We were in the area recently for an event. Never been to so many events before .....We found this cache and signed the log.Tftc K8nCo and 1MinnieMoo for adopting
Out and about to clear away some caches in the area. A sneaky hide but with a little help it was located. TFTC
An early morning start to the day with an event. Event over it is now time to find some caches. Then some more.TFTCache K8'n'Co. adopted by 1MinnieMoo
TFTC smile 17430 out and about on a lovely day having a great time finding a few local caches after the Event today., Nice walk Thank you Nyssaflutterby for placing this cache for our enjoyment
its not every day the cache is in the first place you look so luck was on my side today. All good TFTC
Last time we were in this area that was not a carpark within miles but today we snagged one where we just squeezed in before the yellow line. We walked down towards the river and made a quick find. Not a lot of places really that we could check here. There were some people dropping a line at the end of the jetty but noone near enough to trouble us. Thanks Nyssaflutterby
I dropped off my daughter at the airport so decided to head across the Gateway for some geocaching as it’s been a long time since I ventured to the Southside.
This was the first one I looked for. Went straight to gz and had a short search but couldn’t find anything so spread my search and spotted a familiar object about 10m out for me. Tftc

Nyssaflutterby I found your cache Juggernauts MkII on 6/6/2023, 1:30 pm. This is my find 5538 and find # 4 today. Found it this time after a brief search and with the help of the hint. Unsuccessful 5 years ago. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Found this one today on the second time here super happy to have take this one off. Thanks so much for placing
I was out today with the main aim of picking up a particular cache to finish off qualification for a challenge cache I was hoping to complete. Before heading out this morning I quickly put together a list of other caches I could visit in the area, including this one.
I had noted the number of DNF's with one lonely find in between and decided to come for a visit to try my luck. I had read the previous logs and a few mentioned wasps nest so I first began my search looking for this feature, without any real reference to where the compass was pointing. As I scanned the area I actually spotted the cache quite by chance a little way off from where I currently was. Headed over and safely retrieved the cache and signed my name in the logbook. TFTC

An early morning drive to take geohubby to work and an 8am appointment at Bulimba found me caching in the area to pass the time (apparently, people don't want to organise appointments for 6am haha).
After finding a nearby cache I thought I would give this one a try. What a lovely little area this is, with a beautiful view of the bridge.
I approached GZ and quickly located the approximate location as to where the sneaky little cache should be. Clearly not thinking too well at 6:20am I placed my hand under and quickly located a wasp nest (luckily not bitten!!!). After the adrenaline hit woke me up a bit more I began a thorough and methodical search of the area - this included getting down and dirty as the dew on the ground had not yet evaporated much. Baffled, I took a seat nearby to search previous logs and knew I was looking for something a little trickier and off beat. Returning to the GZ I continued my hunt: up, down, here, over there, nope - over there, in here, under here, stand back - think from a different perspective......I did it all. At one point I noticed something similar to a previous find I had located, and tried, but the item wouldn't budge - so I'm guessing that wasn't it.
After about 40 minutes that sun was beating down and I needed to get moving, particularly as I had been completely attacked by weird tiny flying brown ants that stung and left marks all over me. Alas, this one has escaped me today - but, it's added to the DNF list to be avenged another day.

I had a good search around but wasn’t able to find this one today. I gave up after catching the attention of people nearby and decided to move on. I’ll be back and will find it next time!
Dnf. But did find a couple of paper wasp nests. Got stung and thought better of it!
Found it after some help from the CO. If you find the wasps you are too close to the water....
Couldn't find today as I'm fairly new to geocaching. I'll try again later. Could anyone tell me some more hints, it would be greatly appreciated . Thanks!
Awesome location on the Brisbane River. Call into the Brewfog for a well deserved ale after finding this one. Looked over 2 days and came back today and found it after 5 minutes.
Took a while to find ended up looking through activity logs for some hints but got it at the end before it became to dark. TFTC
We were in the area to collect some camera gear. We had to pick up DFC from a work function nearby, so we decided to make the stroll down to the riverside to find this cache. After a message to the quick replying CO we had the cache in hand and replaced it back where she had originally placed it.
Thank you for the cache placement and maintenance NYSSAFLUTTERBY

Out with UK highcroft hunters. The hint was miss leading and helpful at the same time. Tftc
Had us looking for a little bit! Thanks for this, clever hide. Great little bar behind it seems, good music at least!
Great spot and a nice hide.
GPS coords are slightly off but if you use your caching senses and think 'where would i hide this' you'll find it.

