We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out!
Unfortunately this little guy didn't want to show itself to us today!
Thanks for the hunt anyway The Britto's.

I think I agree with the previous log about this one.
Either that or we've become completely cache blind!!
Thanks.

Thanks.
This one defeated us today. The obvious tree had been hacked at, probably for firewood.
Nice little rest stop. Always a bonus when there's a toilet as well. Rather peaceful here in the shade of the big trees.
Travelling towards Thredbo today, there were of course some caches to pick up on the way. This was a nice easy find even though muggles were camped quite close by. All was good with this one and after doing the signing and replacingit was time to move on again. Thank you to The Britto's for placing this cache.
After a fantastic couple of days hiking around Kosciuszko National Park with Day1976 it was time to head home today, but not before picking up a few caches along the way! We left our campsite at Island Bend around 8am and I arrived home at 8pm. The day was filled with a few drive by's, some great short walks in a couple of parks on the way home, some cache maintenance, a TTC T5, and finally a chance opportunity at a couple of FTFs close to home.

Agree! Definitely no shells here. Quick park n grab. Musta had my eyes painted on last time I looked for this one. Pleased to tick it off today. SL & returned as found. Tftc
#1911 En route to Tintaldra for work, a driving break, stretch and cache was in order and this was the perfect spot for it. Winter is definitely coming as greeted by a cool 9 degrees on exiting the car. The cache search was short fortunately and after a quick look around it was time to hit the road again with the heater turned up another notch. TFTC Britto's.
Find Number 874, found at 12:01
Off on a two week trip to Wodonga, house-sitting for our daughter.
Today we travelled to Corryong, a place we hadn't visited before. We were enjoying a pleasant drive through the countryside when I spotted the rest area sign and a break was called for. After using the local facilities I nipped off to find the cache. I was really worried when I approached an abandoned piece of farm machinery as I am terrible at finding nanos on machinery. Fortunately the GPS led me past it to a quick and easy find.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found.
Thanks The Britto's for the cache.

Found on a trip from Avoca Beach to Bendigo via Jindabyne. Stopped here to have lunch and thought I would check to see if there were any caches and was surprised by being only meters away from the cache.
Thanks The Brotto's.
Thanks The Brotto's.
Found it! Another grab by Mark who happened to be up here to teach the art of planned burning and ended staying at the old forestry camp just up the road. As the weather was spot on and our CFA, HPV and DELWP crews were getting stuck into it. My stint was finished so I decided to nab this one before heading back to Melbourne, .TFTC...
Second day of my holiday, travelling from Albury to Jindabyne. I decided to stop here for my lunch and picked the picnic table at GZ. In between bites of my lunch, I found the cache quite quickly.
My thanks to The Britto's for the cache and a great place for lunch.

Mr Morris was on a roadtrip to Canberra via Batemans Bay collecting a few caches along the way. This looks like a great camping spot for another time.

1:12:00 PM. Made a quick detour and rest stop. Found and log signed. Had the place to ourselves today. Thanks The Britto's for placing this cache.
Gotcha! Love this spot. Local Lyn Coulston is a living legend! Tftc. Took path tag.
We spent many years in our younger days bringing kids on camps to Shelley, so nice to find a cache placed nearby. We found the cache on the ground but in good condition. We put in a new log sheet, because the book is full and placed it back as per the hint. We left a mermaid PT that has a bikini of shells in keeping with the theme here. The temperature is a pleasant 27 degrees. SL at 1.50pm #3256 TFTC The Britto's
Decided a Sunday caching adventure was on the cards for today... So we packed some drinks, stopped at Safeway for some supplies and hit the road. This was stop number 1 for the day. The GPS on our tablet doesn't work here, it still thinks we're in Wodonga but we were able to find the right location easily enough and the goods were soon in hand. Enjoyed a little exploration of this neat little spot and thought the old Ford was very cool. Tftc.
TFTF! Nice little stop to stretch the legs after a lovely winter drive through the Upper Murray.
First and probably only find on this wet and dreary mothers day, but how could Shelly Moose leave this one behind?! With water coming in her shoes she let Adam Moose do the searching, quick find, log and replace. Thanks for the cache
My wife and I, along with Crusty K9, have just spent a few days traveling around the Upper Murray area. We had a wonderful time and found some caches along the way. Thanks for helping make our trip an enjoyable experience.

