It is not at toe level any more, I will go past later this afternoon as I'm sure it is still there. Please let me know what action you would like me to take.
Cache retrieved, I will get it to you next event we both attend in or near Christchurch.
Went to change the log sheet and couldn't find my own cache. I have heard from finders that it has suffered from cache creep and so I suspect it is mixed up with all the acorns - but I can't find it. So - archived.
I loved this one - good camouflage! It was very hot caching today around midday but we picked up a few along the way on our short trip to Ashburton. My 200th cache!
Found during a family outing from Christchurch to Ashburton. A great wee hide. Log however is full.
What a cool cache. Was an excellent disguise. Was quite an easy find but difficult to roll up the paper.
Had an awesome day. Today was our best find day of 104 caches. TFTC.
Couldn't log as too small for us. Did try to extract it but couldn't.

Made a few stops on the way north from Oamaru to Christchurch. Highway 1 was really busy today. This was one of the quick stops.

The first cache in New Zealand we had our vriend Luda come for the search for her the first time caching and she found it in minutes. Yet a very nice camoflaged hide.

A fairly quick find considering my lack of luck with the one further along the road. Wasn't quite sure what I should be looking for but it was obvious once I spotted it. Signed log, TFTC.
I knew what I was looking for on this attempt...but Mr Bairdy found it. Very pleased to tick this one off the gps. TFTC SL

Hey, woof... JC Cache Dawg here...
I'm loading all my finds from my Alpha Males (aka GenCuster) logs, where he deigned to remember that I was with him... As if he could forget...16:15

16:15 JC Cache Dawg went nuts about this. I couldn't locate it either for a while... If it was to be, it was 'up' to me. I did wonder if it had migrated a bit too. Signed as GC & JC. Later - checked with Nimrod and indeed (again, as with prior cache) it had been moved, defeating the - clever - point of the cache. Why oh why, dear cachers? Put it BACK! Stop spoiling the fun out of sheer laziness... Cheers, GC.
We were looking to low. Then my partner and I looked up and saw it straight away.

Headed towards Christchurch today and having a slow and leisurely trip with some sightseeing and a little geocaching thrown in. This cache was next on our hit list. The cache was quickly located after a short search, log signed and cache returned. Not as trick as we first thought. TFTC.
Sharp eyes by Emvy_us - found with Emvy_us on day six of our southern tiki tour while attending the Dunedin Mega. TFTC.
Another great find on the Emvy_Us / Waiiti20 mega tour of the Southern South Island. TFTC
Found as part of the Gangsters- The Rats, Farmer Frentzen and Big Matt and Shell- as part of our NZ Mega Event Tour 2012.
Nice little bit of camo here and also a horse walking past. TFTC!

Thanks

Our 6208th overall find.
Found on the "Gangsters" NZ Mega 2012 trip with steeba, The Rats and Farmer Frentzen. This one could be a tricky little sucker but it was located fairly quickly today.
Thanks N!mrod for the cache. Stats for our trip can be found here http://www.campersdownunder.com.au/geocaching/NZTrip/stats2.html

Stopped by with Roostaman today on the way to Timaru...and sometimes you just get lucky with finding tricky hides...and this was one of those occasions. This one could have taken a lot longer, especially if there were muggles around.

Day two of Sully1's and my New Zealand trip from Christchurch to Dunedin.
Today was only as far as Oamaru, and the weather, once it warmed up, was superb.
A couple of heavy showers throughout the day made it feel like home in Victoria.
Thanks again, nice cache rich town

Found with bogonghazy on day 2 of our short assault of the SI, whilst here for NZ Mega. We cached from Christchurch to Oamaru today, and only a few short showers throughout the day, which didn't deter us from continuing on with a numbers run. Thanks to the CO for placing this cache and for bringing us here.
Gosh I almost gave up and, as is often the case, spotted it as I was leaving. Great hide. It's quite fragile and needed very gentle fingers. TFTC
Haaaahaha! Loved the whole idea of this cache . As suggested, we used our car for cover, though I wish we'd had one of those big campervans instead... We soon nutted out what it was we were looking for, and began an exhaustive search, feeling rather worried by our chances. As often happens, just as we were about to call it quits, one of us looked in a spot already searched and voila!! A wonderful little cache . TFTC, N!mrod! =^.^=
We've looked for this one before with no luck. This time we found it fairly quickly. Neat cache.
This took a little while, but Alex had the nose for it. This one gets a point from me

Knowing now where the cache is I'm surprised that Mr B and I didn't find it the first time round. Then again I didn't find it this time either - Mrs KE did. Very well crafted. TFTC

How do expect me to write shenanigans nz an that wee bit of paper, we loved it, I stood back before I found it and tried to see how "delicate" would fit into a concrete or tin building, found it in spite of the word delicate. Another interesting hide. Thanks [^][^][^][^]
Part of an after noon hunt before over nighting in the town we had seen this one had a few favourite points and was a little bit of a challenge so we put it on the list to do. We got a break from the others and quickly arrived at GZ to see the name of the cache have meaning. Luckily we had parked the geo mobile as per the instructions and set to work. We started in one area and then thought about it a little more before turning up the camoed nano. A nice bit of camo. We signed the log and re hid. TFTC
Had me stumped for some time, turns out my first assumption was correct, I just had to find the correct location. You have a very twisted mind - I like it!
I have had a few goes at this one so when passing today with the other part of the caching team we stopped and she had it with in a few moments lol. A bit frustrating but glad to have it off my list. A great wee cache. TFTC. Cheers Bo
After the Weekend For Two Event,a group of us headed over here.It was'nt found quickly but eventually it was found. Thanks Warbut for having sharp eyes.We all signed it and moved off to the next Cache on our list.Very sneaky.TFTH
Kiwi Nomad is so right. Hunt carefully and don't listen to the whispers. Cunningly hidden but in the end easily found. Mind you it took a small herd of cachers to find it. Thank you.
Thankyou

