Heading from Nashville to Atlanta during my 2 week road trip around some of the southern states. Saw this series and decided to drop by. Have read most of the descriptions, but being from Australia, we don't get great coverage of NASCAR, which is a bummer. Interesting to read about the guys careers, so thanks for that.

#10 Find of the of our 3 state journey in one day with jennbean. Spew and trpnat420 tfth
Beatiful day in Alabama. Up from SC for work. Just had to stop and get a Power run. Found with JennBean Waybacker and Spew. TFTC
Found with Skeletor10, inxtricablfate, PumpkinHunt, and SCGeoNinja on day 2 of an epic 3 day road trip through the east half of Alabama over Labor Day weekend 
. Working on completing the state's county and DeLorme challenges and enjoying our time on the road along the way 
. Trying to make good time to arrive at The Night Stalker trail of caches at dark, so sticking to the park-n-grab qualifiers as much as possible for the rest of the day. Really cool to see the track as we zoomed by on the road. How many world famous tracks have I been around now? We discussed in the van, but we didn't really reach a good number [:p]. Wish we had time to pick up more in this series, especially considering how fast we could more through 'em, but really have to stick to the goals or we'll miss all the fun tonight. At least I got to claim the find on this one though, as I've seen the movie Cars way, way, way more times than I'd like to admit [:o)] (Its my sons favorite movie 
). Thanks for giving us a quick pit stop as we race our way toward the finish EggSilent4

. Thanks for the fun cache!I was headed over to visit my son and had some time to knock out some caches, so this looked like a great little trail. Found quickly and kept going.
Decided to stop and grab the Legends of NASACR series on our way to Wichita to see our son before he deploys overseas. This is a happening place twice a year, luckily for us it was quiet today. TFTC!!
Needing a "Hundred cache day" for August. Riding some Alabama roads to see what we can do today. Thanks to all cache owners for drawing us this way, so we can explore your beautiful state. SL TFTC.

NASCAR history was made this past weekend when Morgan Shepherd, age 71, became the OLDEST NASCAR DRIVER to start a race in the Sprint Cup series.AWESOME!!!
