Nice big cache but totally full of water as no lid attached. Emptied out but needs a new log...
Quick find thanks to hint. Quiet here today. Someone has left their gumboot behind. Tftc
Nicely sized cache. Quick find with the help of the hint. All good here.

Don't see many caches that have as much swag in them as this one does. Added an unopened McDonald's toy I brought a while ago. Tftc.
Cool. Thanks for the bubbles, my son loved it. There is still some for the next person
From Pretoria South Africa.

Very easy find. Could see it as i pulled up. Just a piece of paper as a log. Nice and dry though. Pushed it back. So glad to finally be back caching again.
Once there was a gap in the traffic it was a quick grab, SL and put comfortably away. Tftc
Pretty sure I've been here before...a few years ago ...but must have forgotten to log it!
Was going to check the log but there is only a newish piece of paper here..
Oh well...easy find!

We actually took this way as an alternative to avoid traffic but also because we have all the caches on our normal route. TFTC
In the area today doing a spot of caching after picking up some piping and dropping GAR off at a dog agility workshop. Nice easy find andd plenty big enough for trackables - as it turns out I didn't have any on me today. Thanks for placing Zork V.
Found quickly on our way to Auckland however no log or goodies inside. Added a piece of paper for logging onto. Thanks
Enjoying a day out and doing geocaches along the journey. Stopped to find this quick and easy cache.
. On a small road trip with Mcjandals over to the Waikato. Lots of fun and good weather until the end and then it was time for home. Enjoyed some roads off the beaten track as the main ones were very busy. Think the farmers in the area will be glad of some rain. Thanks to all the COs for some great caches TFTC
In the area on my bike to some power trail here. Nice hide! Well placed! All good at GZ. TFTC
Caching around the Waikato with rebel98. We pulled into the carpark, and parked in front, acting as a shield, whilst rebel did the reaching. I think this was the largest cache found today
All good here, thanks Zork V for the detour here.
All good here, thanks Zork V for the detour here.
I was having a good old Waikato wander around the back roads finding 'Eyes Have It' series caches today. This one was pretty close to where I was so I made a slight detour to GZ to find the cache. Nice spot. TFTC, Biggles.
Down from Northland for the weekend along with Lis's Crew and DaffyNZ, with the challenge to get 200+ caches in one day and set some personal records. All logs signed as Team G0LD ( Geocachers 0B8, Lis & Daffy )
We had collectively worked on all three puzzle series over a few weeks and once they were all solved, we had to find a date that suited us all and this weekend was it. Very grateful that the weather played ball for the Friday and Saturday at least, with Saturday being the big mission day.
After an initial hiccup trying to leave our accommodation in the dark at 5:15 am and finding chained and padlocked gates across the driveway, we made good time along the back country roads and made our first find in the pre-dawn light just after 6:00 am. Twelve and a half hours and almost 350 kms later, we signed off the last KiwiArt puzzle log, for a total of 214 caches found and big smiles all round. Team G0LD worked like clockwork, with DaffyNZ doing a sterling job piloting the cache mobile, 0B80B8, navigating and record keeping and Lis's Crew doing most of the hard yards scrambling through long grass, drains, blackberry, hawthorn bushes and those lovely barbary hedges to find and sign the logs. If the found it sign didn't come within 30 seconds of stopping though, the rest of us jumped out and three pairs of eyes usually made short work of the find.
This traditional was very close to our route, so we just had to make a short detour and look. With the good hint, the cache was soon located, the log signed and then replaced safe and secure as found.
Number 111 for the day and no need to call the fire brigade. TFTC

I'm down from Okaihau in the Far North with 0B80B8 and DaffyNZ on a three day caching mission. We aimed to get the Kiwi puzzles, the NZ series and The Eyes Have It series in one day. Not a feat for the faint hearted geocacher.
We arrived in Hamilton on Friday evening grabbed a few caches and had dinner in the lovely Hamilton gardens. We then set off to grab a few more caches.
On Saturday with careful planning we managed to get a massive 214 caches. We worked really well as Team GOLD and had a great day.
On Sunday we headed home caching along the way. We found the 52 Pick Up Cards series.
This cache was one of the few traditionals we found on our puzzle route. It was another good hide here but we quickly found it, thanks

