Visiting here to have lunch so why not grab a cache, thanks for the interesting info TFTC
Stopped to look at interesting history of the canal and so this find was a real bonus. Thanks to whoever for the strategically placed retrieval stick.
Hello Tassie!Im excited to be exploring this southern state to see all the beautiful scenery, cultural and historic places and hopefully find a few geocaches.Drive down here was amazing with beautiful turquoise waters. Im guessing there were oyster beds or something as well. Incredible to see a few Eagles flying in the sky wonder that this is the symbol and the spirit of the area Thank you for a fast to find Geo CACHE

What a beautiful sculpture in a lovely place. Thank you stay safe. We are from WA
The whole family was out in caching territory today, with twelve on the itinerary.Been to this statue many times when Bro and Sis were younger (they both swear it used to be bigger), so nice to come back today and find a cache nearby! After a bit of bending and observing, the cache was soon spotted and obtained, and another find added to a growing list. TFTC Tassie Trekkers!
Great spot to grab a bite for lunch and use the facilities. Loved the sculpture and the clear waters rushing past in the canal. Cache found quickly and returned to its spot.
First, stop on a tour to Port Arthur and The Tasman Peninsula. You have to love it when you step off the bus and there is a cache within metres. A nice quick find, log signed and returned as found.
Today we arrived in Dunalley, it was a huge drive day from Primrose Sands . After setting up camp and heading out for a fabulous coffee we did a nice walk around the town. We collected a few caches and did the AL. We loved watching the seals by the bridge and seeing the swing bridge in action.Nice quick find and sign here TFTC
Big thanks to Tassie Trekkers for creating this cache! Your effort brought an extra spark of excitement to our geocaching quest. This discovery was find number 1,125 for us, marking another memorable moment in our adventure. Living and traveling full-time across Australia in our Coaster Bus, we're always on the lookout for caches to uncover. Currently, we're in Tasmania, planning to explore this beautiful island for around 18 months or so. To see more of our travels, feel free to follow our journey HERE...
TFTC! Found on a trip to dunally with family, whist my little sister was very eager and went off the title, I used the hint and made the find first:))
Raemoz found it while having a few days in Tassie No pen so will send you a photo. TFTC
Tasmania Trip Day 9. My second day caching out of Hobart was more counties to the south and East of Hobart. It was a cold drizzly day that got even worse as I went south. The highlight was the cave south of Port Arthur. I slowly worked my way back through the other counties and managed to see quite a few great small town along the way. I arrived back into town quite late in the afternoon and only did one more LAB set around town before finding somewhere to have dinner. I went back to the motel and did some logging and preparing for tomorrow.I stopped here for a snack on the way south and did not even look at this cache, on the way back it was much busier but I was able to poke around at the statue in peace as most people dashed over the road for food. Thanks for the cache Tassie Trekkers46007.7 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2006 Stars #1 - Orion A#26**Albida**
We took a quick pit stop on our way to Port Arthur and took time to make a cache find. Nice hide. Thanks for the cache!
Quick toilet stop meant I could sneakily duck out and grab this one! Thanks for the nice hint to make this an easy find. Tftc
Tftc. Easy find with hint. Found in fading light but no mugglies to be seen.
Stopped at the bakery for breakfast, a busy place too. While eating I noticed this was just across the road. Lovely by the water and cool statue. Cache easily located and then back on the road.
TFTC! Quick find:) As we travel south on our Tazzie pancake honeymoon. We stopped in Dunalley to try our luck on spotting the famous Neil the Seal. We watched the bridge rotate a few times and enjoyed lunch at the local deli. Amazing little town:)
I am traveling down the east coast of Tassie, and stopped the night in Dunalley.Decided to get some caches while I am here.I searched everywhere the hint stated. Yet no cache found. Upon giving up, I started to leave, yet noticed a painted container in the nearby shrubs, which yes turned out to be the cache. The cache log was signed, and the cache container was returned back to the location specified by the hint. I then got a couple of rocks from the canal to further hide the cache.
Found it on a quick trip down to the penninsula for our daughters bday celebration
A quick grab after stopping at the bakery across the street. Thanks for the cache.
Last time I was down this way I spent ages looking with no luck. Today I found it immediately. Funny how that goes sometimes TFTC
Taking some time off to explore more of the apple isle with RoamingHowie. Day Three: Dunalley, Coal Mines, Port Arthur and various caches & AdLabs along the way.

We almost left this lunch spot without grabbing the cache we were ontop of! A nice quick find which required go go gadget arms.
Thanks Tassie Trekkers for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Nalezeno společně s Radoshordos během měsíčního výletu do Malajsie, Singapuru, Bruneje a Austrálie, kde byla hlavním cílem celého výletu Tasmánie. Singapore se zároveň stává mojí 39. navštívenou zemí a Austrálie mojí 40. navštívenou zemí.
Keš jsem našel během chvilky společně s Radoshordos. Děkuji za přivedení na další zajímavé místo a za další bod do sbírky.
Zdravím z České republiky.
Found it during a one-month trip together with Radoshordos to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Australia, where Tasmania's was main destination of the whole vacation. Singapore is also becoming my 39th visited country and Australia my 40th visited country.
I found the cash in a moment with Radoshordos. Thank you for bringing me to another interesting place and for the next point to the collection. Greetings from the Czech Republic.

Zozetta and I headed down to Dunalley this morning with the aim of finding a few caches. A great day out with good a total of 21 finds and some new locations discovered. We started with a solved puzzle before moving onto the new series on Blackman Bay road then heading back towards town, via the scenic lookout, then detoured to Forcett on the way home to quickly grab a multi.
Muggles here when we first arrived made searching tricky so we decided to leave it and try on our way back. Unfortunately there were still a few muggles around when we came back but we managed to grab the cache once they left.
Thanks for the cache Tassie Trekkers!

On our way around Tassie for 3 weeks. About half way through and after spending a couple of days in Hobart we are now heading to the Tasman Peninsula.
Stopped nearby here for toilet stop and decided to look for a cache. There is definitely lots of muggles here!
Manage to find a lull in the crowd and made the find

In Tassie for a Scouting event and did a day trip from Hobart to Port Arthur. The bus stopped and I figured I'd see what was nearby and there was a cache so I may as well get it. The rock made a very nice seat.

Adelaide to Hobart Road Trip
Day Five: St. Helens to Hobart Airport
Weather: glorious!
After a quick trip to just inside Tasman to claim the LGA, I stopped here to look at the opening bridge, do part of the Adventure Lab, and also find this cache. I’ve seen a lot of wedge tail eagles while caching, sadly none today. This is a nice spot to break the trip, thanks for putting a cache here Tassie Trekkers.

On the way to Port Arthur we stopped at the bakery for coffee and pies. Great to have a cache, too.
Found some rubbish first, although there's a bin just beside the sculpture... did a little cito. The cache's in good shape.