Never been out to these parks before... A nice morning to get a few caches on a walk before it hits 35 degrees later today. I feel like the coords were a bit off today but reading the hint I randomly searched an area and found it. TFTC!
Woohoo, found the cache after 10 minutes of looking and it's a second time back. I think when the cache was replaced the spot moved a bit. The hunt through us off as there are two rock "walls" and it wasn't in either but it was very close to one of them. TFTC, it's a beautiful spot.
This evening, I visited the areas of Murarrie and Hemmant to target a few geocaches, whilst also enjoying a walk underneath Gateway Bridge in Queensport Rocks Park.
Whilst completing the nearby multi-cache, I thought I would extend my walk past this geocache. After a short search, I was able to find the cache in a logical hiding spot, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Given this geocache's accumulated 42 Favourite Points, I was expecting something a little more creative, but perhaps the current container is a replacement cache from its original high Favourite Point one? I did think the bar above me seemed pretty cool, and perhaps I will be back anyway to check that out for a dinner option, but otherwise, a pleasant location. Thanks K8'n'Co. for the cache placement, and 1MinnieMoo for its ongoing maintenance.

Came out for a bit of night fishing with friends. Had a long look around, in and under everything but it eventually appeared for us. Nice hide TFTC
Heading out and about with Prime this afternoon, chasing caches, drinking coffee, and generally having a good time. Twas a warm day so more than one drinks stop was in order. This cache was on the target list because of it's vintage. Lovely view from here all is well with the cache and log.

Out and about in the area this morning and grabbing some caches. Spent a bit of time searching and need to warn everyone there are multiple wasp nests in the area please be careful. Located cache signed log and replaced as found. Fav point for showing us this spot. TFTC
Saw that this one had been recently replaced so came down for a look, finally found it in the end!
With a big work week planned my caching will be just one a day at the moment as I need to keep my challenges alive for another week, so close to finishing.
I had been to this cache once before and had no luck, yesterday I saw the CO had replaced the cache and it was all good to go again. With that information I headed over this morning to collect my find and turn my nasty blue face to a nice smiley yellow face. It didn’t take long and I soon spied the cache, I opened the cache to find a nice new clean log, only to spoil it with my name in it.
Thanks to the CO for replacing the cache and keeping this one alive.

Out to complete my cache a day and trad a day challenges.
saw this one was just over the bridge from work so thought i would grab a quick find. got to gz and no luck, then searched previous logs to see it was lost a while ago.

Sitting at my desk and needing a walk I jumped on the app and noticed this one less than 200 mts away so jumped up and went for it.
After a few minutes I decided to check the previous logs only to find it had gone.
I'll check in again in the next few days as see if it's back up.

Checked on this one today and no sign of the cache. Will replace in the next couple of days.
As previous cacher stated, the jetty is brand new and the cache doesn't appear to be at the co-ords.
CO will need to look at this one. New jetty has been built a n d old one taken away. Should be completed by end November (workman advised).
Out scouting workshop locations and a quick detour. A clever hide that had us overlooking the devious cache. TFTC
The pier closed, I was alone here.
After getting sandy I made an observation that lead me to the log.
My fav brewery is building next door, the things one discover while geocaching!

Nearly gave up as I was climbing under the area. But experience and perseverance paid off. TFTC
I had been searching under the structure when I looked through the debris left by the river and realised that at high tide it would be untenable to have a magnetic under it. The satellite images had me looking on one side but when I ducked under the other I saw something subtly out of place.

2nd find for today, nice quick one today and a lovely spot to visit and admire the bridges. Tftc
A lot of muggles out for their lunch walks today. So, armed with a handy piece of dowel I found nearby, I wandered about 'measuring' the structural soundness of the bridge which is (fortunately) still being repaired. This I did for the best part of 30 mins, checking every log I could just to scrape together any clues to help my fruitless search, GPS wasn't on my side either which didn't do much to assist my confusion. Felt good to finally lay hands on this one. Enjoy your FP , CO, and TFTC
I knew there was trouble on the horizon when my wife asked me to plan a caching day around a shop my daughter wanted to visit. When my other daughter joined in the festivities, my day of caching was in jeopardy.
Who am I kidding? My caching plan was defunct. I had fallen asleep last night dreaming about caches, finding some impossible ones like; climbing Mt Everest on a power trail, getting some unloved time on a cache on Mars, and riding bare-back on a unicorn to find a cache at the end of the rainbow.
Instead my day was going to be watching my wife and two daughters look, touch and try on every piece of clothing in sight. My lovely dreams had become a nightmare and no matter how much mental power I resolved myself to use to solve the problem, I was way behind on the estrogen scoreboard.
The shops weren’t open yet so after crossing the Gateway I made everyone get out of the car to help with the hunt. Those cranky beeyarches were not happy but I got our stamp in the log and am still alive to tell the tale. tftc

