It's the time for Mr Hunters' to take his big annual leave chunk for the year, 1.5 years into his first full time social work role in his home city of Canberra. This year, I decided to jump on my parents' holiday to Perth (next week) but beforehand, I wanted a solo geocaching splurge. I spotted the LGA series not too far from Perth, so I soon booked accommodation for 5 nights in Boddington with the intention to finish the entire series within that time. I was really looking forward to some quiet time for solo geocaching and to have simple pub meals in a quiet country town, I've been extremely busy over the past few months and given my job involves a lot of emotional energy, I wanted to visit a secluded location as far away from home as you can get, absolutely brilliant.I leave Boddington tomorrow so today, I took a lovely country drive to the mines, Quindanning, Williams and Wandering to collect some of the caches near the LGA series that I skipped during my big run on the series, plus some extra ones that I wanted (i.e. virtual and AL). Searched for a few minutes in the heat, but then spotted the hide with the lid missing. May need to be checked on. Regardless, this was a very cool sculpture to visit. TFTC!
Heading south towards Wandering for the music festival .Hopefully also grabbing a few smilies along the way . Happy to come up trumps here. Some logs signed as N20 This is my 14193 find Thankyou blingg for placing and maintaining this cache for others to find .
Day #3. My last minute WAGB adventure continues today! Road trip time. Making my way from Perth to Narrogin (I have been corrected in my pronunciation!), picking up some old caches as well as LGAs and other things along the way. Look forward to seeing the site of last years WAGB. This is one of the many caches collected along the way.A very cool statue here. Fortunately it wasnt too micro so the search didnt take longA big thanks goes to blingg for taking the time to add Trigger to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! The fun just never stops.Have you logged your will attend for Victoria's first ever Block Party? (Think Mega but even more special!)Join us on 22-23 March 2025 in Sunbury to celebrate 25 years of geocaching by logging your will attend at [**GCAP417**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).
We are spending a couple of days in the lower wheatbelt. I have tried for this one a couple of time whenever we have a coffee stop here but was never succesful. This time I had more luck. I am sure I checked that spot before but glad to have made the find.TFTC blingg
On the way to Narrogin, stopped for a bit of caching Clever little hide on a great bit of history TFTH
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 43 - York to Wandering via Beverly and some vary back roads. It was straight back to Beverly, to then get on a new road heading South West. This gave me a good go at few Wandoo caches before trying some road option google wanted, but tomtom was not so keen on. This seemed to mean dirt. Despite the rain, both sections were firm, and I even managed one cache out in the who knows where before arriving in Wandering. Once set up I wandered around town, if you can call a council town with no shops a town, for the Labs and a couple of other caches. After a quirt afternoon doing logs, it was off to the tavern for dinner. At least there was a good crowd there. After setting up at the caravan park and having a bite to eat for lunch, I went out for a walk to see what there was of town. In short, not very much. I did the Labs and found the three caches in the inner part of town, one of which required a lot of reading and counting. With not too many places to hide something, I soon found this lidless, but still dry cache. Thanks for the cache blingg47555.18 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & March 2024 The Great Frontier A#549**Albida**
Out and about with GG on a very warm morning and located this sneaky cache whilst working through our very first AdLab. TFTC
We had to wait out muggles on both our attempts to visit this site, second attempt we persevered and they finally left! In for a quick search if this impressive sculpture and a quick find. Tftc
Found on may way from Perth to Albany, on a very circuitous route with two nights on the road. Thanks for the cache blingg!
Popped out to the area to clean up some new LGAs over a 3 day heist! Happy to see theres a lot to keep me busy for a few days. This one was the first of many, loved the stop here and easy enough find once the muggles using the nearby loos were on their way. Great little park with interesting historyThankyou blingg for placing and maintaining Trigger for us and others to find and enjoy
Quite a neat statue in this tiny town - just a quick stop on the way through while heading home from WAGB23 talked Driving Mrs D into stopping here where coincidentally there was a yet to-be-discovered cache.

Today Taurus Six and I are heading to Narrogin , via a round about route to join the WAGB 2023 geocaching weekend. We needed to work first thing this morning, so once all necessary matters were dealt with we finally got away late morning. It was a nice drive through Collie on to Williams on this sunny and chilly day. Our aim on day one was to collect some of the Albany highway caches between Williams and Crossman before heading to Wandering and then circling our way back to Narrogin.

Thanks to all the various COs for placing caches (or EC and virtuals) for us to locate, learn and explore. Signing as Team East+2.

Down in Wandering for the annual camp out and festival with the girls. Managed to break away to grab some smileys while in the area. Thanks for placing this and adding to my weekend of fun.
Headed back to Perth from Wagin after a nights camping at Norring Lake. It was great to catch up with some fellow cachers. Thanks to everyone for all the cache on the trip back!
Down in Wagin this weekend for the marshmallows event at Lake Norring. Stopped at a number of towns on the way through to clean up new dots that have recently emerged.
Pulled up to make the last find of the day, in what has been a massive day. After a short search, I found it in the last possible place. Now for the express run back to Perth! Cheers blingg!

Heading home after camping at Pumphreys bridge for the weekend I just had to pull in here to see if I could avenge a previous DNF from a few years ago. I'm glad to say I was successful, having the cache to hand after a quick search.

I’ve set myself the goal of getting to 1000 finds for the calendar year and with the kids still in school for a day I hatched a plan with SirFancy to head out to Kulin and clean up all the caches released over the IGD weekend a few months back.
We grabbed a few caches along the way in Wandering, Cuballing and Wickepin before arriving in Kulin for lunch.
After a short break we grabbed all the THH#2 caches and finished up ducking down to Dudinin.
Day one finishing up with 64 finds and 0 DNF’s.

Thanks blingg for placing Trigger for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 10:07 on 16/12/21.

Myself and Cirrus_WA decide to head out to kulin for two days of caching. We started with collecting some in Wandering, Cuballing and Wickepin. Next we got some caches we missed from when we were out here for IGD, we picked up a few caches and managed to finish the Tin Horse Hwy.
Tomorrow we are heading out early while it’s nice and cool for the IGD series, have breakfast and then plan the trip home seeing what caches and LGA’s are on the way.
This is my 1040 find.
Thank you blingg for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!

What a lovely little town, and I'm ashamed to say though I was born in WA I've never made it to Wandering before now.
A beautiful spring day, perfect for a country drive and a spot of caching.
Love Len Zuks artwork.
TFTC blingg this is find #10499 for us.

Stopped in on our way home to Perth and picked this one up, loved the museum now far with the machinery
Out with Burns345 today picking up some country caches. Had to wait for about 7 gtouos of people to pass...
Wow great magnet. Loved the sculpture. Always wanted to check out Wandering. Lovely, well cared for little town
We poked our fingers into places we don't like and find the mint tin.
Easy but tricky as the is no safe way of getting it. One day we will find a red back spider before we find a cache like this.

Patch was keen to escape the boarders and head to Wandering. Great piece of artwork here. All's in great shape. Thanks for bringing us to this brilliant spot.
Passing through on my bike stopped for a break and had a quick look. No pen though. I will be back again
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.

Nice hiding location.
