFTC! Found a cool trackable. I was just thinking as we walked up that this would be a fun spot for a cache...and there it was ??
So planned a day to the blue mountains today. Want to do some hiking and hoping to find some geocaches as well.
Took the train from Parramatta in the morning and then walked from the station to Echo point enjoyed the view and walked further to the cache site. Looked around and walked further down to the coal mine near the Scenic cableway. And because the furber steps were closed turned back around and went back the same way and up all the stairs passed this GZ again and continued with the Henry route. At the top it was really windy and cold today but down not so much.
Thanks for showing this really enjoyed the hike.

OCW Jamo9000 and some other mates for my birthday up here in the Mountains; Jami found this one easy and cache was soon found! TFTC!
Finally a beautiful sunny day to look at the fantastic views along this road. TFTH
I’m working in Katoomba for the next couple of weeks and thought I’d grab a few caches while I’m in the area.
There was a Muggel car already parked at the Lookout but they seemed to be busy on their MacBook in the car. So I walked to GZ which, fortunately , was just out of sight of the muggle. I quickly spotted hiding spot and retrieved the cache. TNLNSL
The log was totally full so I left a few new lined sheets to supplement the log.
I completed the formalities. and returned the cache to its hidey hole.

It was a late afternoon visit to check out the view from the lookout. It would have been rude not to check my GPSr to see if there was a cache nearby and I was pleased to see that there was. I didn't really need to search much before getting my hands on the treasure. Greetings form New Zealand.
A fox doesn't belong here so he's off travelling. I can back for him as council were removing trees. So back we come and left a car. Tftc.
