6 DNF's in a row after all them F's, lends me to think .............ARCHIVE!
Decided to lob out and get a couple of caches before the sun hit the decks.
Tried looking for this one twice now and suffice to say, no such luck. So far as I could tell there were a few eligible cache locations but none came up with the goods.
Looked for about 15 mins and ended up having a minor tantie. Picked up my bat and ball and stomped off home. Will keep an eye out to see if anyone else finds it before I have another crack at it.

No luck although we looked everywhere. Might have stuck it out for longer but it was wet and gloomy. We'll be back!
Unfortunately, I had only time to look for this one in the series. It must be quite amazing doing the whole series on the bike. Very beautiful scenery, really enjoyed it.
Cache was found easily enough.
Thanks for the cache and greetings from Austria,

I think this will have to be the last for the day we have a 9yo birthday party to get to. TFTH
Returned with ruffdawg on a mission to find this one. Took a while but eventually ruffdawg spotted it. GZ was still showing on opposite sure of road and GZ was some 10m away. SL TFTC!
Found on second visit some 10 metres from indicated GZ.
It was very difficult to retrieve even though I could see it.

Out early on a short (ish) Caching run with Felix to seek out some of the newly
published listings North of the river.
I had already found a few of the northern most nanos in this series, so was keen
to complete the rest in a whole run, as it was designed.
So started at 28...and headed north... the finds came pretty quickly, a good variety
of hides.... its amazing what you can do with a nano !!!
Cheers for the series...

Out and about with The Machman this morning.
I had only done 2 of the series before today, so was pleased to be able to attempt some more today.
Nice to be on a side road now and not to have to worry where to park the car.
Hey Jacaro don't think its just your GPS. We were both getting a bit frazzled by now. The effort expended on the last cache, the heat and humidity must have been getting to us, or the pair of GPS???
After looking absolutely everywhere else, MM finally came up with the goods in a very obvious spot, some 10mts from our GZ. But alas as I said it was an obvious spot and it took wayyyyy too long! Must have been heat stroke, at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

The GPS was having another of its play times but we managed to make the find dispite its "assistance" TFTC
I undertook this series in the spirit it was intended and took my bike to Hillarys and then followed the path and caches south, picking up a few extras on the way. A mostly successful day with only 1DNF in the series, 1 possible found but could not retrieve and 2 did not attempts due to muggle activity and the fact I was running out of time. A very slow ride south due to muggles - on the path and around the caches. Had to go on then double back a couple of times to avoid muggles. Coords seemed to be out by quite a bit at a couple of the caches - not an issue at some due to the ease of hides. TF the series.
The last on of these for the day.
still pushing south.
got the hang of these and know where to look.

Planned to do this series as soon as I saw it published...has been ages since I've had a decent caching run so close to home.....so on my first day off I set out on road bike...happily can log 27 out of 27 (although I must give credit to KB for finding #12 after I had given up)...cheers ZH for providing a superb days caching.
Yay!! Quick find and I parked 2m from the cache. Called it quits after this one (working my way from South to North). Will resume at No. 15 tomorrow. Thanks for the series so far Zodiakhorizon. My GPS is not in sync with yours and the overcast weather wasn't helping. My 2 DNFs so far are soley from my inability to find a nano though. Being mostly magnetic (grrrrr to the one so far that's not!), the caches for me have been generally ok to find once close to GZ and I love that white coloured camo.
found after a short search as the GPSr insisted it was on the other side of the road

Will have to come back for this one, kids had enough caching for the day. GPS did insist that it was the other side of the road to all other caches, so will have to come back and have a thorough look.
New GC magellan (very unimpressive dont bother) so unsure how accurate co-ords will be (quite clearly not to accurate!)
Will check with the old GPS when i get a chance

Second to find after a short sleep and get dry. What a fine day it is today without all the rain making it harder to see caches.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
FTF The emails started popping up while I was paying the bills. Whats a guy to do - its raining outside and there are fresh caches at the end of the road. Grab the keys and the head torch and go I guess. Mad fun for ducks and cache-kind. SL TFTC
