Find #407 for the BAMMJams. This one took a bit more looking than we expected. Then we found the lid where we imagine GZ should be - and the container a bit further along, and empty. This one's definitely been muggled sometime since the last log. Hunted around for the log paper, but no sign of it. So we've put a replacement log in (sorry - just an A5 scrappy piece of paper, didn't have our whole replacement kit on us today, foolishly!), and have replaced the container where we *think* it should go. Will send a note to CO to let them know where we've put it, in case it's not quite right.

On a big mission up to Nelson over Show Weekend with Purdiepurdie, Karma Reprint and Team_Gaters we signed our cache finds as PKTT the 'power packet' but we called ourselves the 'G4'. We headed off on Friday morning at 4.30am. We had a mission that we wanted to perform in Nelson and this was the day to attempt it. After a good nights sleep we headed out for the day for more laughs, caches and poke our noses here and there, driving and memory making. It was a great day we didn't stop until about 11.30pm back to base for a cuppa and relax and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow!
Quick find, onto the next...
Thanks for the cache.

Just introducedd 4 clients to grieving and they really enjoyed it! One of them found this cache
The log book and lid were missing. I found the lid but I think a new logbook will be needed.
We saw this one was back in action and so made it a first port of call on our trip out today. We had a good idea where we needed to be looking and were spot on.
Thanks for getting this cache back in service.

Stopped off for a look on the way home. Miss MSEBN and I looked all along the GZ and unfortunately found nothing. Later, when looking at previous logs it appears this cache has gone missing on a few occasions. We wonder if this has happened again?
From Ohio, USA. Grabbed while waiting for a pizza.
Thanks jackieandgrant for fun.
This is my 5119th find.
Found on 04/12/2014 [dddd, mmmm dd yyyy] @ 6:32:00 PM

Our travel from Christchurch to Nelson has been long, but we saw beautiful things. Now, we have done some busking in the street, and obviously some geocaching. This one is interesting becuase of the draws on the wall, and after a bit of searching, we found it. Now, it is time for us to leave Nelson in order to go to Picton.
Thanks for the cache.

We are staying a few days in Nelson, and naturally, logging some caches is a priority. Tftc!
I'm not sure when I logged this, I'll go back and check the cache when I'm around the area next. But grabbed it at the start of 2013. I'm so sorry guys! But tftc
Found it on a lovely sunny evening. Needs a new container, it has a larger split in it.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
After a night in Nelson we spent a very wet morning picking up a few caches around town before setting off for Kaikoura. A quick find here, while the streets were fairly quiet. TFTC!

On the way to Nelson with hopes of another dot-day, beating PB, busting past 1400
Easy find after another finder today I think

Last find for the day on what's been a big and successful day caching in the city. TFTC, #5323
Thanks for the cache! It was nice to log a few caches while travelling through Nelson.
Catscatscats22 and I decided to spend an extra day in Nelson & cycle around for a geocache grabbing tour of the area. Lucked out & had a beautiful day! TFTC!
In town for a wee holiday to catch up with Mr G's brother who's visiting from Oz. In the area so made a quick find and sign. Container was in pieces so put back together as best as I could. Nice one. Cheers.
Did find it but unfortunately container was found in the gutter near where it was sposed to be and small bits of soggy paper were scattered on the footpath. We did find the lid in the correct spot however. We put all the bits back but I think it will need replacing.
TFTC. This cache was located with persistence. A nearby muggle was settled in for a mega texting session, so I waitied patiently in the cache mobile for him to move on. Cache was then located within 2 m of his rest spot.
Great mural.
Thanks to jackieandgrant for placing the cache.

Oh would you look at that...spotted that this one was back up and running...knew it wasn't there....so back to the first place we looked..ah yeah. Good to get the DNF out of the way before flying back to the UK on sunday.

Went straight to it this time - good to know we had looked in the right place last time. Liked the hint re the mural! TFTC
[green]Day 3 of our 5 day Easter caching roadtrip. We had to bypass a few to make checkin in time so we went out afterwards to find some more caches before dark.[/green]
Yay! First in new logbook. It was a very fast sit and sign cache in the first place we looked. I guess you have to be lucky with no muggles. Thanks for the cache

We're pretty sure we searched the right place after taking on board the various suggestions, but with no luck. We wonder, too, if the cache is still there. [?]
Dropped car off at Smith & Smith for a stone chip repair, did the Harvey who? on the way down to have another look for this one, but still a big DNF!! Is it still there?
Our last one for the day but ended up with a big DNF. Read a few logs before hand and spotted where the fireman is pointing his hose!! and widened the search because of the hint but to no avail...even looked at the bits that carry water!! Will have another look soon.
Found during our stay in Nelson with members of the Essendon Bushwalking Club from Australia.
A wonderful town in a wonderful country.

Today I Went for the 100 caches in 1 day. With a very early morning and just breaking even at lunch time with 50, it looked like it was going to be 12am to 12pm. But after a move out of the city they started to speed up, and i managed to grab the last at 20:30 with 106!! Thanks everyone for the caches that they have placed, from the ones that have been planed for months to the park and grabs
I had last day off before apple sezone, was beautiful day so what to do? Yeah spend time out with my GPS. So went to Nelson for geocashing TFTC
As it was a nice day I thought I would have a walk and look for a cache or two. It turned out that I only managed to get one, but I was happy with that. Even on a Sunday there are still cars coming through, but no pedestrian muggles. I still had to time things carefully. Thanks for the cache.
Off to catch an 8am ferry, so decided it was a good chance to pick-up some caches in busy parts of Nelson. This was one I have tried to pick-up before, but it is a busy street during the day. TFTC
As the munchkins sang, "Follow the Grey Rubber Hose!" Or something like that. Despite heavy rain in Nelson, this cache is dry as a bone. TFTC!

Thanks to Kehu for alerting me to the fact that the large object behind which the cache is hidden has been tipped over and the cache exposed. He has kindly relocated the cache to a similar position but with slightly different coordinates.

A required stop at Repco got us to the area, no point getting that close without finding the thing so I did. Cheers.