Out for a drive on a wet drizzly Saturday afternoon. Perhaps this is why we had GZ to ourselves today. We had no idea this area existed, and we are loving the opportunity to gradually get to know Brisbane a little more as the months go by.
At GZ, we began a methodical search although Mrs Domsky got lucky and managed to put her hand on it straight away.
All good here, and some wonderful camouflage for this cleverly constructed container.
We add a favourite point to its collection.
Thanks K8’ Co

Intrepid angler! Jetty unsafe sign but after a thorough examination of the structure all is sound.
Cache located, very tricky!

This one is find number 150! I attempted to find it while on my way to the end of the walking track with my dog. The first search was not successful, so I tried again on my way back to my car. I am very happy to have discovered it! I agree with the description of “sneaky & tricky”. Well done K8'n'Co.! TFTC
Bristracker and I were nearby this cache and I pointed out the number of favourite points it has so of course we stopped to find it. We searched for a little while until I spied something and pulled out a cache. The bridge above is currently blocked off, but no impediment to finding the cache. TFTC
Had to read a few finders’ logs to get a sense of what we were looking for. Altho we knew this CO as a CONSTRUCTOR of intelligent and intricate caches. Anyway I got to do crab walks and lying flat on my back only to find that was quite unnecessary but my PT will be pleased at my exertions.

Was out and about today and thought of finding a few caches. I saw this cache on the map and thought of finding it. I arrived at GZ and started searching. After 10 minutes the cache was soon found [^] . Thanks for the cache K8 'n' Co . TFTC!!!
On approach I saw something out of place and thought could that be it. Knowing k8nco has very ingenious caches. Yes there it was. Fantastic. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy. Fp
K8'n'Co. I didn't find your cache Juggernauts MkII on 3/9/18, 4:21 pm. Searched all around, only came up with a needle (geokids be careful). Another day.
Knew this was a tricky one coming in and even with everyone’s activity it still wasn’t easy. We had a visual of the container from one of the photos, but it sent us on the wrong tangent. Once we returned to basics, trusted our GPS, stood back and looked, it all became clear . FP for the ingenuity and effort
Wow. I reckon I’ve been here five or six times. Reading more and more logs trying to get a clue on where it might be.
Today was no different. Had to pretending I was “looking at building a bridge and needed some pointers” and I’m not entirely sure he muggle believed me.
It was until I read Rods log that I searched a different area and found it instantly. Favourite point from me.
Log is full so here’s a photo proving the find
Thanks for a great cache!

I'm always dubious when people say it's "clever" or "tricky" because 1. Maybe it's been oversold, and 2. Maybe it'll be so hard I won't find it....
But seriously, it's so clever and tricky!!! I found it and was not disappointed!! Probably my favourite cache to date (in my only 20-odd experience haha)
Thank you

Was down here for a walk and thought I would do a bit of geocaching while in the park.
Took me alittle while due to been a Rusty as my skills.
But after looking hard at the Google Satellite map to get a good idea to look and the logs saying how well well blended it was hidden I thought outside the box...
I was looking directly at it, once you see it you wonder how it was not damn obvious.
Was not able to sign the log due to it been full so I have included a picture instead as my proof of finding it.

A new reason came up for quartpotpobblebonk to hop over to this part of town.
Such a cool spot but few people would suspect it.
Recent rains had left the area squishy underfoot and there was a brief debate about whether to risk a pair of work shoes or plunge on and enjoy mud between the toes.
A quick think about some of the potentially dangerous things that might be hidden in that mud forced the negotiation of a (vaguely) dry path to the area the GPS wanted.
Nearing the spot and starting casting about. A poke here, a prod there, stand back and really look... let's try that. Ahah! The caches pops into sight. Very clever.
Cache in good shape but log extraction doohickey highly recommended.
Thanks again K8. This gets a favourite point because like some previous finder said, you do so much for the sport you deserve all the favourites you get.

It really was in the most obvious spot once I got there; but it still gets a favourite point from me because all of this COs caches deserve one