One of ten located, mostly on the Tahuna-Ohinewai Road, as we headed towards SH1 on our way to Auckland. Took a moment or two to find this one. Expected to see it straightaway when I “looked under”. However it needed a bit more of a search before I spotted it. #2132. TFTC.
Apologies for the multi-log, out as team 2BWBB, 2 Bullbars, Mr and Mrs Watcache and Blenheim Bear going for the numbers (of course it’s not about the numbers!) for the Hidden Creatures challenge. All good weatherwise but some logs a bit damp. Thank you to Zork for this cache. Blenheim Bear
We have travelled to Huntly especially to get the Eyes series and get some caches for the Hidden Creatures adventure. we stayed in Taupo Friday night then headed off early Saturday morming for Huntly and along the way we decided to get a cache or two this was the second cache for the day. It was a nice quick find here today we signed the log and placed it back where we found it cache was all good here for us today. We are travelling with fellow geocachers so we have a joint log. (2BWCBB) stands for 2 Bulbars Watcache and Blenheim bear. Now off to start the EYES series. Thank you for placing all these caches in the area. We never had a reason to come this way up North until our fellow geocachers invited us on a weekend trip away. TFTC As we were signing the log the farmers across the road had a hugh fire going it looked impressive. a lovely area to visit if not for geocaching we probably would of never visited the area.
Fabulous day out met up with Aiden29, Merlot58 & Jag50 and have signed Logs as McJAM to save room on the log sheet, MANY THANKS for the placement, Much Appreciated. Cheers
Made plans to head back down here and complete the Eyes have it series along with Merlot58 and Jag50. Signed as McJAM to save time. We stopped to have lunch here, and the cache was about a metre away from where we sat.
Heading south for the day with Merlot58 and Aiden29 to complete the eyes puzzle series. Met up with McJandals and signed the logs as McJAM. Apologies for the cut and paste logs... but we found 100 caches in total today! It was great to stop for a lunch stop after finding this cache. Anzac poppies still on display here.
We were doing the Eyes series and picked up some of the traditionals that we found along the way. We stopped here for lunch before continuing our trip along the backroads. We signed as McJam to save space
After finishing up work in the early afternoon, I decided to reward myself with a drive in the country. Nice weather for it, in general, but now there are passing showers. Starting to head back towards home, but not before I find a few more trads. I stopped by here earlier but felt I was been observed by a neighbour. So, I decided to go and find a couple of other hides and try again here later. On my return I parked up near GZ, to partially shield my activities. But I don't think anyone was looking this time. I soon had the goods in hand, after a brief search. Cheers for the cache placement!
We've finished collecting puzzle caches today and just enough time to pop in and have a look at a couple of traditional caches before hitting the road back to Auckland. We saw the last finder couldn't find it but being new perhaps we could do a little better but at least give it a good go. In the end, the hide reminded us of a multi we did a little while ago so had a good idea where to look (feel?). It's a good sized cache, so hard to miss once you look in the right spot. All good here and thanks for the cache.
While on the "The eyes have it" trail, a group of us decided that we would grab a few others along the way. This one was so temptingly close, how could we not stop for it?
So a quick dash from the car resulted in another smiley to add to our tally today! No issues here. Thanks for the nice little bonus along our trail, Zork V!

A group consisting of LiverKiwi, Dragon Griffin, NZTravellers, HeMaLuDy, Purply, Darthcacher1, EIR-0T, Keylev, and NewlynFam headed down this way to collect as many of the Eyes have it series as possible after having a solving session at the end of last year.... stumbled upon this one so decided not to leave it all alone.
We signed in as 'SEAC 11' to save logbook space.
Cache was in good condition.

TFTC,
Out with Team Seac on an eye hunt...couldn't resist sneaking in this trad as it was only a few hundred metres up the road.
Cache was well tucked in but found fairly quickly, log signed and we were on our way.
Thanks for the cache. Signed as Seac 11 to save space.

We were collecting the Eyes Have It series nearby and this cache was so close it needed to be found too. Signed SEAC 11 to save space as there were 10 different caching names in our group today.
Fairly quick find here today.

Coming from Auckland towards taupo, I have my sister-in-law with me, who visits this great country first time
Best: she doesn't mind the stops to do a bit of caching

I could not believe my luck!!! Just after a couple of weeks of having been up north, I got an unexpected invite to AUT, with an opportunity to come up the weekend before (=do some caching!!). With flights and accommodation sorted, I was more than happy to invest in a rental car for the weekend I headed south-ish to collect some specific caches and catch up on the ones I missed out. Last time when I came past, two muggles were having a conversation with gz, but this time, it was all clear, making for a quick find! Great adventure, TFTC!!
Felt very exposed but there was absolutely nobody around and not many cars. A big cache for such a public hide!
Took a TB. TFTC.

Day three of my break in the Waikato, and I woke up this morning to no sign of rain, so hopefully that means a drier day, so hopefully I’ll get through the day with dry feet. Had an early breakfast and planned my route - it’s onto the Tahuna / Orini area to collect the final few of the Kiwi Art series and onto the Eyes series.
This was one of about half a dozen traditionals on today's route that is ninety percent mystery caches. A quick find here - it had to be as I could see a pair of Red Bands at the hall door and I didn't want to get sprung. Swapped trackables and I could continue on my way. TFTC

In Hamilton for a Daffodil show yesterday. Had an early start for a big day caching. Quick stop and find as I passed, while doing 'The Eyes Have It!!' puzzle caches. Thanks Zork V for the cache
TFTC, found on our way to Rotorua for the annual Tough Guy n Gal Challenge. Well hidden. Took a travel bug & left another one.
Out caching with PageNZ all day enjoying the great Waikato scenery. Quick find here. Signed as PAV. TFTC
I didn't see this one, but eventually felt it in its hiding spot. I went to place a TB, but then remembered that that were forgotten back at home. TFTC.
Came down from Auckland for a day of caching. Don't have anyone with me today but that's OK, loving the drive in the country regardless. No problems with the cache here today although it did take me awhile to finally get my hand upon it.

A late night weekend caching trip. There was no muggles around as it was really late/early morning.
Found it easily. TFTC

On an impromptu caching raid into the Waikato, a quick find in the company of harisree. All quiet at GZ and a nice quick find and a good secure hiding spot. TFTC!!!
An enjoyable catch up with local geocachers at the monthly 18@18 event last night in Hamilton also led to plans for a very impromptu mini-mission with IamMrWalker to cache along the Tahuna-Ohinewai Road this afternoon. My recent knee op limits my caching options for the time being, but its great to be out & about regardless, enjoying great caching company, finding caches and, even better today, driveby placements that don't require much walking or deep knee bends!
Tried looking here without bending my knees - thankfully no muggles around to see my contortions and wonder what I was trying to do! IamMrwalker came to my rescue & made a nice quick find. Log signed, cache all good, TFTC

Out on a trip with 11hpg11 to grab all the caches in Hamilton we could that we've been procrastinating. Safety in numbers!
After coming up from other caches we approached here from Proctor Road. 11hpg11 had already found this cache and sent me off on my way. The road wasn't too busy and I could retrieve the cache between muggles. However once I'd replaced the cache a resident muggle from across the road was staring me down as I must have been looking dodgy so we got out of there..
