I couldn't figure this one out, I looked from every angle and then assumed the cache had been taken after a while.
Had us stumped for a while, saw it but didn't realise what it was thanks to Erin-rose and malea263.
This one had us stumped for a bit. Sat on rocks to ponder. Erin-rose tackled this one and got us through. Great hide! With Erin-rose, TezzyTot and geopuppies
Bloody downpour when we we at this one. Brrr. A really nice hide but logbook is a bit damp. TFTC
Found 10.00am
We always drop in at the local cafe when in the area and we remember the previous cache that was close by. Hope this one lasts a bit longer.

AJ and I wanted to go find some caches and this area was the spot with a nice dense patch of caches I had not found.
The local birds seemed to be expecting some food from us since they kept coming right up to us while we searched. The clever little hide was soon found. TFTC

Nice hide for this one. I looked once, missed it and then had it pointed out (and felt a bit silly for missing it ). Had assistance of some local ducks and other assorted birds (of the feathered type...).
Found it but had to sit on the rocks to write. There is construction on the roundabout so currently extremely high vis.. Log is soaked.

Find # 1786
After a late night at the WWFM IX event in the city and just three hours sleep, I was picked up by my caching partner in crime, sedgwickDave and we headed in a northerly direction towards Whittlesea and a massive day of caching.
This one was fairly quick to find, but we actually had to wait for several muggles in cars passed by before we could both retrieve and replace. I almost trapped my fingers, future finders be careful.
Thanks to homerjay73 for the cache. I believe we have found homerjay73 territory!!

Today was another epic cache run with best mate ahomburg thru an area of Melbourne I have not visited until today. This was one of 32 found and we also had a few DNFs.
A quick find and almost a drive by but it took a bit of effort to have cache in hand. Nicely done. [^] TFTC homerjay73

Although an obvious hide for some - It proved to be challenging to say the least.... very well executed. Geo-GF was pleased with this type of hide.
Thumps up fro her!!
Thx again HJ

Returning home to the north east today, and grabbing as many smilies on the way as I can. Sorry for the generic log. TFTC!

The concentration of hides in these new estates influenced my choice of places to walk this afternoon.
Found after a fairly short search with only a couple of stops to let locals walk out of sight. This camo should last a while.
With a hole on its bag, the log has gotten wet... I've double bagged it, but a good drying out might be in order.
D'oh!! Pencil still in hand after putting the cache back... nothing like having to open it up again...

Found with IITom23II and The Dealer, very nice hide took a little bit to find, the log is a bit damp though, TFTC
We have been on this bridge before. Braving the ravenous ducks and and coots, we soon identified the camo MO. Very cute and recovered the cache without losing fingers at 3:55pm. TFTC

Kept us looking for a little while but Mr Squalid finally found this one. We loved the swamp hens here; I think they were waiting for a feed but to no avail. Thanks for the cache.
Another quality cache hide Homerjay. Great work on the camo
Quick find, all I needed was a loaf of bread to feed all those hungry ducks

(catching up on logging) Found with bogonghazy. Another high quality homerjay73 cache.
Loved this hide, Reesylou and I both noticed it before the Ahah moment.
Certainly a favorite for me, thanks again HomerJay73

I had to look at this very well put together hide twice before I saw it. Very nicely done and good coordinates too, thanks homerjay.
Found at 8.45am on a Sunday morning. After having been brought to the area for 2 FTF finds seemed sensible to check out the only two Homerjay hides we were yet to find. This was a quick easy find in the first place we looked - good accurate co-ords. TFTC Homerjay73
Found this one. I might go down the road and have another look for the any key, while I'm here. Thanks.
I headed out tonight to meet up with my best mate Marshy (Blacklegend) for one of our huge caching night runs. We had no major plans for the night as we usually do as there had been so many new caches published since we last met up, so we just winged it for the night.
A nice quick find but a great hide as well.
Thanks homerjay73.

One of 26 on another legendary night caching run with my best mate and caching buddy Marty aka Quasar3671. Made a few finds in the area, so i hope i have the correct cache here. Pretty cool hide, and won't get muggled in a hurry. TFTC.
Was the first place I looked but when couldn't move it looked elsewhere and didn't find it. After about 5 mins went back and tried harder and signed the log. Liked the cache but glad the cafe wasn't open as don't think the tree would provide much cover. Tftc tnln
4th and last find in the northern suburbs for the day, just getting too hot!!
Jyetara spotted this clever hide, lots of vehicle traffic too!!

Found at 1805. 2nd to find! Arrived at GZ with a familiar car parked in the street. Started to approach GZ with Non-Geohusband & ee. Landau351 got out of his car and came for a chat while we attempted to find it. My iphone had me about 2mtr out but thats not really unusal. Not the normal type of cache but we must always expect the unexpected and leave nothing unturned with a Homerjay cache.
While having a chat with landau351 his phone went off then mine went off!!!! Oh another FTF chase was on!! So our chat was short lived and off landau351 sped off.

1/01/2012 17:53 2 of 4 for today. Joint {*FTF*} I was sitting at home when the phone went ping and saw a chance at a cache north of here in homerjay central. I figured I was in with a chance if 80 degrees couldn't get there. I arrived and search for a few minutes then PR&F jumped out of a car driven by her dad and Father-in-law. Rhiannon made a passing comment and I twigged and grabbed the very well secured cache. I then offered a joint find. We chatted for a bit then she left. Whilst siting in my car I saw someone else turn up and it turned out to be Gaga66 this time with daughter and husband in tow. After a short search and and some nods and winks I gave her hubby, they soon had it in. Rhiannon, myself and Gaga all noted that GZ seemed about 2.5 meters out. As always, another tricky hide that does an excellent job of pretending to be something its not. TFTC homerjay73 TNLN SL

Joint FTF with landau- was great to catch up! And what a way to start the new year.
Good hide, I touched GZ before David made the find.
Had a chat and collected a couple of moveable frogs too.
TFTC Homer, keep it up!
