The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

Needs to be archived unfortunately as I don't think the CO is going to get around to replace it (if it is indeed missing that is [?] )
Hi guys I will check it ASAP, probably some of the local muggles have taken it but this problem should be fixed by the weekend - Chunky234
Sounds like this cache needs to be checked out by chunky234. Had a look between the cracks of the boards from the top, but couldn't see anything in the spot where the cache originally was placed.
Went for a swim today and searched for quite a while until some local boys asked if we were looking for 'the container'. We said that we were and they confirmed that we were looking in the right spot as they had previously located it but they then informed us that some time ago some children had found it and sunk it, so it's probably in NZ by now. Please let us know when it's replaced (if its replaced) as we would really like to complete this one. Thank you. ('vaggfam', email: [email protected])
Anyone heading down with a boat, please let me know. Thanks. ('vaggfam') Email: [email protected]
Mum decided to give this cheeky cache a go. We figured out where it was without getting wet and then Mum ventured into the freezing winter water up to the top of her legs but decided not to go further in for a full swim - especially when we couldn't see where it was exactly. It would have been ffffffreeezzzing. We gave it a little go though. Thanks for the dare!
We attempted this at night after being out on the town, needless to say it wasn't the best idea, hutch gained a delicious battle wound from an oyster.

had a fun time getting with a friend the log was wet so could not write my name on it
After a while swimming around and jumping under the wharf, we managed to prise it out of its hidy hole:)

Had come up to Port to grab a few of the harder caches. Couldn't see anything that a Leap of Faith would relate to - having done a few on the Pinnacle Challenge trailer. Lay down to 'check the fish' while the GSPr settled, and I realised where (roughly) it is.
Having done "Northern Tasmania" GC1K641, at Jindabyne, in winter , and Mangrove Mania without a boat I will plan to return better prepared.
You won't know when (won't be in the next two weeks tho)
Thanks chunky, now to find a few more.

Geo hubby was going fishing in the tinny so thought this was an ideal time to find this cache.
Nice & quite on the wharf, so cut the motor & glided in. This is different to any others we had done.

I took a nice early morning dip to find this one and located the hiding place but realized wearing only boardshorts I had no room for a pen. And due to so many muggles fishers walking into the river with a pen in mouth looks slightly suspicious I thought I'd come back later...
Unable to get to this one as we wern't very keen on going swimming and we didn't have a canoe. We will have to try this one next time and be a little bit more prepared.
Found today with Ledug. The water was pretty brown today after all the rain but the tide was the perfect height for us to canoe in and search for the cache. After a very quick search we soon turned up the goods and signed the log. Thanks chunky234 a very good cache, keep up the good work.
Found at 09:30 with Blackie_71
Launched the canoe and after a quick paddle the goods were in Blackie_71 hands.
There were not many fisho muggles around, probable because the river was so dirty after the resent rains in the area .

Found at 9.35am GAFF3 in the company of Browngang. After a nice swim with the cool kids at low tide the other day, we came back today with Browngang's secret weapon. It didn't take long to get out there and because it was high tide we had no problem in reaching in the right places - actually it was a bit tight. The co-ords were within 4 metres, and an obvious spot was found, but boy was it hard to extract the cache out of it's hiding hole!
Thanks chunky234
Thanks chunky234
We came back today with the secret weapon, the geocanoe. We set out near the sea plane wharf, pprass and 2 of the Browngang. Within minutes we were doing the wharf limbo as the tide was high (as planned) and the geocanoe was only just scraping under the joists of the wharf. We had about 2 foot between the water and the joists. So,,, we had to make passes from one end to the other as we couldn't just float around beacause the bearers were nearly in the water. After a couple of laps a likely spot was found and after trying to remove a square peg from a round hole the cache was removed. We soon did the deed and headed out from under the wharf, dodging the fishing lines hanging wishfully from atop.
What a great first cache chunky234. cheers from Browngang

Only writing a note at this time. There was a thousand fishos and icecream eaters there last night so didn't have a look under, more of a reckie(?) From the google map view and my GPS last night, it will take more than low tide and a pair of swimmers though to get to this one by the looks of itCheers from Browngang
DNF at 1.30pm. Here we were mixing it with the cool kids jumping off the bollards of the wharf - p-pprass giving advice on how deep the water was and gently suggesting that the young pretty things should not swear so much (that didn't go down very well let me tell you!) and all the while we were secretly searching for a small cache. It was low tide, so not sure if that made it more or less difficult to find, but we didn't find it in any case.
Hope this cache doesn't become another "Bifrost" http://coord.info/GC38N6K!

chunky234, I'm favouriting this cache even though I haven't searched for it because pprass's dnf log amused me so much. Many thanks for putting a cache in this spot and many thanks for getting pprass to take a dip under the wharf hahahaha.............