So are we going to laugh or maybe get fed?
At thoughts of sweetcorn, my mouth began to water
But when approaching GZ, that image started to falter.
As I daydreamed of corn, and its derivative foodstuffs
MacPacMum signed the log, and replaced, that's good enough!
What? Hurry? Get in the Car?
Ohhh, FTF and it isn't far.
Food was forgotten, as no log yet signed,
So off we raced, fingers crossed we'll be first to find!

Found this time with some of our new geocaching friends. Easy when you know where. LOL Couldn't sign log as wet.
#369 6th cache of 25 for MacPacMum, JustMeG & PurdiePurdie's Ashburton trip. MacPacMum was expecting a hunt for this cache and couldn't believe it when the first object picked up turned out to be the cache - log rather wet though. Loved it though and will give it a favorite point.
So glad I stayed with the group for just one more cache as this was a tricky one and certainly not where previous finders suggested it was. So ignore what any one tells you and just use your head and it will be a simple find. Found of course in the last place we looked.
Completely stumped on this one... loads of leaves and mess around to troll through so 3 of us searched but to no avail.
Ha ha helps to find this cache when sprung by N!mrod and he points it out... We were on the right track but he saved us lots of searching!
Great hide and personal hint from N!mrod! Glad to get this one before we go home. TFTC.
This one defeated us today. I thought I had found the obvious spot, but there was nothing. TFTC.

Forgot today was a dot day on the cache finding calender and only realized at 7pm. With this being one of the very few caches within 30km of home the pressure was on to find tonight. A mean evil hide made even harder by autumn leaves.
Failed this previously, but after a reasonable hunt tonight, we did find it at last. Cheers Gav [11899]
Took a wee bit of a hunt to find.
Guessed what it would be correctly though, which simplified things.

Very clever well done, a great cache with Mrs Smarty Pants and Thee Mole on our way to the Melbourne Cup
Overnight this cache "magically" moved to a location where I could find it today. My goodness... this one is just plain mean! sorry folks, I've had to agree to put it back in its original position. I feel no shame, no oh I should have seen that, no feelings of inadequacy... nasty nasty nasty . Thanks to the CO for this and other caches, they've made my time in Ashvegas fun.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Will check today - sometimes searching can disturb precious and then it is a bugger to find
This is now officially my new Nemesis cache. Armed with confirmation of my suspicions of what to look for and one additional hint, I still can't reel this one in. Perhaps a 5th try tomorrow before I leave cornvegas with my geotail between my legs
Mrs G is still away at a London conference. Headed out on a sunny saturdays adventure with the wee dudes......spent a lovely morning and early afternoon at Lake Hood watching the dragon boating with the Grandies. Grabbed a couple caches before heading home to CHCH....limited to "easyish ones" as I had two wee dudes to keep in check....Had had a brief look for this one but decided to move on up the road to try another nearby cache as Wee Dude (4) was having great fun hurling items of interest and I was worried he would hit me, someone else, something (it was getting busy with a nearby function) or inadvertantly hurl the cache.....up the road I met the cache owner who was on maintenance rounds. I followed him back to this one as he wanted to make sure it hadn't been moved by searching/ers....it was still in place. I had the right idea, and I was searching the right area(s)....but I had stopped before reaching it. Great cache in a great spot. Thanks for the effort in creating & placing. Nice to meet you N!mrod!
I can see Autumn is not the best time for a cache such as this... Hail hurts, BTW!
Had a Ideal what we were looking for, but we were look in the wrong place to start with. nice hide. - Bitsprayer
There are some polite logs for this cache but there was nothing polite about what I was thinking about the cache owner this morning, made one correct assumption as it turned out but still couldn't find what I was looking for. Returned this afternoon after a quick call and all was revealed. Well done!
Thanks

Cunning hide finally made its presence know to us on our third visit. Felt a little like "chicken licken" today with the nuts falling freely around us. TFTC
After searching unsuccessfully for a considerable time on a previous visit, this time we found it in 1 second flat! We actually considered this possibility last time, but dismissed it as too complicated. TFTC
4256. We weren't sure whether or not to stop for a new search. We sat in the van for a while thinking about it but finally decided that a 3 minute search wouldn't do any harm. In the end we were glad we stopped - it was a fluke really - but we found it - and it wasn't even too difficult!! We were surprised but jubilant to cross this one off our list.
Thanks

That is a sweet cache. Second time here so was great to walk away with it.
TFTC. This cache required a revisit as our first stop in the morning revealed nothing. Later in the day, after finding several other N!mrod caches, Hello Mrs and purdiepurdie began another careful scrutiny under the watchful eye of La Vista who had previously logged sucess. The wee treasure was happily located and so drew to a conclusion a lovely caching outing for the three girls.
You could say we saved the best for last. DNF on our first attempt today. Sneaky but nice.
What'd a trip to Ashvegas be without a DNF on this one eh? Add another name to hte list. Cheers
Again hahahaha ... Had a subtle nudge to confirm thinking and the evil one was found ... Thanks for this and the many visits to such a frustrating spot
