No luck here. Bisons in trees are tough. Didn't spend too long looking though. Did have fun skipping and bouncing along the swing bridge, which we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Thanks anyway.
had a quick geocache before Christmas lunch (niece logged above) Easy find when we stopped playing on the bridge.
The bridge is closed at present owing to the high water level, so we couldn't get to the cache.
Thanks for the cache, wouldn't have know this was here otherwise. Had lots of fun on the bridge
After a bit of searching and the adults almost giving up it was the 2 littles who spied the cache! Forgot our pen and it started to rain so we wimped out going back to sign the log.
Travel bug only got to visit as he's way to big to stay

A pleasant walk over bridge and along the water side brought us to gz for this cache. It took a few minutes searching before Geoturtle37 spotted what we came for. Log signed and returned to its hide we strolled back to the 'cruiser and headed off to our next target. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Have not had a lot of luck w bisons. This one was staring me in the face as I searched and got wet in the rain. Eventually I focused on it and got myself a smiley. TFTC
Took a while but once found I don't know how I did not find it in two minutes. Please consider the next person by putting the log back in the lid and not the other bit. TFTC
Camped down by the river last night and today we are going to explore the area via "cache hunting".
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
A nice quick geocache for the kids to find. Had to be careful of people riding push bikes through the area though.
Took us a while to find it, definitely extra small, hope you like the colour gold!
Looked for a while on the ground thought we saw it up the tree so I got my daughter to climb it turned out its was bark with white sap hah
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.
[:8)] Do not know how we missed it on our first visit [:8)]

Two of us searched high and low and in and out but couldn't turn up anything, didn't help that the gps kept insisting that we look 30m upstream out in the middle of the river!! [xx(]
Nice walk along the creek, 2nd time to this spot but easy find, a few mugglers around so be careful
Had a good look around but couldn't see it. A better hint would be good for this one.
Found on a beautiful sunny day, what a lovely spot, thanks for bringing us here, had to be very sneaky as there was a couple of muggles fishing nearby, took us a little while as we were being very careful as to not attract the attention of the couple, soon sighted the cache and retrieved the log with lots of stealth, signed and quickly replaced it, phew the muggles were too busy to notice, TFTC
Wow! Like it! The trees here are massive. And apart from the noisy birds its very peaceful.
My first geocaching, so great ! And verry happy to have see the beautifull bridge
Tricky little sucker......but managed to spot it after a few minutes. Bridge was living up to it's name and swinging nicely today....
Thanks for the cache micheena....
Thanks for the cache micheena....
Went looking with the geokids but they were too impatient to have a thorough search.
I had a long weekend planned to visit the Victorian border region for a bit of caching. I had a great time and managed to get to many caches over the time I was away. Things got a bit hot which slowed me down, but I was happy to see so many great places and hides. I love these bridges, a fun way to get over rivers. After short walk I was at GZ and after a bit of careful observation I located this nasty little container. Thanks.

Keep trying to find this on my walk. Sure I'm in right area but just can't find it. Help. I need a hint Micheena!
Omg. Just found it as I was leaving. Just shows sometimes you can look too hard!
A lovely day for a ride finding caches! Forgot my pen so will have to revisit to sign the log!
Had a quick look for this one but couldn't see anything cache like. My stomach was rumbling (it was well past lunch time) so I abandoned the search to get some well deserved tucker. Will hopefully be back for another look in the future.
A very quick find. I can imagine that it could take some time to find if in the wrong frame of mind. T4TC. Great Bridge.

Micheena - sorry for not having this cache back up, but will attempt to replace within the next two weeks.

& had it in our hands. Quick swap & away before the school muggles were
about. Micheena yr a legend.

this is the second time we've had a look for this one, this time I didnt have to swim through flood waters to find it. Geokiddys had fun getting down on their hands and knees to find it.
fun walking over the bridge
I visited while school was in, this reduced the chance of being muggled
thank you micheena for the cache.

More light certainly helps to find these hidden caches. I'm pleased to say this has been found and logged. SL TN left bear badge.
Got to the bridge as the light was failing and the mozzies were starting to bite and I didn't have a torch. This one will have to wait for another day.
We love swing bridges. Even better as I was on my own so hubby wasn't around to jump on it to make it swing more. With no one around it did not take me long to locate and sign the log. Thanks micheena for bringing me to this spot that I would not have discovered by just driving through the town.
Today is our last day of caching in this area, we are heading from Tocumwal to Cobram & return.
Its ages since I walked across one of these bridges. Geo hubby was in front so he made the crossing harder than necessary.
Great spot for a cache.
Thanks micheena

1825th cache found by WazzaAndWenches. Log signed at 08:13Hrs.
A crappy nights sleep and little chance of the wenches waking early enough meant I headed to Cobram before sun up for a half day of caching.
A simple cache that cost me far too much time[:(!] A slack-attack meant I looked hard in the wrong direction before noticing the cache in plain view. Bugger[B)]

