Found today while on a cache drive around the area, We ended up going to Killen Falls, and then down a bit further to obtain a few more finds, ended up with 9 finds and an amazing walk in between!

We spent the morning traversing the Pearces Creek/Wollongbar area, managing 14 assorted finds with only a couple of DNFs. This is such a pretty area, so green and the creeks are looking great at the moment.
This took longer than it should have, and then I had left the pen in the car, and had to walk back for it.... TFTC!

After staying in Coffs Harbour for a couple of days, thought I'd do a few detours off the main highway on my way home.
Pleased I didn't have to get up close and personal with those cameras!
Thanks Bessie's-Mob for the beaut hide and the great hint.

out and about caching today down from Brisbane. Noticed this one had 2 DNF from the last 2 cachers. Found the cache signed the log and placed where found. The cacher who put a DNF and said they found a mint tin on the ground, but was not it, WERE so close to the cache, I must say. TFTC Bessie's - Mob
Found at 11:49 AM GAFF3.
This was a deceptive little one First of all we were very pleased that we could pull over with the caravan and be well out of the way from traffic, but then there was a problem with the GPSr not wanting to give us a firm location to search in. Ended up going through a mini field of farmers friends and then being led along the fence through tangled vines and branches - this can't be right! It is just a T of 1.5 [B)]
Any way we also fell for the same trick as the previous cacher had - totally took the hint the wrong way
It was really just by chance that part of the mint tin was spotted and then the rock bit made some sense - I think
Thanks Bessie's-Mob.
After reading LizBeth1998's maintenance log, I think someone has put in a new mint tin, 'cause it is bright and shiny.

We nearly gave up and then found it. Totally took the hint the wrong way. This was a friends first find and it looks like they are hooked.

Caching in Lismore and surrounds today with GayeNT, NikkiRB and Bev50. Left Tweed Heads at 8:30am to start caching by 9:30am, finished caching for the day at 5:30pm.
We had an aim for 55 or more finds today. This was the 8th (my 3rd find) find of 51 (plus 2 GCA caches) caches we looked for. We ended up with 6 DNFs and 45 finds (2 GCA finds) which was an amazing effort!
Took a bit of time to find this one we over turned so many rocks. I walked in at a different angle and looked up and there it was a rock out of place! the log was completely drenched so we got a new zip lock and log and replaced the old log. the container is missing a lid and was full of water. dried it out the best we could and i replaced it upside down to avoid more water filling it.

On a caching adventure with GayeNT, Lizbeth1998 and Bev50. Thank you for your cache
Of course GayeNT parked the car at the other end away from the cache so had to trudge back there to get the bag and log.

I decided that when the COVID restrictions ease we must do a road trip. Bev50 and NikkiRB are my constant caching companions so when I mentioned it to them on Facebook we got a ring in pop up wanting to come. None other than LizBeth1998.
Between LizBeth and I we sorted out where we were going to go and then with the help of GSAK LizBeth plotted the route. 58 GC caches and then we added a couple of GA's to top it off.
We were on a mission - Nikki got her #100, Bev50 was on her way to fulfilling #200, I wanted to achieve #300 and LizBeth was going to get her #500. Well 3 outta 4 aint bad, darkness beat Bev to getting her #200 by 10 caches but that is ok because we will be out and about as soon as the border opens.
Walked back to the car with Nikki to get the replacement bag and log for LizBeth to put in and decided to prep a little bum bag with those things (thought of it earlier just didn't do it) for future caches

Cache needs to be replaced as the log was a little damp and ratty. The eclipse container has no lid.
Found after a little searching lol the rock is well out of place here.

I was smiling this visit because I found the cache. I was silly enough to read the hint and search at night last visit. Today I came by with Wayn0 and decided to look with fresh eyes as if I'd never read the hint. Found it pretty quickly that way. Haha.

Found while on a geocaching holiday with tmann421.
Enjoyed the trip around and all the great hides.
Stamped TM/WW NZ, or if in pen our full names

Another very nice find today with woolwood9.
*Thanks for helping make our tour around fun!*
Stamped logs as TM/WW NZ or our full user names or tm421/ww9 in pen.
Took a while to find the hint object - wasn't where we expected it to be!

