My bad!! Have been sooo busy with West Oz stuff that I have let my own maintenance slide. Sorry folks - will get this one back up this week - promise!
Went to check on this one on my way home from work - sadly, it has broken it's moorings and taken off into deeper waters. Thank you to the caching team who alerted me to the problem. I will add it to my maintenance list.
Day twenty nine of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Spent the day on the deadly treadlies riding around Falcon looking at the water from many different angles.
This was a strange cache. To start with the sign was about 30 meters away from the starting co-ords. I suspect it has been moved as the photo in the description shows water in the background, which is definitely not the cache now. Anyway we saw the sign and collected our numbers.
It was about lunchtime around here and the cafe was doing good trade, so searching wasn't easy.
Bottom line - we didn't find it today. But we did go and have a very nice lunch at the Fish & Chip shop
Thanks, Robmc.

Our first full day in Falcon and Robmc and I jumped on the bicycles for some touring around - sight-seeing and gathering caches, or trying to. A lovely 18km ride around the beaches and canals but a not totally successful day caching wise. The result was 15 finds and 5 DNF's.
Our 5th DNF for the day - so frustration is certainly starting to set in!!!! As this one hasn't been found for 12 months I have a sneaking suspicion that the cache may be AWOL and that people haven't been logging their DNF's. I may of course, be incorrect in this thought. As we are here for a few more days it would be nice to be able to add a smilie to this one.

Found while on my bike at a time when the area was very quiet. Great little multi that I really enjoyed. Great camo......a fav from me. Left a Pathtag behind.
Much better one - admired the multi - gee I went to old coordinate - what fool I am [?] [?] but rescue by the CO... explained me that have been change oh dear [xx(] [xx(] [xx(] Loved the camo... Signed the log at 4:55pm. Thanks Mistraluna.
Tftc figured out the puzzle coords whilst having lunch at nearby cafe geokid found very quickly much to her delight! Such a cool cache:)
Luckily the little one went and retrieved it. we came to this before but didn't have a gps to change coordinates . today we were more successful.
Had a giggle when I saw it! Heaps and heaps of muggles around! But I was alone and super stealthy TFTC!
New cache prepped, just have to find a quiet time between muggles to secure it back in it's position.
Have been trying to find a similar cache container to the other two that have gone awol. No luck so far, but I am still looking. Will try to get a temporary cache back at gz soon. Thanks to all for their patience with this one.
Once again, this cache has disappeared, even after tying it securely in position so that it couldn't disappear accidentally. Will get another replacement out there soon...
The two chief Canucks enjoyed a pleasant stroll from the bridge to the designated starting point, and after gleaning the required information, headed to GZ. Not too many muggles around, so I found myself on hands and knees crawling underneath various structures, but without success, although there was some rubbish nearby that I didn't feel too keen on poking around in too closely. Maybe it was just too good for us on this occasion? Nonetheless thanks Mistraluna for bringing us here!
This one had me in hysterics!! First at the WP where we were collecting the info in driving rain, then at GZ with Urch doing her leopard crawl. What wasn't funny was the washed away marina. Great little cache container, but would be very hard to get during summer, with more muggles about! TFTC.
We needed a drive to check on a problem in Pt Bouvard, so twisted the chauffer’s arm to duck in for these two nearby multis, despite the stormy weather. Collected required info off the sign, clinging onto the pole to stop getting blown into the ocean, then checked out GZ - which was quite deserted as no one else would be silly enough to be out in this weather. After some acrobatics not suited to an old lady like me, the cache was in hand and the log signed.
Collected the required info for the other multi but will return when not quite such wild weather.
Then checked out the poor floating marina that had slipped its moorings and was being crane lifted out.
Thanks for a fun mulit Mistraluna.

