We're sorry to let this one go but we are archiving it to open up the spot for other caches.
Found the dangling part of the cache, but the nano capsule end has disappeared! Found log paper near by and have tucked paper by the dangling string!
I've been in the area a few times since taking up geocaching but this is the first time I've been able to tackle it. A nice quick find.
I had been talking with a neighbour at the caravan park about geocaching and he said that he would be interested to take up the hobby so I invited him to join me today for a jaunt around the town to sign off a few. So he immediately joined up with GC.COM.This was the fifth we found. What a fasinating place this is.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
We also had some locals chilling, so were discrete. Didn't know that this heritage park was here.
Interesting spot. We had to be sneeky because there were some cool youngsters chilling around. Nice hide!
Found it on my second trip up. Busy wee spot, lots of people coming up to feed all the ducks My smallest find so far
Last night with my sister having spent Christmas with her. Drove into to town to get petrol and decided to grab some caches while I could.
Parked on the grass verge and followed the arrow. A car pulled up in the carpark so I wandered around and looked at the farm machinery on display. The car soon left so I got down to hunting. I didn't feel very hopeful and then I saw it.
Very sneaky indeed, so pleased I was able to sign the log.
Thanks for the hide.

Found with the help of RustynSnez as I didn't have my Caching eyes in. Nice spot Very fat ducks who obviously get fed lots of bread. TFTC
Back a year later for a second attempt and after a long search fighting a gps which kept changing its mind, we were about to give up again - then lo, there it was.

Out on a caching date with AT for a day. The weather did not look ideal, but it worked out to be perfect for caching since all the 'normal' people stayed inside, leaving us to our enjoyment. A big thank you to all the CO' for giving us hours of entertainment!!!
No luck here - the GPS was taking us to the bridge, and we checked all possible hiding spots we could, and also near the machine, but nothing for us here today.

Today we drive from te anau to duniden . On the way we pickup some caches and this one was one of it. Another grad day in new zealand with great caches .TFTC
TFTC took a while finding it in the rain but managed thanks quite tricky that one
Thorough look- couldn't find despite having only been replaced four days ago. Got right down in the creek. It surely is invisible
Today is a caching day.
Originally not planned on stopping for this one but the coin flip encouraged me to try.
Container gone. Think must have been on a sign that has gone.

No luck here, searched all the likely places, then the unlikely ones, but not found
Maybe muggled.

A quick find after accidentally startling all the ducks. The wind from their rapid departure could be felt!
I like the container, very nice. TFTC

Great area for a cache! Found while passing through Gore from Milford Sound to St Bathans. Finding caches in Gore was a priority. Arrived during the opening hours of the museum, but no one was around. Found a cache at a similar museum near Dunedin the next day. Great places which I wish I had more time to explore. Cheers kryshan for the cache!
NZ road trip with Schlitz13. On our tour we had the time to look for some caches. We found them, and some special places of interest or great views.
TFTC!

For the first time during our visit to New Zealand the weather was getting really worse. We headed north-east for our next destination: Dunedin. But first we visited the very small Te Anau Wildlife Center. The whole day was very cold and we only looked for geocaches and tried to get further on to Dundin. Finally we arrived at the Royal Albatross Center just in time for taking a private tour, that was even in german as the tour guide Sabine and all visitors are german.
another stop by the route cache on our way to Dunedin...

additional information: I will change my geocaching alias name from 'Schlitz13' to 'Megalodon'

First find with a new GPS, the last one fell down a cliff into the sea in Australia.
A fairly quick find with ducks quacking nearby, at this pleasant little area in the machinery park. TFTC
