### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there mungo2000,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Spent a good half hour searching around but wasn't able to come with the goods. Might come back another day after a few more finds or a maintenance check.
Searched high and low for quite a while and no luck! Looked through all the activity which didn’t help us at all
Parked right next to GZ and spotted the cache hide through the passenger window.

Feeling a bit behind in the Museum Mystery, I finished work early on this gorgeous winter's day, determined to gather all the clues. This cache was guarding a fingerprint, which I happily collected. It was a good place to start my afternoon ramble, with free parking on the side streets. I probably could have spent longer admiring the bushland, but signed the log and moved on. (Cache is full of scruffy paper... I think it could do with a new logbook.) TFTC!
We couldn't help but admire the magnificent houses in this secluded little court.
At GZ, we found the cache in the first place we looked. Co-ordinates bang on.
Thanks mungo2000.
Chiefton!!!

There is a lot of building works happening here but that did not deter me. The cache was found quickly and I was on my way. This would be a very private place to live.
Find 2020
Out bike riding and this one was close by. What a neat little out of the way place. Loved the house of sticks over the road. Cache was found without hassle. Log is a bit mashed due to being wet at some stage. managed to sign and all back safe again.

Cache log is full and needs replacing. Was in the area for an event for the geo kids and took the chance to grab some caches. Was walking in circles a little before the direction settled and was able to make the find quickly.
Thanks mungo2000 for the cache.
Found at 3:46 pm on 12/1/19.

Lovely little heathland reserve right in the middle of the court. Clues very helpful! TFTC. Caches_High & my 2nd find & counting.
Great spot! Took a while to find. No one around today so had plenty of time to search.
It took us a good 10 minutes to find, since the location is a bit off. We started thinking it might be hanging or buried, some of the hints people left in the thread were helpful, mostly if they had children. There were a bunch of muggle construction workers nearby working on a couple of houses who must have thought we were weird. Overall a fun challenge and harder than expected.
As the creator of this cache said, this one's really out of the way! I'd have no idea this little heathland reserve existed, and am happy to have been led here. Overall, a really decent spot and hide! TFTC!
Found this on Tuesday-ish, just got around to logging now

Cool court that has a fair bit of building going on. Access to the GZ is guarded by some high vis style fencing but you can still easily find a spot in. Signed and returned - thanks.
Today was a long day of caching in and around Black Rock and Beaumaris. We still needed about 70 caches to complete our hidden creatures series before time runs out. Fantastic area that we have never really explored before.

My second last trad in the area and I don't know when I'll go after the last as it involves a tree climb. I was anticipating some difficulty with this one given the CO hasn't logged onto the site since 2012 and as can often happen the cache can be a bit elusive in such situations. Not this time, arrived at GZ thought that a particular bit of landscape would be a likely hide and sure enough.....
Oh and the construction site seems to have begotten a further two construction sites. There appears to be a spate of rival upgrades amongst the residents at the moment....

6th find.
Trying not to look suspect with building site across road
Good hiding spot.
Thank you

This one was hard! The posted photos pointed me in the right direction. Look for the tree
Out tonight with TrailStevo on our Sunday evening outing. Had Geodog with us as a disguise, that all it does because it is hopeless at finding boxes! As normal, Sunday eve is quite quiet so we went about our "dog walking" without causing suspicion. Notices we have 4 mystery cache solved in the area and a bunch of traditionals we could collect on the way round. We had many success's but quite a lot of DNF too unfortuantey. TFTC Thanks Mungo2000
Drive bys and short walks were the order of the night. Picking up some solved mysteries and some traditionals. Tftc
It has been a while since I last took my bike out to do some caching so when I had the opportunity today I jumped at it. The weather was a bit breezy with a chill too.
The GPSr wouldn't settle so I ended up walking in circles for a while. Luckily there was no building work occurring today as I felt quite exposed. I was on the verge of giving up when I thought that I would try one more place. Success! TFTC.

A very apt name for the cache. I thought I was being ultra discrete on my retrieval efforts when a bloke called out "ya right mate?", looked about to see that a nearby builder was watching me intently. Explained that I was searching for something lost, that seemed to appease and I returned to the hunt. Finally uncovered, signed and returned.. thanks..!!
Arrived in the court found quick a lot of activity - building going on at a number of sites including a crane blocking one of the sides. Parked nearby to GZ and made my way to the actual coordinates trying to make sure I was not too obvious. I was surprised to find the cache quite quickly and signed log and replaced without being spotted. This was a different type of court to what I had expected with lots of native vegetation. TFTC
Took a while for GPS to settle but managed to post this one. Log is really full but managed to find a blank page in the middle somewhere. Last time we came through here kids were playing in the garden so we drove on. Deserted today and a few new houses being built.
Suscoe was in Melbourne today following a family celebration and so we had a bit of time to explore the area before heading home.
Well the weather had taken a turn for the worse, typical Victorian weather really.
Who would believe it was mid Summer.
Thanks to mungo2000 for this cache.
This took a little bit of hard work but it paid off.
Log signed and on our way.

I parked my bike a carried out a wide search - you know what. Mmmm. Thanks mungo2000.
Came here after work to find this cache. The GPS was sending me over the place a bit before I read a few logs and contacted a friend. A cute little park and the area almost obscures the surrounding houses that gives me a rather uncomfortable feeling lurking around. Anyway cache found and now have a smiley face. By the way, it is a great hide with a cache pretty much protected from the elements. TFTC.
With dinner out the way it was time to pick up a few unfound caches. Pulled into the street with my GPS telling me I was 5m from GZ. I was hoping to make a quick retrieval, but a few muggles in the street put a stop to that. Eventually they moved on and then I was able to make a quick find. It seems to be my night for finding caches in the dark. TFTC
That's an incredible sight that post meeting the tree. Almost joined. Took a bit of looking but found it pretty quickly. Tftc
Find #2023
Had a spare morning on a pleasant Labour Day public holiday so headed out to tidy up a few around Bayside including the new Trammed By Horse series. This was the eleventh of 13 finds for the morning including the satisfaction of 5 that had previously DNF'd. Surprisingly given the location I had never tried this one before and I headed to the unusual close and parked up nearby. Took a little bit of searching in a few spots but then I got lucky and the cache was in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for this cache mungo2000.

Took a while to find this one (about 10-15) but once found couldn't get over how clever the hiding place is!
Find #3 for the day. Wasn't far from the coordinates. Signed the log. Thanks. Interesting court. Clydekitty.
Found my first cache! 3rd time lucky! Took some searching but eventually found what I was looking for after 15 minutes or so. A great (and rewarding) first find, left nothing took nothing. Log book very much full. THANKS!!
