Ummm. Been disabled for more than a year! Either archive it or go and do some maintenance on it.
Great setting for a cache. Had a very good look from all angles but could not find. Even tackled the spiders den.
I'm sure lash47 and I were in correct location but way to high for me to reach. TFTC
Think this one has gone AWOL. Came with a previous finder who was unable to locate this cache.
My 2nd dnf here. I was in the area with a previous finder who was a little taller than I and she couldn't find it either so I think it may have gone AWOL
I HATE being short in stature. I have been here quite some time ago but today I finally remembered to bring a ladder to reach. What a unusual structure this is, quite arty I reckon. Came by here at 3pm ish and I'm sure I got a few queer looks from the mums waiting for their kiddies as I passed by in my gumboots, scruffy sweatpants and ladder. I don't care, a cache was to be had and I was on a mission!! Cheers for that Z and a half kiwis.
Ha ha hilarious !!!!!
Thanks 2 and a half kiwis !
Awesome name and idea for cache placement !
Almost had to return to car for my heels !
Favourite point !

I think this was my last cache of the day, need to check the list when I get home.
A nice quick nano find. I was heading toward the airport when I saw this on my GPS so stopped and made a quick find.
Thanks 2 and a half kiwis
I have logged this cache as part of 12-12-12: A Challenge? http://coord.info/GC42CNY

This cache has been taunting me for so long!
It's right by my mums place but never seem to find it every time I've come to visit
Finally did!
Great hide! Tftc!

Didn't have a pen and log full- other well prepared family helped with the find!
This was a mission!!! But with some good old Kiwi ingenuity, we worked out a way to retrieve the cache. We quickly worked out where it was, but getting to it was another story! Some other caches were there also, quite new to caching, so we helped them out. Great hide TFTC
A tricky little number this one. It's kind of like it was hiding in plain sight. Reading the description it was easy to tell where the cache would be located, but it was just a matter of where about on the object in question.
We had noticed this family chasing Pooh Sticks down the nearby stream since since we had left Switch's First Hide. Turns out that they too (familykyle) where on a cache hunt and had tried to find this particular one before but given up. With our muggle friends still with us, the boys went up on the shoulders and explored every inch of the object in question looking for the cache.
After about 5 minutes of looking and feeling around, they were getting a bit heavy, so down they came. It was time for a change of perspective. Once done, the cache was located in quick time, we just had to retrieve it. Up went master chrisandmum again onto my shoulders to pick it up. For some reason, he was not able to get it. So a different tack was once again required and I was able to retrieve the cache. The log was signed duly signed, but familykyle declined to sign.
Thanks for the cache UncleSam, and I reckon you could easily write a story about the giant and his place to quench his thirst.
BTW, the log was full, so I replaced it.

Very aptly named but took a bit of time finding the cache. Well hidden. Lucky I had the trusty Geocache tool!
Great hide but as yet we don't have a log roller so we were reluctant to sign log in case we couldn't return it. Tftc
Our 3rd find for the day, looking like its about to rain so maybe our last. Log full
Well actually it's not really a dnf it is a 'could not reach it'! I knew exactly where it would be and I consider myself average height but you definitely have to be a giant to be able to retrieve this one!
Great hiding place, had us stumped at first but then spotted it, definitely not one for hobbits
Spotted the cache yesterday, but had to return with my taller partner to reach it. TFTC. Gets a favourite point from us for the placement. (Log is full.)
Once located this one was a little tricky to get but putting it back took ages due to the surprising amount of foot traffic for a Tuesday morning and two council workers spraying the area who showed up just after we'd signed the log. Texted a few friends, looked at the birds, admired the view and tried to look inconspicuous until they left. Very clever hide, TFTC!
Found quickly when we approached from the correct angle. Log is pretty much full. TFTC
On this hot and sunny Saturday, yorkshirekiwi83 and I headed out to East Auckland to target some of the caches out there. Looked from one level and couldn't spot anything, so changed levels and immediately spotted the cache and had to laugh at its placement. Went around and did the duties for cache retrieval, while YK83 signed the log. TFTC!

The Eastern suburbs needed to be looked at again, its been a while since I was last out here, so Vistra and I decided to make a day of it, hoping for a drive by and searched the area, yup def visable from above, took a bit of reaching as well, careful balance required.

Was over this way for "Gosford 02" and thought I better get this one as well. Don't know why I couldn't find it before but it was a quick find this morning TFTC
Very glad to get this one. Had to wait for my not so vertically challenged other half. TFTC
Once we got here we realised we had found this one before but obviously never logged it! We knew exactly where to go and what we were looking for! Oh well this time we are logging our find and it helps us fill another gap in the calendar. TFTC
Not a good start to my lunchtime walk, put my hand and arm where it should be and nothing but rust. I will be back
Found this a while ago but was too short to reach it... Came back today with NewlynFam junior member who hopped onto my shoulders an in no time at all the cache was in hand! A few muggles today though... Much stealth required!!! TFTC!!!
Found with my Mum, NewlynFam. Have now created my own account so am logging all finds I was present at and helped with.
Hopped on Mum's shoulders so we could reach!!!

Out puzzle caching with beconaze and this is a good bonus. Nice easy find, but fun getting the log out. TFTC.
After my work meetings were done for the day I had time to go and find a few caches. Wow, I'd need a big water bottle here. All good with this cache. TFTC, Biggles.
Me and a mate were heading home after a bike ride and decided to give it a go, we saw it but didn't recognise it at first. His first find ever, TFTC.
Found while out for a bit of a walk with Mrs McMike2012 ... turned out to be a great area for walking ... Mrs McMike2012 spotted that likely hiding spot while stil some distance away ... turn out she was right on the money but needed me to reach it ... easy find & quickly replaced ... TN:LN:SL ... TFTC ... #871 for us.
Wow that was the smallest one we've done. Thanks for the extra hint Laloli team.

As we were leaving hubby had one more look and found it. Did not write in log we did not bring tweezers.
Going the giant tap. Cld not find cache. Will be back to hv a look in better light.
We had several goes looking in not quite the right place. The beady eyes of the nine year old helped immensely and then a degree of team work. No way I could have done this on my own. Log full and the writing implement I had didn't work to well. This one gets a fav point as I love both the hide challenge and the name. TFTC
Great hunt! Enjoyed that one, had to wait for a friendly muggle to leave and then my 9 year old could climb on my back to reach it

Found the thing in question, but wasn't able to locate the cache before the walkway suddenly became overrun by a never ending stream of school children. Will have to come back and try again another day.
So sad found location but I am no giant and so unable to retrieve the prize due to being vertically challenged. I did like the location been past many times and never noticed the giant water source.
Found it with Tanya while cycling. What a Hugh one that is. Look carefully as the log is in a tiny battery case
This one took a bit of searching but soon had the sneaky little cache in hand, TFTC.
[I don't quite meet the height requirement although I did eventually manage to retrieve the cache. Great place to hide it. Most time was spent in trying to reinsert the log, quite a tricky operation. I have probably not replaced the cache exactly and it may just be too visible,] perhaps the next finder will be able to put it 60degrees further away. [TFTC]
I was at the right place, but then stopped when a couple of muggles walked by. Back on the hunt, I went over the entire structure until I returned to the right place. TFTC.
