As there has been no response to the last request/s to attend to this cache, I have no option but to archive this listing on the basis it has been abandoned.
If there are components or remnants of the cache and you haven't already done so, please return to the GZ and collect the cache (or remnants). We don't want to litter our environment with Geotrash.

### MAINTENANCE REQUIRED? ###
I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention as there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log. It leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer water proof. Therefore I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
A basic tenet of geocaching is that **the cache log needs to be signed to record a find,** see here: [Logging of All Physical Geocaches](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging). At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)
Please respond to this situation by ** 31st July** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Needs maintenance from 2.5 years ago not acted on. Needs maintenance from last March not acted on.
This cache needs to be disabled and then either maintained or archived.

Checked by the man in the tower. Cache in usual spot, but needs maintenance. Recent rains have drowned the logbook and notes. Perhaps a better clue?
Found, unable to be written in due to water in container. Maintenance needed. Great hide though
Stopped to check out the view and geohubby was lucky enough to be invited up the tower as there was someone on duty today. Thanks for bringing us here.

We were camping at otooles and came for a drive. We came up morning star track which was quite steep. We made it to the fire tower and found this cache.
The log is a little bit damp and there is no coin in the container.
Great views from here today.

Can someone let me know if my coin is still in hide. It has been there since Dec 2013.
Here I sit, broken hearted....
Wait a minute!
There it is.
Little bit damp after winter but still in good order though.

Up here for a fire spotters get together. Unfortunately it was fogged in so struggled to see the ground. Had been here before so awarding a favourite for a great spot for a cache.
Cache still dry but that will change over winter.

This cache has suffered from a long wet winter. Everything is a bit waterlogged!!
I will talk to the towerman and see what can be done on his next visit.
Dropped off 4 travel bugs and picked up the one in the cache, since it has been here a while.
The travel bugs are on there way to other locations.

Anew year on the way and finally a new location for the Travel Bug from Europe. Happy New Year coggs.
Out for a drive, grabbed this one, with snow on the ground. Its at about 1465m elevation, so it just misses out for the 10 high country caches above 1500m. Thanks for putting a cache here its a top spot for a stop, but no views today, through the clouds.
What a great Sunday blue skys and lots of SNOW, love the hint, cache covered in snow but easy find swapped flag for ball .Thanks Coggs
Found just a short walk (and a climb down the ladder) from where I work. TNLN TFTC
