Come on guys, archive or replace this cache so we don't waste time looking for something that is not there. Even the neighbor knows it's not there !!
This one has been on our watch list since last November and not found since last June. It needs to go. It is probably still being attempted because holiday makers and tourists don't see all the past DNF logs and it is in such a convenient location that they give it a go, just frustrating.
So many rocks! No luck tide was quite high neighbour lady said she will check it still there as not been found foe a while
This one hasn't been found since June, I think it needs to be checked on, expect it is no longer there.
Tried this one as we were walking towards town. Could not locate and was a bit tricky as a lot of muggles around today
We enjoyed looking at the boats but, like steedandpeel, could not find it...no rocks, apart from those in damp places holding the wall up.
Thanks very much to the locals and others for showing us around on our first visit to this lovely area. We are celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary holidaying and having fun geocaching together.

During our visit in beautiful New Zealand, we have naturally sought some caches. There were many memorable impressions on our trip and showed us some caches the New Zealand off the beaten path. You have a wonderful country!
This cache was special for us because we met nice geocachers on their first cache. Welcome to the world-wide hobby that connects people. Thank you also for the nice offer for a place to park our campervan. But we spend the night in Holidaypark.
We thank all Ownern for the cache and send best regards from Germany, Saxony, Leipzig 2 Supermuggels

Doing some caching with Stickibeak and the kids. Met speedylisa at this spot, the first time we have run into another cacher.
Great hide! We returned a second time and with a bit more determination found it.
Took a little bit of looking for this cache, had 2 goes at trying to find it, but patience paid off.
Found with Ngati Tomb Raiders.

Our first stop for the day. Had abit of a hunt around before coming up with the goods as coords for us were a couple of meters out. Just driving away when the lady from across the road came out, but we let her know we had found it. When i was a kid we used to come down here to launch the dinghy just meters from GZ. TFTC!
Yay 3rd visit first 2 at high tide AND yes had help from lady across road, and yes lots and lots of rock
A bit of a search up and down for this one, but found it quickly enough before dinnertime. Friendly lady across the road came over "have you found it?". Had a nice chat with her, as she apparently treats it as her little secret, and seems to love meeting and chatting. TFTC.
Came here yesterday but it was high tide, so popped back on our way out of Whitianga, tftc
Easy find after getting down and looking at a rock that looked like it had been placed there
One of the neighbours came over for a chat as she'd seen other people in the same spot and wondered what was going on... Assured her it wasn't anything sinister! It's been a fun day finding the caches hidden around Whitianga. TFTC
Lots of rocks to search but found quickly. Had no pen to sign though. My badd. TFTC.
Fast easy find the day before my best mate was married in whiti city
TFTC!
It was 2 mins walk from her bach/the reception!!

On a geocaching mission from Coromandel to Whitianga and back. Did a bit of unnecessary grovelling, but got it. Thanks 123we
Just down the road where we were staying so just had to stop and grab it. T4TCSL
Yay after 3 attempts we finally found this one, our gps wasn't working and there were lots of people around so we had to go back.
A very quick and easy cache and dash whilst visiting my parents in Whiti (just down the road). Something had to be done on International Geocaching Day!!

Nice quick find, with the night being clear enough for us to see some of the boats. Nice area TFTC

9496 What an impressive Kauri stump nearby, had a good look at the boats sitting on the full tide, TFTC.
Whitianga is an Amazing Place when it's a good day. Found this very very cheeky place to hide it.
I would say that it is not an easy find and to look and think about the place before trying to find the rock there are a few rocks.
Thanks for the great Cache

Found this one in June but have not logged into Geocaching webpage for the last few months due to work and other commitments. Finally getting a chance to log some caches. This one was found on a long weekend away with the family. Hopefully I will have a bit more time this summer to get out and about a few more times. TFTC
Rubbish weather in Whitianga this week but still a great holiday. Easy find. TNLN. TFTC
Out and about enjoying the warm autumn weather in the Coromandel. Quick find by torch light so we didn't see a lot of boats TFTC.

Found this one during our 'stop over' in New Zealand. Just had some fun watching our gps, and seeing the distance from our home base location: 18116.6 km... as the Nazgul flies.
There were actually no boats our here, except for a few parked one when I was looking for the cache... probably as we were warned that we should stay away from the sea and estuary, due to huge currents, and swells etc today, and wind too.
But, perfect weather for caching then! Managed to find a few!
Stopped nearby the cache, and waited for a muggle couple to pass before retrieving the cache in the first spot I looked in. Yay! So a nice easy find. It would be so pretty to watch this spot at night in the dark and quiet dead -ness of night!

Woo Hoo 3rd to find and we are from Australia. We are staying just over 200 metres away from cache so had to make the grab it is night time. Once cache was retrieved it started to rain so we quickly logged the find and placed the cache in its hidey spot. TFTC TNLN Cat and Bear from Townsville Australia
