Logs
This one has reached its "use-by" date, we think, and seeing that it appears to be attracting some odd sorts, and with council changes to the hiding site, it is time to take it off line.
Thanks to all who have visited and logged.

Found the cache but it contained contents that children would not want to see or handle so i removed it and why some people think it,s funny is a worry.CO may like to keep an eye on this one.
Took us 2 visits but we found it. Yay. Coucil workers digging compost put us off our first look. Charliegirl took a bouncyball and left a fried egg!
The winter hockey season has started again so while my husband was watching a game this afternoon I wandered over and found this cache. A nice easy find with lots of treasures within. Then it was back to comiserate with the losers. Better luck next visit.
Nice little hide out back of some sporting courts . Nice bush area over the back of peoples properties and a nice bike trail to ride on. The cache was hidden well and full of lots of little trinkets. TFTC.
First one we could play swapsies with. Such fun. Traded stickers for stickers. Score!! TFTC
Quick little find, thanks for taking us to a nice little spot weer wouldn't normally go.
Yay found... i would recommend temporary removal as it looks like mulching works are due to start in yhe same garden bed sometime this week and it may be found
Thought that we would grab a few caches this morning. Parked nearby and enjoyed the short stroll. Darcy made the find in no time. Thanks daunts for the cache.
On my way to a Puzzle Event in Northcote this morning and so I'm grabbing a few caches along the way.
Nice quiet park except for the Boot Camp going on the other side of the soccer ground, didn't slow the find down though.
Thanks for placing this cache daunts

Out for an evening bike ride and thought I would stop to look for this on the way through. Quickly found, signed the log and replaced. TFTC
Today I went for a ride along the Darebin Trail so decided to pick up some caches along the way.
TFTC!!
TFTC!!
Grabbed this after doing A-z challenge , deserted area so no muggles around, there was a Christmas cracker in there but I left it for the next person to take, thanks for putting a cache here .
At last, council people seem to be completing their work in this area, so I should be able to restore this cache soon!
Still awaiting the promised action by council to re-spread the new mulch. They are slow, perhaps, but it is coming........
Council are about to spread mulch here, so I have disabled this for a few days until work is completed.
Grabbed this one on a nice morning. Might have to grab the bike out along the many trails. Tftc
Carkisser kindly offered to show me the ropes today and this was stop number 2
I can see myself fast becoming an addict
Thanks for being part of my geocaching 101

This was one of three finds for us on the way home from the Geostuff store, after a bit of a drive around we finally found the entrance to GZ, after a short walk past some very noisy Hockey playing muggles we came upon GZ and found the cache nice and quickly, signed the log and left my sweet Frog TB.
Found this with the help of geomum Carkisser and geostepdad Sando23468. this was my third cache and i'm loving it.
Nice hide daunts. Easy find , but well hidden. Signed the log, and added extra covering to protect the cache from the strong wind and rain.
This one made up for the Fools Day one nearby. Had to skirt round the hockey players but the cache is well hidden. No trackable though.... TFTC
Heading through this part of town cleaning up a few caches with Happy Pants...
Found this well hidden cache, signed log & replaced...
Thanks for the cache and for bringing me here...

Found with Snap Happy today, made a quick find and made this our last for the afternoon before heading for home, tftc daunts.
I'm staying up at the Sleep and Go in Preston and felt like a walk at 5pm so headed this way. It was pitch black by the time I stopped at 2 other caches and reached GZ. This was a lengthy search to eventually dig out the cache....fine line between covered and buried. Thanks for the cache daunts.
I went caching with my Parents, carkisser and JSando, but didnt log anything because caching didn't log anything because caching didn't really appeal to me that much. Now I've started again, because I want to do it, so i thought I should catch up on my logs first.

Nice little hide. Lying it in the open, so covers it up again. Nice area for a walk. Thanks
Nice walk along yet another stretch of Darebin Creek with the boys on a pleasant autumn morning. As usual, the hunt took us to parts of our own neighborhood we didn't even know existed. The cache was quite exposed so Master T (4yo) spotted it instantly to his great delight. Swapped in a little blue elephant and an orange starfish for the hero trading card. Also dropped a travel bug. Nestled it back in with some extra camp when we were done. TFTC

We attended this event today at 1:45pm as number 6 of 13 or our Darebin Event Jaunt II. Happy Christmas 2011. Thanks from D & HA B-A.
Wasn't sure whether to look up or down. Fortunately I picked the right one first. Thanks! Bec & Steve
Found by Mary & David at 1510. We don't know this area at all, so were delighted to explore. A great place with plenty of walking tracks along the Creek. Found the cache safe and sound after a short search. Our thanks to daunts.
Found @ 2:45pm, find # 2977.
While in the area after the awards event, it was time to pick up a few extra caches before heading home.
I headed out with spiffy and we made our way to this one after a short walk we headed over to GZ and the cache was found quickly.
Thanks to daunts for placing this cache.

After attending the nearby Awards event today Stemicmitsar and I headed over to a couple of nearby caches. We parked nearby and wandered in and Stemicmitsar made the find before me again.
There was heaps of mulch very close by and on approach hoped it wasn't in there and luckily it wasn't.
Thanks for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

My third and final cache for the day, this one was by far the best. So many little things left by other geocachers to peruse. Well camouflaged.
I needed a bit of activity to work off a scrumptious lunch with a friend in Rosanna and this cache fitted the bill - well not really, as the lunch bill was much more expensive!
I parked in a nearby street and wandered across the park to GZ. When I arrived at GZ I spotted the good size cache easily as it was partially exposed. I retrieved the cache and signed the logbook at 2:45 pm. TN but left a small Christmas cracker that I had left over from a previous Christmas (not sure which one!). I then returned the cache to its hiding spot and tried to cover it up a bit better.
Thanks daunts for the cache and for bringing me to this lovely park. It was such a nice day and so close to the Darebin Creek Trail that I went for a very pleasant walk along the trail after finding the cache. [^]

Whilst in the area looking for another cache we noticed that Christmas Crackers 2011 was nearby. It didn't take too long to get to GZ where accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and it's contents were in good condition. TFTC daunts.
Parked in the carpark and mde the short walk to GZ where I had to dodge some well placed branches to get my way into the container.
Nice cache and idea, thanks Daunts

We liked the name of this cache so made it our final find for the day. It was uncovered when we found it, probably not surprising with the wind recently, so we covered it up again. TFTC.
I enjoyed the simplicity of this cache. No stress, easy find after a pleasant walk. I took the turkey because it appealed to me. I had nothing to give back but I will make up for it sometime, someplace. Thanks daunts.
Aftervisiting the nearby challenge cache, this was the next on my agenda, As I came to the bridge I noticed what I hoped would be a short (but very steep) cut. Indeed it was both... As the sporting facilities came into view the blood was sure pumping!
I wandered along until the GPS urged my to check closer, and soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache daunts.

Pulled up in the carpark and it was a welcome surprise to see a men's team from my hockey club playing. Quickly diverted to find the cache which was soon in hand.

426CF ~ Visiting Family here in Australia from United Kingdom, and still grabbing a cache a day for Month of Caching. I needed to get a cache for today, so decided to walk again back in this direction from the home for a 5km walk on a Monday afternoon.
Nice location, easy to find, TFTC.
(Due to access to internet being a little limited this past week, updating logs now)
