GT02 and I were waiting in the heat for the next bus and Fleabag- had already found this one before and told me about it - we didn't check the caching app so didn't know it had been archived! Off we went. It was nice and shady so Fleabag- sat while I looked. Quickly found the cache and then back to the bus. I can confirm it is most definitely there and in good condition! Thanks Team Petom for the cache.
I'll have a look and fix it up this week if I can find a time with no workmen in the area
Out and about with Vanessa and Hera having lots of fun. After glancing over the structure here and not seeing any hidey holes that looked suspicious enough I decided to get serious and really learn a bit more about the ins and outs of tanks! With the grace of a gymnast (can you sense the sarcasm in my writing?) I weaved under and through and came back up with the goods. It was then that I noticed 'high-vis' man copping an eyeful of my derrière. Hey, 'high-vis Man', I am VERY interested in army tanks, ok!!!! We signed the log, admired the clock tower and refrained from taking rude photos with the large protrusion, although high-vis man may have liked that. Attached is a sensible photo instead.....TFTC
There was a construction worker leaning against a fence watching 3 grown women climbing all over a cannon. God knows what he thought! The Rusty's came up with the goods. I don't think I would have looked in that spot so thanks for the find!
The Rusty's, Hera and I walked across from The Cost of Co, as parking is a bit tricky here with all of the renovations going on. I'd been here before and DNFed as it's soooo busy and exposed, but with three of us, I had more courage. This was The Rusty's' find as she did a really good CZJ impression and came up with the goods. It was The Rusty's 300th find!!! Well done!!! A nearby workman in an orange high-vis vest was very unimpressed and hopefully the citizens of Ringwood will not see him doing his CZJ impression anytime soon. Thanks Team Petom.
No luck today, too many muggles around with the station redevelopment happening. Had a decent look for the cache but couldn't spot anything.
Thanks team_petom. I must of walked around that tank a dozen tes. Muggles are about so had to use stealth. After sitting and re thinking-where would I would hide it I found it.
Watch out for sparkly eyed spiders in pouches yuck!!

Thanks to mungrel who put all the bloody stars in the cache. Bloody things went everywhere.
I must be getting better at this it was quite easy despite all the muffles Tftc.
This was our second visit - the first time we left after a group of muggles sat at a nearby seat and were looking directly at us. This time all was quiet and we found the cache fairly quickly. Our second find in this type of location.
Found after quite a search. Whilst there were many muggles at the lights, just looked like I was a history/military enthusiast inspecting every part of the piece of equipment here. Geogirl wanted to to give up, had one last look in a spot I had looked at first and found. TFTC
Had given up but spotted some other geocachers and it was found. Thanks so much guys - you rock!
Hard not to look suspicious with the temporary bus stop behind us. Kids enjoyed seeing the wreaths from Anzac Day. Tftc

After picking me up from work, 88andy88 decided to try to find this one I had previously DNF'd.
We both began searching and in less than a minute I found in a spot I was sure I looked last time.

Today after a day of shelling out plenty of cash to get one of the geocars fixed OzhockeyChick and I hit the streets to do a couple of caches to make the long day end feel better.
This one has been attempted once before and this time we both hit the GZ to find this cache. Beings as Anzac Day is fast approaching this one has a little bit of history and nostalgia to it as there is a shrine in the vicinity to mark the fallen Anzac Hero's from the local area , so repsect was demanded and given by us both while we were in the GZ.
We found the cache on the piece of equipment obviously critical to one of the wars our country has helped serve.
Lest we forget.
TFTC.

I've driven past here many times but never really had a chance to stop. I was in the area today so made my way across.
I wasn't happy when I saw where the cache was hidden as I usually struggle to find caches on these. This looked to be no exception and it wasn't til I started walking away after a fairly long search that I saw a glanced back and noticed one spot I hadn't checked.
The cache was indeed there.
Thanks Team_Petom for the cache. No bells for me today.

Arrived at this cache with a muggle taking pictures of the tower. Had to "try" and be stealth about this.....Don't think I would make a good spy hahahahaha!
Found it tho! Great hiding spot.
Good to take time out and think about the people that fought for our country.

A little lunchtime caching for hergab69 and I. Spent a little while on this hunt, being careful not to cause too much suspicion to nearby muggles. However our office-worker-attire prevented the presumed scrambling/climbing/crawling required to find this cache. So on this occassion - DNF. Will be back.
So there is construction happening for the terrain station and bus area. Which mean the car park next to the bell tower is closed. We parked over the road at the paint store.
We spent a long time looking and poking and spinning the wheels and trying all the levers. We were about to give up and head off when something caught my eye. Yep. It was the cache! Yay.
We signed the log book had a last spin of the tyres and were off. Thanks so much!! Love this one.

Already done this one in it's previous life. Nice to see it is still there. Love having kids for canons as it I feel less obvoius. Tftc
Finally FINALLY! Tried this cache many times and tonight we were lucky! With the help of raph_hero we got this!
This took many attempts but finally patience prevailed. So difficult but worth the wait! Thanks for maintaining this cache!
At second attempt under the cover of (some) darkness. TFTC Team_Petom... wherever you are!
Grrr. 3rd time lucky? I think the difficulty needs to be upped a lil bit. Found though
Came back for the second time and finally found it. Now can finally cross this one off the list. TFTC
Finally found it
3rd time here looking and had more of an idea where to look. After a short time, Mrs Tyrell yelled that she had found it! Glad to have made the find finally. TFTC