New cache is now in place in new GZ, which hopefully won't be so muggle infested. But cachers will still need to use stealth in their approach to retrieve this one.
Went to check on this one after a tip off from a cacher that had found it before, but had been asked as to where it was, as people weren't able to find it. I wish someone had contacted me sooner, so that I could have checked on it. The City Council, or Rivers and Waters, or whoever looks after GZ have been around doing some maintenance, and the cache looks like it suffered the same fate as another one a while back. It appears to have been buried. I will endeavour to have a replacement prepped asap, and I will also look at finding a GZ that isn't so muggle-infested. Sorry all...
Well, that saves logging a DNF after the half hr I spent yesterday searching a GZ infested with rotting fish and trash. Collected the info no problems so hope your next cache gets a few more finds. Have uploaded some pictures that capture an awesome sight from GZ yesterday.
Cache listing has been updated after a sticker was placed on the front of the original sign. Will now wait to see who finds it first with the updated listing.
Looks like blingg was right - a sticker has been placed over the original sign. Will have to change the listing to suit. Be back up and running asap.
Found the sign easily enough, but there didn't appear to be any 10 digit phone No's, only 2 eight digit ones. I suspect a new sticker has been placed over the old one at the bottom/centre
The frustration mounting, another multi, another calculation, and another lot of muggle fishermen at the final GZ. Maybe I will get lucky on another day
(catch up lof as part of chwiliwr team)
After completing the new multi we returned to this one to find the CO and richlink at GZ. After a natter Chwiliwr confirmed with the CO whether Everlasting and him had the correct GZ the other day and found that we had a GZ that was off the edge of the structure instead of the middle. He then proceeded to find the cache with the CO watching on.
Thanks Mistraluna for the cache and it was nice to meet you and your geoson.

STF Another straight forward multi with some educational benefits for us.
And another innovative and novel cache container. Nice to meet both you and your son at the location.

Had met Everlasting at the new puzzle cache and found out that she had waited for quite some time at the GZ for this cache for a muggle to leave so couldn't look for the cache. Decided to go for a drive and try again but the same muggle was still there so spoke to him for a bit and had a bit of a search as well but couldn't find the cache as he seemed to be right at GZ and wasn't shifting even though he hadn't caught more than one fish in the 5 to 6 hours he had been there. Everlasting and I both had a chuckle when he cast one of his rods and the top half went with the line and he lost control of the bottom half and it ended up in the water.
My third attends - Enjoyed the multi and interesting about skeletons but dislike seafood... nice walk to GZ and muggle there so quick look around so give up and meet chwiliwr and explain what happen about muggle never leave... see chwiliwr's comment...
Hope the container still there??

Finished work today at about 1130 which is always nice. Early mark, usually don't finish until 1200 on Fridays......
Got home and loaded the GPSr for a short run to the South. I thought I might head here first with it being the furtherest south one I wanted to attempt and as yet unlogged on the website.
On arrival at ground zero courtesy of the Nuvi in the car, I looked at the Dakota 20 and found that the cache didn't load onto it. Out comes the iPhone to look up the details. I quickly gathered the required information and then headed over to where I was sent.
Once there, I wandered a little bit as there was a muggle where I wanted to look. As I thought that there was a possibility of being the first finder, I hunkered down next to him and explained what I was doing - looking for a container as people were sending me to magnificent parts of Australia. He didn't mind and soon after I started looking, he left anyway!
A short time after looking at the cache description again I was in the right place, but couldn't spot the cache. I decided to check everything and soon after that I managed to pull the cache from a place I wasn't expecting.
I happily signed the log at 1307 to be the *FTF*. I made sure I was rather careful as I replaced the cache so hopefully the next finder finds it the same way I did as it was well camoflagued.
Thanks for the cache Mistraluna, it was a bit of fun and the hide was great.
Cheers

Sorry all, but I muffed the original listing. Thanks to WA K Team for alerting me to this. Final coordinates are only a short distance from the boatramp out at the Dawesville Cut, not in central Mandurah. Sorry for the confusion.
