No luck today after searching about 30 minutes. Climbed and looked at all assessable trees and found nothing
3 DNF’s and was last found all the way back in March. Should be checked and fixed because probably not there
Nice and easy they said, but after spending some time searching, and then climbing up to the top, I just could not find the cache. Had some TB to drop off, so thought this would be ideal. Sadly not mine to find today
Great views of the harbour bridge as a bonus!

Found it easily on the same night they turned on the Harbour Bridge lights so Jacinda Adern was here speaking.
The log is ruined by water. Still TFTC

Following our Christmas Eve traditions, the children and I go geocaching while the wife gets to prepare the dinner in peace and quiet.
See our logs from earlier years: [2012](https://coord.info/GL9Z88M5), [2013](https://coord.info/GLD0F2RG), [2014](https://coord.info/GLGAP3WR), [2015](https://coord.info/GLKNBY0B) and [2016](https://coord.info/GLQGBHJ9). The logs are in Norwegian, but you may appreciate the pictures of the snow, ice and darkness in Trondheim at Christmas time?
This year the trip was laid to Le Roys Bush, walking up from Little Shoal Bay Beach. It was interesting to see how the beach was full of people preparing for the celebration
We had two painful dnfs during the walk, but this one was one of the 5 we found. Thanks for the caches, showing us the area and the walk.
The children are SikoSako, Gulla04 and Vic07 + their muggler older sister. We signed as SH++ on most of the caches.
Tftc!

We were in the area to go for a walk in Le Roys Bush and stopped off here first to pick this one up. It was early in the day so muggle numbers were low making this a quick and easy find.
This is such a beautiful area that we have never visited before and we will definitely be back. Thanks for bringing us here.

Definitely a low tide retrieve. An easy find. Spent many happy hours at Little Shoal Bay when the kids were young. Tftc.
Found with Aiden29. I shouldn't try looking for a cache while talking on the phone and with the other arm in a sling. I managed to fall flat on my face on the wet sand when I stood on a rock I thought was stable, but found out it wasn't! At least we found the cache though.
Found with merlot58, who shouldn't try to climb rock walls with both hands occupied . Found the cache after locating the correct tree.
5.45pm. Found after a great evening using the BBQ's for dinner.
A very pleasant spot indeed.

A lot of people in the park enjoying xmas family fun. Quite a few muggles around but we found it quickly and did not appear too obvious.

Thanks for a great cache. We had fun finding it. We found a travel bug and will take it to a new location.
Came to North shore to bid farewell to Slieschke.
Thought of finding few nearby caches..
GPS was asking to pointing towards water .. Then realized, have to go further down to get the cache.
Nice and easy find. Cache is dry and clean. TFTC

Managed to pick this off with the BBQ muggles near by. They did not suspect a thing. Tftc
#415 Got to GZ easily enough but as soon as I placed my hand on the cache muggles appeared from everywhere. Councilmen clean bbq, student paddling in on kayaks and people ready to go fishing. Walked off further with cache in hand filling in log and quickly replacing cache on return trip. I think I got away undetected.

Very quick find. Windy day yet some children out kayaking in the bay. Didn't get wet!
I was out today taking my parents for a drive. They are quite elderly now and they really appreciate lunch out somewhere and new places to see. Since I was here yesterday and the tide was way too high to get to GZ, I thought I'd bring them here to such a nice beach and just see if the tide was lower for a possible attempt at the cache. It was, so while my parents waited for me I went and grabbed the cache. Thanks to C.O for placing the cache.
Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty! It's certainly is conflaged! Be careful not to get wet!
A nice quick find on a clear spring day.

Nice little adventure at high tide for the 6 year olds. Easy find, 6 year old arms not quite long enough tho!
A nice quick find to the end of the afternoon collecting caches in this area. Tftc
After precariously swinging out from the branches over the water for a while, realised I was in the wrong spot. Cache found quickly after that
I tried to come at this one from above, but then noticed the wonderful path right to GZ. The cache was quite exposed, so I hid it a bit better. TFTC.
Kiwiscot & Kiwi out grabbing a couple of caches on a nice winters afternoon. Another nice quick find made by Kiwiscot.
Had an hour to kill, so went wandering around our old haunts.
In a previous life, we did a lot of boating around this place and it has not changed.
Thanks Ron+EME.

Nice day to be out in the fresh air. Lovely spot to look out from..some interesting sights! Found GZ and a few possibilities, then it appeared. thanks, really nice place to bring us to!
out for a reason to be outside while every one else worked.. te he he... found another reason to come here - well this time any way... nice view from atop the little wall and an intuative spot for the cache....
Started out early this morning wanting to get a jump on my days gcing. I could see the GZ from the car park. A quick walk and I had the cache in hand and log book signed. All nice and dry. TFTC
My daughter was visiting from Australia and wanted to visit the Scouts Open day here - she used to be a leader until her resent move.
Dropped her off and used the opportunity to se if I could find this cache, even with all the muggles around.
Thank fully they were occupied with launching and getting everyone into the boat, so weren't interested in me. I just pretended to take some photos of what was going on. TFTC
