#18470. I wonder whether the stones are the remains of a stone wall. Made for a tricky walk to GZ. TFTC.
Headed out today to have a look around some places we haven't been to yet and to grab any cache we happened to drive past. This was our first and a nice easy one. tftc
Not very enjoyable - not sure if this is a p!sstake? Coords point to one hint item, surrounded by fake piles of stones. Actual container is about 10m away.
Staying in Geraldine and this was a quick find on a morning drive around the area. TFTC
After a busy day we almost gave up. Then we spotted a bit of colour and we had 100% for the day. TFTC
Well I had to back track for this one as the through road was closed due to flooding. Decided to go and get it instead of leaving it so around the block I went. Parked up and waited for tractor driving muggle to leave. Ouch - not the best way in and found a better way out without the ouches.
Gooseberries and black currants taking over the area but no trouble getting through. TFTC
On a mission from Rolleston to Tekapo, Twizel, Omarama, Kurow, Waimate and home again. Found over 100 caches, which was the goal for the day. A bit drizzly for a start but beautiful sunshine through the Mackenzie. Thanks to all the CO's and apologies for the cut and paste.
stopped on the way too the falls. Lots of prickles and some nosey cows but found easy enough.

Good quick find. Not at all sure how the hammer and nails came to be beside it!!! TFTC
Staying in Geraldine for a couple of days, so was able to find a few local caches. Thanks.
Was worried this could take awhile but we looked in the right place relatively quickly
GPS said the ford, but the Honda V6 said, "No." Retraced our steps and found cache in a lovely little spot which must be quite tasty at times. Thanks.
Thought this one might take some time as there are a LOT of rocks at gz but the teen homed in on this one very quickly. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
#100! Pleasant ride (apart from the wet feet coming through ford from Pleasant Valley Rd) & a well-chosen hide. TFTC
a few trees to choose from at this site but our GPS was only about 3 metres out. Took about 10 mins to find with only a few vehicles passing.
Dropped a TB in the cache McWindLune 9728987 to continue its journey.

Most of the walnuts are too damp and going mouldy. They needed to be dried in the sun. Cache found and log signed.
Enjoyed a few bonus finds. Great cache but you have to be here at the right time

Easy find. Mr Bairdy was taking his time signing the log (whilst I waited in the car with the little Bairdys) and so got left behind in the bush, when mugglers came down the road, and I scarpered. TNLN TFTC SL
