I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Approached this the wrong way, taking a direct route before realising where I was or that there was another, easier way. Oh well. Muggle nearby soon left, clearing the way for the find. Replaced as found. TFTC.
Things were a bit busy here today, with digging going on. Thankfully the cache is in a place where it isn't too obvious that we are not in the cemetary to visit one of the occupants. Thanks AdventureTheron.
Reluctantly I am going to do a cut and paste for most of my logs today. Lytteltonwitch, Geomum007 and I had a very busy day. Most logs were signed in full some were initials. We had a FANTASTIC day, walked our wee socks off and tomorrow - home time, has come around too fast. Thanks to all the cache owners for making this Dunedin stay so memorable.
Timed this just right as shortly after I'd made the find and slowly weaving back to the car along came a maintenance worker to empty the bin - that could have been awkward. TFTC #379
Wonderful peaceful contemplative spot for a geocache. Many thanks to CO. Instructions said to take care to return to position, but I suspect the way I found it wasn't the way it was originally left because pretty much just lying out in open. Logbook and contents in good condition. I logged at 31 Oct but when I got home realised that was the date yesterday. Oops!
Pretty place to spend your days. Wet and cold day. Found on the way back from tunnel beach
Got to drink some coffee while the cache was tracked down. Signed the logbook and popped it back in the spot. Thanks for the cache mate. Nice place to plant some feet here.
*Winter time dots are thin on the ground for June soon to be rectified with an annual caching trip and another push over the border ploughing new and old fields of Otago of it's green dots turning dozens of dates from one singular shade of green to a multiple darker green on the 'finds' tableau*. While I don't plot many caches each trip to Dunnas; after the latest challenges gobbled up all the available dots for 100mi around my caching centre, I'd rather save some areas for another life. I am wery familiar driving around Dunnas from a previous life visiting the outlaw old crone we outlived last century in Mollywood and visiting a new Oma this century in Dunnas. First time down this road, so I got to see a bit of countryside away from the urban sprawl. Big empty cemetery and had a cache hidden nearby, yep I like caching in a cemetery. Not too sure what time it was but daylight and open gate ticked boxes for a quick easy find with a good hint. Found the larger 400ml sistema tucked away noice'n'dry and signed the logbook. *The 5 acre lifestyle block across the road looks to have sold in last few years since the GE images were updated. One way to get free realestate advertising showing off the coastal view but the new streetview update is rolling out to a town near you soon as we speak.* TFTC
Nice walk from the carpark, and a quick find. Conveniently quiet today. Tftc! And tft trackable!
#6091. I had another workshop in Dunedin on Friday and decided to stay on for the night and the following morning so I could pick up more geocaches around Dunedin. I have to be back in Wellington tomorrow evening so its a shorter stay than last weekend. Picked up the rental car at the airport and stayed once more at the TOP10 campground. Plan today was to pick up a scattering of caches in the city, one challenge cache then head out to Outram to pick up the old letterbox cache.
This cache: Time to start heading out of the city but I wanted to find a nearby challenge cache first. This cache was just up the hill so decided to come up here as well. Drove into cemetery and parked nearby. Saw a likely hiding spot and headed over. The cache was quickly found. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks for placing it here AdventureTharon.

No one about. What a great cemetery. I love all the colour. A fabulous final resting place. Thanks for the hide.#3042
TFTC - found while on my way home from visiting grandchildren further north

We're on Holiday from Christchurch, and not sure if it's even there,as we hunted and hunted, twice without any luck..Or are we losing our knack...
Looks like we were just in time for this one.
When we started to search for this cache, two men were just working on covering up a fresh burial, about 10-15 metres away from the cache location. Turns out the funeral ceremony had just finished less than an hour before. There are some things that you just don't do, and in my book looking for a cache during a funeral ceremony is one of those.
We did find it fairly quickly, even though it wasn't in one of several spots that would have classified as 'obvious'. Thank you for the cache, and thank you for bringing us to a place we didn't know existed.

This would have been a DNF had I not decided to go look for a few others and come back on my way back down the hill! Simple hide, but well concealed!
What a lovely wee cemetery, I had a little look while I was there. The graves look absolutely beautiful

2nd cache for team KJR. Found by R super quick! Think we have a pro amongst us. TFTC
Greetings from America! Thank you for the cache. Found with Butterflytat while on our vacation. Dropped a few bugs to send on their way
Lol 'under' is a great hint because it totally made us go away from where the GPS lead us
Another cache from a handful I will collect today. Nice wee plot with a view. Tftc
Late logging - I found this when I was down in Dunedin for Christmas - somehow I then forgot about it....
Not a reflection on the cache, but on the rotten cold I had at the time.
Thanks, AdventureTharon; i do enjoy cemetery caches.

Had a bit of time after the event this morning to grab a few caches in the area. First stop was here in a very quiet (though certainly not spooky) area of town, whereupon I found the cache fairly quickly and in good nick. A good start for my adventurous day to come. Cheers!
Having been away all weekend in Northland for a spot of caching it was now time to be down south (due to work commitments tomorrow morning) so the least that I could do would be to grab a few caches along the way.
Having arrived not long ago this was my first Trad, (as the next couple of days I would be concentrating on Earthcaches and what I needed to collect to make them all work).
Last morning in Dunners and so this time it was time to go for a number of quick grabs around town. It was early enough in all instances that muggles were never going to be a problem
thanks for the placemnet, Thanks for the cache

At first I thought the container was something else but then figured that wasn't it because it was too big. So I extended my search slightly and there it was. Thanks