Came here in the dark with a headlamp. Didn't some time wandering around looking. No luck.
Out on a road trip with the goal to reach a milestone find before dark. Spent way to long looking for this one. I did not have the spare time for long hunts today, but I also already had a few missed finds on my list, so I did not want to leave out any that could be found.
After a thorough search I eventually spotted something that matched the clue.

Out today, trying to obtain all these clues for the ‘summer’ promo....
I’m now trying to gain all the last 35 caches, which is harder due to the distance I have cleared.
After doing some filming in the area, I thought I’d head east for a few caches.
Cheers

Log in saturated and couldn’t be signed. Who would have thought you look up for a rock
Not too hard to find, thank goodness. This wasn't the nicest place to be, and not that easy to get to. Glad I found it though
Last for the day and leaving tomorrow for Tenterfield. Past by this one over the last three days and today we had to stop. Just as we were approaching the GZ, some idiot muggle screemed out making the geowife jump out of her skin. 'some people have nothing better to dowith their life'. Zeroed in on the gz and found the container. Lid is missing, but log still currently dry.

With our basecamp at the Alstonville showgrounds we headed out to get some caches. A nice selection of hides and styles kept us on our toes. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thankyou Bessie's-Mob for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area
Took me awhile. Log is damp will need to be replaced. Also container has no lid. Placed it facing down hill hopefully the log will not get any wetter. Good clue but was looking for the wrong thing. Tftc
Awesome name of thus cache and clever hint and got signed and returned same place and fav point TFTC
Stopped here on our way to Teven today. Lots of clingy grass and other seeds attached themselves to our pants. We are still finding some, hours later.
GZ was soon spotted, though the cache container had made the plunge into the grass. Picked it up, signed the very wet log (needs replacing) and returned it to its proper elevation.

While camping in Lismore for a few days with geodad Whitey Wiskas and geodog Scruffy, we just had to get out and find a few caches in this beautiful part of NSW.

We were out for a drive to have a look around the area and stopped by. An easy find, thankfully. I did buggerise around a bit too much before spotting it of course in the obvious spot! Thanks...
What a glorious day for some Caching in this scenic region. We had to wait for the GPS to settle and to then think outside the square. A reasonably quick find was then had. Many thanks for bringing us here. TNLN SL TFTC
Gotta watch those speed cameras! Coming back from a day caching around Casino we were on the correct side of the Highway to pull over without crossing any double lines. This is one time when we were we on the left side and the right side at the same time! Cache was found not at the bottom of the thingy that holds up the wires. That thing not at the top gave the location away. [:o)]

1:53:00 PM. Got off the road to early for this one so moved up. Into the bush I went and started searching. Thought it was gone then turned around and there it was. Signed log and returned to hide. Thanks Bessie's-Mob for placing this cache.
COLD NOT FIND DUE TO UNDERGROWTH NEAR CACHE WAS BAD AND VERY WET WILL WAIT TO SEE IF THE UNDERGROWTH IS CUT AND WILL TRY AGAIN
Well this one stumped me initially. Eventually spotted what I was missing!

Have been saving local caches till I needed them for my found calendar and today was one of those days, so Rusty85 and I left the muggle birthday boy behind and off we went cache searching, not quite what we were expecting but still and easy find. TFTC Bessie's Mob
Thought this would be a very public spot to be caching but it turned out it wasn't on a Sunday afternoon, easy find but still made us think about where it might be. TFTC

A gorgeous winter morning greeted PurpleDarkness - perfect weather for a bit of caching (when isn't it?). We are travelling further afield now that most of our nearby caches have turned into smilies. So off to Wollongbar/Alstonville this morning.
Driven past this spot, most probably, 10s x 1000s of times (slowly) - we had never stopped here until now. A small bush scramble to find a rock out of place and we had the cache in hand, signed and returned.
Enjoyed the bucolic views of the cattle and egrets 'playing' in a nearby paddock.

Out on a geocaching day trip with my husband to try to collect some caches around Lismore and Alstonville. No chance of a speeding ticket today! After a search with soon had the cache in hand. We searched for 16 caches today and found 14. Thanks for the hunt today Bessie's-Mob. This was our 181st find at 1:52pm.
