On a day trip here from bundaberg. Was sitting at food court and thought id see what caches were near by. I saw this one. Had a quick look at the hint and knew exactly were to go as I'd seen the cache location on my drive into shopping centre. TfTC

Log book is pretty warped from being wet and Cache needs a new lid. Our geocrew got a few honks and whistles as we snuck around the GZ late one night!

=) Im not logging this one in reverse. I rocked up tonight with Nyssaflutterby and Brightskies for our first stop of an epic night cache mission, I have been here before in daylight hours and found it hard to search with all the muggles about. A bit easier tonight and i knew just what to do to find the cache so it was done nice and quick. container has seen better days. TFTC =)

It was late saturday night, when the three cacheteers (Nyssaflutterby, Ayepeacee and i) hatched a plan to go epic night caching. Two of the three cacheteers were empowered, and the third, me, was driving. We were hoping to morph into the FTF frenzy crew at a moments notice but it turns out there was no need tonight.

We parked next to the 'feature' and ayepeacee knew where it would be, he got 'in' and threw out the cache to us. Signed sealed and delivered. Now.. what is this business about a reverse log? Hmm. Cool container but the lid has seen better days! Luckily a dry place. Thanks for the cache ^^ ps i can only imagine doing this during the day!! Eek

Only find today at 12:54:50 PM during my lunch time before walking back to the office. A work colleague and I tried to find this cache a while ago but we gave up after not too long because we weren't dressed for caching. I wasn't dressed for caching today but I managed to locate the cache this time. It's good to turn it into a smiley.

I bombed this one at night back in April, but today, in the company of a few friendly muggles, including Rev Julie from All Saints Chermside, I threw self-respect aside and got down and dirty. I've got long arms but they couldn't feel a thing, so under I went and finally saw what I wanted - it looked a long way away, but I secured it at last. Then I found I'd lost my pen, so took a photo, but then looked around and found my pen, so retrieved it once more, signed it and replaced it. All good within, but gosh, it's an exercise in what you're willing to do for a smilie, all right. TFTC lochb!

A return to a familiar looking area and a familiar looking log. Although we had a passing acquaintance with this cache already we decided we should go and find it in situ before logging our "find". So at 9.45 this morning with the car park with plenty of spaces we found a spot beside GZ and located cache quickly. Not much traffic wizzing past this morning which made the task a little less noticed. Updated our previous reversal. TFTC.

Found this one on Anzac day while waiting for the shops to open I dragged along a geofriend who helped find it, and laughed at me for the strange position I was in lol. tftc a great spot.

I deyojne this one in an abstract sort of way. Apart from some normal daily muggle activity not in the immediate area, it was relatively plain sailing after taking the right tack. Still not real easy (for me) though.

No luck for us tonight after a visit to the nearby doctor for poor little MissGeosie. Unfortunately she became rather ill once again as we were searching and we had to curtail the hunt rather quickly. We will be back.

Disappointed! I arrived around 8.45pm on a Sunday night and got to work. I'm no stranger to tricky positions for these kinds of things, but I couldn't feel it anywhere. Stuck my head under, couldn't see it. Hope it's still there and I'll try for other angles next time.

Out for ice cream on a Sunday afternoon and decided to check out this cache with IolantheK. Even on a Sunday Chemside is a busy place, we had to time our searching between people and cars, but we eventually had, signed the log.

Still trying to figure out how to log a reverse cache, so a normal log will have to suffice!
We headed to Toowoomba for the day to visit family and on our way back home to the Sunny Coast this one came up on the radar. At 10:30pm, there were not many people around apart from the odd security guard and movie goer but luckily they were no where near where the cache was hidden
After a couple of minutes of searching a bright light came up and of course yet again I am stopped by the police This is starting to become a habit with me
Not long and I had convinced them I wasn't up to any mischief and I could continue my search
Spotted the cache but now to retrieve it was another thing! Managed to get it without too much fuss and kindly told hubby he was th one that was putting it back.... Thanks for the hunt lochb

Out for a quick couple of caches today while looking for a job.