Ah !! A suspension bridge
The favourite of 'rednecks' worldwide.
Yes!! They swing, they bounce, they wobble.
But they will never collapse, by design [^]
Rednecks never did Physics or Architecture at Uni and still harbour an overwhelming belief that if they jump up and down hard enough they can destroy any bridge, taking themselves and family and mates to an untimely death
Ahh! The ignorance of the redneck, bless 'em
So I safely wandered across the bridge to find what lay hidden on the other side.
Oh!! Too easy [^]

We found this one while we were doing a mini blitz of the area.
We had some non-cachers in tow with us today, and they even got down and dirty looking for this one.
As with all swinging bridges one must try and scare the others by trying to make the bridge collapse when half way across...
Thanks micheena for showing us another great Swing Bridge.

#2937 A top location for a cache & we had to have the obligatory muck around on said bridge......as you do . We could see that the water levels had been high here, it was still quite muddy underneath. Dad found the cache whilst the GeoPrincess cleaned the bridge of debris (she does that but won't clean her room!!). Thanks for bringing us here Micheena - no swaps today
Another lovely swing bridge, my 3rd so far. Never knew this one was here so great to be shown it TFTC
Find number 5 of 37 for the day with Chaplain Mike around the Tocumwal/Barooga area. Unable to sign log as the container, logbook and snaplock back were wet through. I suppose the CO will be glad to know the cache survived the recent floods but this cache needs maintenance. TFTC!
Find 5 of 38 with Smart Sassy Siren for the day, looking to complete a couple of milestones, including Tigersden's 25 in a day Challenge, Smart Sassy Siren's 200th and Chaplain Mike's 250th.
Wet Log Book, have sent CO's an email to tell them and asking permission to log the cache as a find.

I was up in the Cobram / Tocumwal for a few days and was going to be heading back home this evening, again. After a huge day of caching the day before with the TDC and Roostaman in Myrtleford and Wangaratta, I had the opportunity to collect a few caches in the Tocumwal / Cobram area as I was literally going to be driving right past them (almost). I'd been staying in Tocumwal with my best mate Blacklegend.
Parked the Pathy and made my across the bridge. Not a muggle in sight today and it was suuprising as it was such a nice day too. Quick search and had the cache found and log signed in no time at all. Thanks for the cache micheena.

Had to pass some rather doddery muggles crossing the swing bridge, but we were on our best behaviour and didn't send them bouncing into the lagoon - although Mrs A had a crack at sending me over the edge when they were out of the way. Cache was easily found once we got there and signed the log at 3:35pm.

Nothing like a swing bridge for putting a bit of bounce in your step. As soon as we realised that GZ was the other side - it was on for young and old!
Ohh... and we did find the cache too.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 544. Found on a day touring with Robmc, Chewinprickles and Purpledreamer. What fun we had here. The kids within came out to play here and we all had fun (I think) shimmying and shaking across the bridge. A nice little hide here. Thanks micheena
"Rocking the boat" on a swing bridge is not just funny but compulsory. consequently we rocked and rolled both there and back. Oh and the cache found without incident.
Thanks micheena
Thanks micheena
Found while out on abit of a trip with BettyBoo3747,Robmc and Chewinprickles.A lovely bridge on which Chewin and Rob decided it would be funny to rock the boat while we walked! The cache was found quickly and easily once we had crossed.

A nice singing bridge, works well. Found cache easily, though log book is rather damp. TFTC
micheena - been back to check and sorry to report, water has risen more than exspected. Cache well under. Will keep up-dates going.
micheena - Flood water has risen enough to make retrieval of cache dangerous. I will inspect in a few days, and see how things are going. The flood water is still flowing rapidly and may rise further which will cut access off all together.
Good to see GCT Man get his first FTF and experience the feeling.. like the spot, didn't even know that the bridge existed until you put the cache there. Thanks micheena
out for mrs Yullaba's birthday tonight so thought we would have a go at this one. Co ords spot on , got my good clothes a little dirty on the knees but it was worth it as you brought us to another place we did not know existed. Thanks Micheena
Grabbed this one for the day, but didn't get the alert at all on it. Spewing on that, because I would have gone for the FTF being so close to home. Ah well, doesn't matter, I get enough FTF's in Melbourne, so great to share them around up here.
Love the bridge, didn't even know it was there..... So, grabbed it for a STF and found a golf ball nearby. I find a lot of golf balls, about every 10th cache, and sometimes in the middle of nowhere. TFTC. micheena.

My first FTF. WOO HOO!!
I now know how people seem excited when they get a FTF. I had just finished my lunch when I saw it, downloaded it to the gps and out the door and into the first car that I came to.
There was a family fishing right near the bridge so after thoroughly checking out the bridge construction I had the cache in hand at 1.05pm.
Thanks so much micheena.[^]