We found this one during our camper-van holiday in Australia.
Thank you for the Cache and greetings from Germany.

Brief stop at this cute rest area found the exposed cache all OK. I like the fact of a previous finder going to school here. Wanted to go to the station but not sure with the van on board.
Travelling to Myrtleford today this was one we were able to find. What beautiful country and how green everything is. Thanks to The Britto's for placing this cache.
We had to go out and get a cache today for a Vic UBD challenge we it drove us all the was east about 140kms from home. We arrived and there was no one around and the caches was found without ant trouble. TFTC.

Find #4173
After a night camping at Thredbo Diggings and a check of the weather, Day1976 and I decided it was probably not a great Idea to walk to the top of Kosiciuszko today as it was already raining a little and the BOM forecast was for snow, winds and rain on the summit. So, we bailed and gradually headed for the Camp and Cache event in Yakandandah, picking up a few caches along the way.
This looks like a very disused picnic area, we only stopped for a couple of minutes and the cache was quickly located. Yep, a muggle free area today.
Thanks to The Britto's for placing this cache. TNLN

A nice easy find made on our trip from our canmp at Thredbo to the event at Yackandandah. Thanks once again Britto's!
There was a time when I was both younger and fitter that an annual pilgrimage was made to the nearby forestry camp when I was involved in the final, assessment week for people doing the Bushwalking Leadership course This meant lots of coursing through the forests with the occasional curse accompanying the activities. Great memories TFTC The Britto's
Took a little while as the GPS would not settle but we managed after standing still for a few minutes.
Find # logged at GZ at 13:34, will update shortly.... T4TC The Britto's!
Drove from the top of Mt Hotham to Thredbo. Along the way, kept my eyes peeled on my TomTom. When a likely find began to scroll down the screen, the brakes were engaged! This was a lovely stop on a sunny winter day. Thanks again!

The gps took me on a bit of a merry ground before I found the well hidden cache. Tftc
Fairly quick find but hard to hide again in a way that it can still be found without being spotted by muggles. I hope I succeeded.
Found it TFTC

TFTC this our second attempt for this one. Last time stopped by picnickers. Nice location.
Some of the best camo is the simplest, this cache is a great example of that. Tftc
Easy find in this nice rest area. We decided to stay here for the night. TFTC The Britto's.
We came to look for some caches at Shelley and further east so that we could complete another page in the Victorian Country Atlas challenge. This cache was a quick find but the contents were quite wet. Being a very warm day, we cleaned out the contents and spread them on a metal table. While they dried, we were able to completely dry the container. As the logbook had been badly damaged, we replaced it with one of our temporary replacement log books. The cache is now fully maintained. However the basic problem - a container that is not waterproof - remains. TFTC The Britto's.
Very wet inside though.... Couldnt seperate pieces of paper to write on
May need some drying out

After a successful day fly fishing on Nariel Creek it was a good time to pick up a few caches on the way home to Wodonga. Unfortunately as this was not an organized caching trip I did not have a spare log to replace the very one found in the cache, and it probably needs a new container too. A quick find with no muggles around on this beaut sunny day, TFTC.
Gps was wonky but found in the open in a fairly obvious place. Nice little roadside stop
#21 for the day. Cycle toured and driven passed here many times. Needs a new log book.
Well that was a disappointment. A couple were camped at GZ and I couldn't get to it. Sigh! [:(!]
Great little rest area. 1st cache for the day. Found at 9.30 on Good Friday. Thanks the brittos
A lovely green grassy spot off the main road for a stop
