Awesome hide. Pulled up just as another cacher was leaving, and he told us that this was a good one. Got to the cache, and only knew how to open it because of a video I had seen on YouTube. Great hide -- worthy of an FP. SL-TFTC! Great hide!

US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 20. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching, starting in Casper, Wyoming. The time has come to head East for a bit. We drove from Casper to Rapid City, stopping at as many caches as Time allowed along the way. We have one of these in our town, but you have to walk up a hill to get to it. Thanks.

Our fellow caches has a similar cache in Canberra so a detour to grab this one on the way into Rapid City .. we soon had the cache in hand after a couple of attempts to retrieve

Traveling from Caper to Chadron to do a quick trip into Nebraska and then heading up to Rapid City, South Dakota Mainly to collect a few more US states but do some caching and exploring along the way.

Greetings from Canberra Australia.
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, South & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

Found this one easily in the absence of leaves. Clever cache container - last finder didn't replace it correctly, but hopefully the next finder will have an easier time retrieving the log! SL TFTC

Smile Kay, Bella the geo-puppy, and I have been on a 4 month coast to coast tour of the US and are heading west towards our home in California. It has been a wonderful trip punctuated by visiting many of our 'someday' spots and so far we have driven a little over 12,000 miles. We are currently headed towards Mt Rushmore and the Black Hills of South Dakota where we will freshen up before pushing on again. We like to try and stop along the way to grab a cache or two to give us a chance to have our motorhome TB visit interesting places and let our family and friends track our progress across the great land.

This one gave us a little trouble due to the fact that I couldn't find the 'road' shown on the GPS. We drove one way and then another before finally driving the right way. Pulled up close to the GZ and as luck would have it I made the find from about 25' away. Approached the GZ to see if I could make heads or tails out of the description and just like that I had the log in hand. Very clever hide, may try to duplicate it when we get home. Earns a favorite point fro us. TNLNSL TFTC