This was a quick find between traffic and muggles.

The container was full of water. Someone in the past has screwed the lid on too tight and broken it. So I hung the log in the grass nearby in the sun while I headed inside to ask about job opportunities.

When I came back out, the log was dry. I added a zip bag and tucked it away quickly.

Definitively need a new lid.

After attending a David Jones Toombul reunion at the Chermside Tavern, we made our way in and out of the carparks, getting and returning parking tickets until we were close to the GZ. This cache was very difficult for us, there were so many spiders and sharp metal edges; we're still not really sure where we found the cache, but we eventually did. The cache and contents are in good condition.

Easy to find what the hint refers too but another thing altogether to locate the cache. Just too much traffic and too many muggles late morning. Needs to be tackled at a very quiet time but I’m not sure when that might be.

Well this was a better time to come and look for this, firstly I found a car spot within 50m, and 2 having geo son with me was a great diversion for the muggles about.

I found the cache exactly where I was looking the last time, but obviously just not hard enough last time.

Still not sure what this cache is about, but 4:00pm on a Sunday afternoon is not the time to find out, even with the PAF help, there were way to many muggles about for a thorough search.

Well as I assisted with the placement of the cache, I had my name in the log early on. Well I knew the co-ords were going to be good as!

Being a Sunday morning and with the shopping centre so busy, we parked on the opposite side of the road, at Beaurepaires . I made my way to GZ with the hint fresh in my mind [?]
I waited a few times for the stopped traffic to move on a green light, to perform my searching … until it finally came to hand [^].

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to log a reverse log cache. Maybe it helps to have a few drinks onboard at the time . Still, I was original in my acquisition of this one. I DROPPED THE BLOODY THING [:(!]. I can tell you all, that there is a great big, empty steel box under the cache, and lucky for me, nothing was living in it at the time. Apart from that worry, I could have done with an extra elbow, or maybe an extra two, to make reaching it a bit easier. Can't believe no one came along in all the time I was there either. Eventually signed the log and put it back before heading back to my van for a good cry [|)].

I couldn't figure how to do a mirrored font im my log (one has to be original) - so I did it in a picture instead.

I was doing some shopping nearby with the family, and took a moment to grab this one.
Logged signed and returned without anyone noticing.

Bad decision to try this one at 11.30am in a school holiday Monday . I'll be back.

This cache has been the subject of much chat in another forum so as Kaisho53 and I were caching in the area today, we figured we would swing by and have a wee look... [^]

On arrival, there was a strange sense of deja vu, but there was no reason for it as I have never been to this spot... [?]

Something was bugging me though and although I had never retrieved the cache, something told me there was a surprise inside... Hmm, that's an uneasy feeling...

The cache was elusive at the start but with the traffic rolling and no-one looking, I stuck my head into the area to scan around. Aha, there it is. I moved in for extraction and secured the find while Kaisho53 played human shield from the bazzillions of travelling muggles on the nearby road... [^]

With the log extracted, I scanned through the list of previous finders... Hey, hang on, there's a, I mean how can that, err, what's going on... That sense of deja vu was warranted and I found something in the log, that perhaps I wasn't expecting, or was I...

Anyway, I was hear for a reason and with that, a Gunnie sticker was added to the log. But, was it in the right place. Have I reversed it or inversed it. Oh dear, it's all too hard... I really should go...

We drove in and were lucky enough to nab a park very close by.
Even with all the traffic on the main road no one paid us any attention and we where able to retreive this without any hassle.

Now this was really HARD. Not the finding of it. That was relatively easy. The hard part was reaching it. My arms were not long enough. My granddaughter was with me but she was reluctant to climb inside. I had to get one of my sons to slide underneath. Good thing it was relatively quiet.

I loved the previous cachers log. I would have liked to have done something the same but tonight now I am just too tired and it would take more time.
