Our original plan was to come to Tassie to do a hike to Blue peak to find an unfound cache and perhaps spread some love to a few unloved caches in the area. But as the date approached it was decided not to try for "Blue peak dreaming" cache as it was a bit of an unknown walk and might be a bit to much for the younger members in our group. So instead we decided on Wall of Jerusalem as an over night hike destination and after spending way to much time on a nearby (as the crow fly's) unloved cache we eventually set off later than planed on the up hill climb towards Wild dog creek camp site. Just managed to get our tents set up and dinner cooked before the weather turned for the worse
We awoke the next day to the occasional sleety shower but managed to get some breakfast cooked between showers. Around 9ish the weather looked to be improving so packed our lunch for a walk to Dixon's kingdom, as it turned out the sky’s turned blue although still very cold we had an amazing walk, finding this cache along the way was a bonus. What an absolute pearler of a spot, truly breath taking. Cache was found in excellent condition, but had me wondering why on earth their wasn’t anymore caches in this area. I guess you really don’t need any more reward for coming here.
(On a side note I did carry a ammo can up here so stay tuned for more on that if I can get it published)
Not long after arriving at Dixons Kingdom hut it started snowing and continued through out the night. We certainly got the full Tassie experience on this trip, an adventure that won’t be forgotten in a hurry
Thx
Spreyton22 for placing this cache, we are forever indebted for showing us this paradise

We set out this morning from the car park to the Walls and the cache. After climbing King Solomon's Throne we continued along the boardwalk to the Pencil Pine Forest. The cache was find quickly and were happy to find it in good condition.
This walk would have to be one of my all time favourites. There is so much uniqueness here! We marvelled at the beautiful old Pencil Pine trees, the unique cushion plants and skinks we encountered along the way and the natural springs flowing all over the landscape. This walk was absolutely worth it and I'd recommend it to anyone.
Thank you so much for bringing us to such an amazing place. This one gets a favourite point from me.
The walk into here was planned as part of our trip down to Tasmania.
When I did my research I discovered a cache which was a bonus.
We'd camped in the car park the night before so we could get a nice early start as we planned on making this a day walk only.
The scenery along the way was just absolutely spectacular and beautiful.
We loved the area around GZ and marvelled at how old some of the trees are.
The cache was found without any drama and we were pleased to be able to add our names to the log.
We would definitely like to come back here again, maybe next time for a couple of days.
I'm giving this a favorite point as it is a wonderful spot to visit and I hope it encourages others to come along.

Beautiful area.
Did this cache after walking into the Walls from Lake Ada.
Spent 8 days in the area, including Lake Meston.
We ended up going through to Balls Lake Hut that night, and it snowed properly for Jeremy on the way there. We woke up to 30cm snow outside the hut the next day. It also cleared up enough to see the surrounding topography - nice!
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache Spreyton22.
best wishes,
Wal & Jeremy
Great coords and a perfect hint are appreciated in such a sensitive area. Well done Spreyton22
This was such an easy pick up and after a long hot day of walking it was great to be logging another cache on this two day trip to the Walls.
Its been such a great trek with a few side trips to The Temple, The Pool of Bethesda, and Solomons Throne (which Im still kicking myself I didnt have a cache to leave up there). spotted one Tiger snake but off the track and two whip snakes today and an echidna along the way.
Met some lovely people and saw the most amazing scenery imaginable.
Two wallabies were not far from this cache and the body was starting to feel a little tired so moved on fairly quickly.
Thanks a million Spreyton22 Loved this one
The co ordinates & clue are unchanged. Hopefully it will stay put this time!
Thanks for placing the cache originally Spreyton 22. The area is well worth a visit.
Thanks!
If its "not found" again, we'll disable / archive the cache.
We walked up to The temple, collecting the cache on the way, then continued on and back to our car via the lakes of the Pine River Valley. Unfortunately we didn't have time to collect Another Brick in the Walls. Another time.
Thanks for the cache.
