Have been waiting for City of Mandurah works to be completed at gz before replacing cache. Will be back in action soon.
It has gone awol. Will try to get a replacement cache prepped and back in place soon.
Nothing to show for our troubles except muddy feet today, sadly! Saw a couple of very suspicious out of place stones but no caches...
Went for this one today but there was no way I could be stealth enough with all the muggle painters tending to the building nearby. Next time...
TFTC! Another BIG days caching with Cravo10 on our standard Thursday Jaunt!
With the weather looking ridiculously hot, with temperatures in the mid-30s we decided to head South to the Area of Mandurah (and surrounds) to take advantage of the cool breeze coming off the ocean.
we've also still got a heap, and I mean a heap of green dots still left on the map down this way, we might have to spend a week down here to get them all cleaned up!
We spent the day collecting park and grabs all around the suburbs of Mandurah which seem to be growing significantly with house after house popping up down here.
We loved the variety of caching down here today with some good camo caches, some nice history and lesson learning caches and some nice simple ones to round out a lovely days caching.
Had problems with a few, but overall a very successful day collecting 30 plus caches including an archived cache in Banjup on the way out today. Thanks to the COs for a lovely day out.

Hi there Mistraluna.
We found your cache **"Just Don't Do It!!"** at 10:54:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14812.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around Mandurah today & ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way.
Today we found 14 caches & DNF'd 2. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape, but **the listed trackable "Kim's Dream Trip" is not in the cache, could Mistraluna (or the Trackable owner) please "Mark the Item as Missing" so it can be removed from the cache inventory.** (This option is under Actions on the trackable's web page). .
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge if the container was large enough.
**Grabbed Trackable:** " Hear Here No. 2".
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Catching up some caching from late 2016 and early 2017. This was our most recent trip back to the west coast. We actually lived in Busselton for six months and Mandurah for a further six months before moving back to nsw 18 months ago.
We have been back twice since we left as it always beckons us back and we have lots of family that have relocated to Wa so it gives us plenty of excuses to get back to a beautiful part of the country.
This was such a busy part of the year for us caching wise as we did our fair share of caches in WA before returning to Nsw to do the famous endangered species trail south West of Canberra and the scout trail south of Sydney.
Ah how I miss swimming and jumping off the bridge here in Mandurah and our little humble abode we had in meadow Springs. Nearly every day we were swimming at the Beach or the Mandurah aquatic centre up the road. We swapped beaches for mountains when we relocated to Goulburn nsw near Canberra.

Took geodaughter for a freakshake in Mandurah on the last day of the school holidays, so needed to walk off the sugar rush afterwards! Didn't take too long for geodaughter to find. Tftc
Found in a day visit to Mandurah before we head back to Melbourne tomorrow.
SL. Left a spoon from San Churro. Thanks for bringing us here

Waiting for Mr Cartrev to meet me for lunch and just had time to locate this one. Inside of cache rather wet. Dried it out as best I could. T4TC
Sorry for late entry!
Out for the day enjoying the sun with The TOF's.
Great hiding spot. SL. TFTC.

Thanks for this one Mistraluna. An easy find when out for a days caching with the Gumnutters. Lefte a fridge magnet and a card.
Brought my Japanese exchange student with us to show the fun. She loves it. Signed the log. Thanks.
Looked right pass it!
And then it was there - just in front of me. Tftc Mistraluna

Searched high and low within 1m nada...not safe to go under a walkway with a 3yr old geochild...maybe in the summer
Thought we looked everywhere, even got wet feet! Couldnt find it though. Found a lovely place that it could have been hidden...but nothing there. Hope its not been muggled!!
Had a lovely day in Mandurah (It was pouring of rain), four experienced geocachers looked high and low even got wet to look for this one. Really disappointed that we couldn't find it
Now that WAGB 2016 is done and all but dusted, I can get back to doing some of my own cache maintenance. Seeing as how this was one of very first listings, I felt it deserved pole position, so have prepped a new cache and shall pop it in place tomorrow, all going to plan. Thanks for all your patience guys!!
Disabling this one until I can get down there and check on it. Sounds like it might have been muggled. Be back up and running soon...
More adventures with new geocachers, so much fun caching with friends
With the crowds at Crabfest suitably dispersed we decided to go for one more find before heading home.
Unfortunately we were not able to get the smiley face here, we did find what appears to be the lid of the container and a spoon laying on the ground nearby but no log book or container.

Fun find! Follow the clues and you'll be able to find it really quickly! Awesome find! Hidden in a duct tape jar.
Found after short search thank you.
Thankfully did not fall in or get wet feet.

My Little Willow asked for a spontaneous Dome dinner so we decided to stop off and grab this close cache on a lovely summers evening. An orchestra was practising in a near by building. Was lovely !
oops - I nearly forgot to log this find from Friday. This was a quick find for us while our grandson was riding the local fun train. We had come to Mandurah on business, and enjoyed lunch (Fish and Chips) before looking here. SL and we made sure our manners were up-market (so to speak) while we were at the table. Thanks to Mistraluna for the cache.
Enjoying Mandurah tonight and stopped at this cache after a Christmas light canal cruise and a hot chocolate. Definitely smiles all round after a lovely evening. There's more spoons in this cache than my kitchen draw and I'm pretty sure they've been donated to my muggle housemate's place of work!! That being said I have no spares to add to the collection. TNLNSL. Cheers and TFTC!
Quick easy find while enjoying our icecreams from Simmos. Great hiding spot! Didn't have a spoon so couldn't make a swap. Tftc.
Quick find here! Pretty sure some other cachers were close after us! TFTC; no teaspoons taken or left! A&G
Quick walk on a visit to the area while on holidays from Adelaide thanks for the cache
Awesome cache didn't steal a spoon but got free cake as we stalked out the dark bushes laughing
No travel bugs inside tho

Oggled this cache out when we were at the Convention Centre for the travel expo but way too many muggles there for a search. So we decided to come back to it today and found it quickly with no muggles in sight Tftc sl tnln
Found on a little break while on our busy weekend in Mandurah. Love the theme of this cache. Personally I keep my teaspoon in my desk drawer!

Nice little hide - watch out for spider webs and small creatures.
Also take care when replacing, tape holding magnet a little frail.

We found it out with Agent 47 grabbing a few caches today and did a quick grab while the geowife was on muggle watch TNLN SL

Found this one easily. Though thought it was a bit weird it was full of spoons.