3rd attempt. Not quite as evil as everyone else has made it out to be. Just a good hide.
Very evil hide! It only took about 10 minutes of searching, but got there in the end! TFTC!!!
TFTC!! Found with My hubby! Such a good hide! Back for the second time as we could not find it the first time with 5 other people! This time it was found but realised now why people can't find it!! It's an extremely hard find! Good luck p.s Log book is still in cache!
TFTC! Back for the second time found with my wife CKDP!!! Very sneaky hide such a great hiding spot ! Well done !
Another one off the list

Third time lucky. Sando23468 and I tried one night during the week but I was running late for work so we had to give up. Came back last night with the teens but a group of muggles took up residence. We tried to wait them out but in the end had to leave. Tonight Sando23468, Tyzza1 and I returned. Armed with a top from PAF. I gave up waiting for the boys to find it and got down and dirty and came up with cache in hand. TFTC
I felt a bit conspicuous searching here by the highway, but will come back with camokid.
Not sure if this cache is still here but a team of 6 were unable to find it! Would love to know if it's still there!
I've been able to organize the weekends recently so that the kids are doing activities on a Sunday afternoon and I am able to get usually get about 3 hours of caching fitted in which I'm pretty happy about.
Today I headed over to Ringwood/Park Orchards area since I haven't been over here for a while and some of the caches are now some of my closest to home.
I managed 13 finds today with no DNF's, although I did spent a couple of 15-20 minute searches at a couple of locations today.
****************************************
It was getting late in the afternoon now and since I was going past this cache on my way home and it being about the 4th closest to home I parked nearby and after waiting for a smoking muggle to clear the bench nearby I started my search in between breaks in the traffic lights.
I didn't find anything initially and my caching buddy told me this would never get muggled so I knew it might be quite a tricky hide. He didn't give me any hints as to where it was though!
Anyway a couple of minutes later and a better search somewhere I had looked before yielded the cache. I know what he means now. I doubt this will be muggled unless someone is actually sprung retrieving it.
Thanks Team Petom for the cache, the hunt and the fun. Excellent hide. A favourite from me.

The family hunted and hunted and hunted and hunted some more, but had no luck. We found the original cache at this site maybe 3 or 4 years ago, but from memory that took us a couple of attempts. This time around it seems beyond us.
We found a couple of the questions a little ambiguous when it came to a definitive answer, but we were able to discount a couple of possible answers because they would have given very unlikely final coordinates. Left with only a couple of likely spots we found the cache quickly. It does appear to have suffered some damage so couldn't replace it exactly as it was, but is still within a foot of the original location. I will contact the CO with details of the damage and where it has been left.
Tried, again, to find this cache. I must be blind, since I have utterly no clue where it is
Noted several DNFs but the CO suggested it was still in place. GPS moved around a bit but I decided to check something. With the smoke of a local having a ciggie on the nearby bench drifting over, I made the find using stealth. TFTC
We spent 30mins here and couldn't find this cache. Might be time to archive due to number of people who couldn't find it.
Thanks Hoka13579

Can someone please check cache is still where it was placed. Have checked area v thoroughly
Sorry for the delay search 14/2/14 but struggled and couldnt find it. Will try again at a later time
Had a good look with four of us and really struggled. We will come back and start fresh next time.
This one was a little tricky to find with all of the muggles in cars nearby and a couple of gardeners (guggles?) Had a thorough look though! Neat little spot. Thankyou for bringing me here!

Having done the first one here not long after we starting caching it was with apprehension that we tried again knowing how hard it was the to find between the cars and the foot traffic. Mr. Coffee had the luck and found it.

My first cache!! Woohoo. Only discovered this concept yesterday and already hooked. Can't believe so many only 5-10 minutes walk from my front doorstep! Great fun!

The kids were relatively well behaved today and my Queen didnt really want to cook dinner - so where too? What is Open?....... The Big M ...... not really my choice.... nothing special to write about the meal but the kids did have fun burning off energy.... until we had to go home early.... I had intended to do a few local caches until it got dark and then we could tackle to nearby night cache... but not to be... as we started to head off we still managed to get a few on the way much to the initial frustration of my Queen.
As the kids climbed over this structure my Queen easily spotted it. I do remember the old cache here (our log 4/6/2006) - it was in our early caching days, and took us a few attempts to find but we had a lot of fun (thanks kiwideb). This time no problems putting our hands on it.
Our thanks to Team_Petom for keeping this location going, When kids are interested caching can be great fun.

Headed out this morning around the Ringwood area for some caches before the forecast rain started. It tried to rain all morning on and off but still managed to find a few before the rain came down.
I tried to look here but muggles were setting up a picnic!! In the wet grass, raining on and off and the middle of the morning. I moved on....
Thanks for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

No luck with this one checked heaps of spots but still no luck I'll have to try again so time soon
And search for longer.
And search for longer.
Had a chance to search around for the cache - after several previous visits when the park was otherwise occupied. GPS didn't really want to settle on a location, but there were not too many hiding places within a 10m radius, so I spent a good while looking around and especially checking the most obvious hiding spot. However I was unable to find the cache, given the very low terrain rating, its likely I checked spots that the cache was not, but still didn't find it.
Spent ages but couldn't find it.
May have muggled?
Can the owner please check on it.

It seems that "a week or so" has turned into 6 months and the CO has not been online since posting that comment below. If there is no chance of it being fixed, might be time to archive it?
Sorry, I did replace it after a week or so (couldn't see old one around) but must have forgot to update on the site I'd done so.
Should be all good, I'm driving past tonight so I'll make sure it's still there seeing as it hasn't been checked in so long
Edit - Checked and cache is good to go. Sorry about the stuff up
