This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 28 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

Wow! This was a challenge to get to! Seems the CO has not visited the area for some time as the description is not accurate anymore. The bottom carpack is not accessible, so there is a steep walk from the top carpark to the bottom carpark before you even get to the track to walk to the falls. Allow a good couple of hours to get down and back coz the walk back up is a killer!
Feeling amazing but exhausted now that we are back at our caravan park accommodation.
Found Elev8ion's replacement cache easily enough thanks to Team GBSs GPS co-ords. Mine read S36°59.236 E149°49.250, so 36 metres from the original co-ordinates.
Just beware of leeches! Geomum ended up with one attached to her bum, which the geokids thought was hilarious!!
Thanks Elev8ion for providing the replacement cache

Found it with guidance from previous activity. Thank you...
Agree walk difficult. We were here 3 years ago and the area is much more difficult to access.

Our current visit to Australia had been in the planning for over a year with the very significant help and advice from friends who live in Melbourne. The original plan was for a 2 month visit, but as things progressed we just couldn't help extending our trip to the full 90 days allowed on our visas - after all it's a big country and so much to see and do, especially with our favourite pastimes being birding, hiking and of course geocaching! Our journey started with our arrival at Perth airport followed by a day cycling around Rottnest Island before travelling on to Adelaide where we met up with our friends. We then continued on to spend some time on Kangaroo Island, before heading to Melbourne via Goolwa, Strathalbyn, Coorong, Mount Gambier, Cape Bridgewater, the Grampians National Park, Port Campbell, Cape Otway and Lorne, cramming in as much as possible on route. The second leg of our journey was a fabulous 9 days in Tasmania. Having then returned to Melbourne we set off on the third leg of our journey, which is to Sydney via Wilson’s Promontory, Lakes Entrance, Mallacoota, Pambula Beach, Thredbo (where we are heading to at present), Canberra and Fitzroy Falls. After a visit to Sydney we will travel on to the Gold Coast, then after spending a few days in the nearby mountainous birding hotspots, followed by an overnight trip to Fraser Island, we will fly from Brisbane to Cairns, visiting yet more good birding sites. We will then drive up to Cape Tribulation before heading back south again to Port Douglas and a day out on the Great Barrier Reef. We then return to Cairns for the flight to Alice Springs, where we will hire a 4x4 camper and set off for a week on the circuit to and from Kings Canyon and Ayers Rock. We then fly to Darwin from where we will spend the last two weeks of our holiday making our way to Broome via Kakadu, Cooinda, Katherine Gorge, Kununarra, Lake Argyle, Emma Gorge, the Bungle Bungle’s and Fitzroy Crossing. Our last two nights in Australia will be spent in Broome before we fly back to Perth, from where we will connect with the flight all the way back home to Zimbabwe via South Africa. We already know we can't wait to return!
A nice quick find at Ground Zero thanks to the helpful write up from Elev8!on. Thanks so much also to Elev8!on for having replaced the cache. Very beautiful falls. The road down from the top parking area is now blocked off but the walk down and back up the hill was good exercise! In case it helps the next cacher our GPS was reading S 36 59.266. E 149 49.249 at Ground Zero. Thanks so much for the cache!

Out and about today whilst staying at eden. We didn't attempt this last time with the logs we saw. So seeing that it was replaced it was good to go. After a bit of shopping in a nearby town and a detour here and there, we got to the parking point of this cache. Not knowing how far it was down we headed off. Gee would of been good to drive down. When we arrived around GZ Mrs kalianda09 headed off to make the find. The directions on the cache notes make for an easy find. Coming down this hill we couldn't not go home without seeing this waterfall. Now don't expect a massive waterfall its only probably 15m high but a very quiet stop. Spend the time here to chill out like we did. Its dog friendly, they might even like a paddle like our 2 did. The water is very clear but a little on the chilly side. After our relax it was time for the climb out, we aren't athletes or similar but its a steep climb but well worth it. Thanks Morghar for taking us here. Apparently this is only know by the locals according to the caravan park staff.
Replaced the container after having having a swim and a jump at the falls! A popular spot with the locals, more people here than at the beach! Also had a look up the top too, just excellent! really worth your while to go up there. The cache is about 30m from the coords, up the hill just on the side of the track going to the top (see included pic) TFTC!!!!
Couldn't find the original, or the replacement left by the last cacher - hasn't had a genuine find for nearly three years. GPS indicated GZ was about 10m off the track in an area with a lot of fallen tree branches and debris, not a likely spot for a cache. Earlier accidental finds indicates it is right next to the track?
This cache hasn't been found for well over a year. I reported a 'not found' a year ago. I contacted Morghar but have not had a response so I have taken the liberty of replacing it. This is a location the needs a cache.
So much forest floor coverage! Perhaps a flood event... Anyway, couldn't find it but it's a beautiful place : )
Looked everywhere and couldn't find it... Going by the last few ld say it needs to be replaced??
Hi Morghar, we searched high And low and came up empty handed as did the previous visitors, but was still worth the trip as it's a spectacular site. Might be time for you to check it out.
Cheers

I had a good search and could not find the cache. Time to visit to report and/or replace or just archive. This would be a great pity as it brings unlikely people like me to a very beautiful spot - which i reckon what geocaching is all about. Thanks Morghar for bringing me to this spot.
couldn't find, would love to know where it was! Probably the highlight of our camping trip was coming here and seeing such an amazing place so a massive thanks for that and yes it is a very steep walk down!!
I found it by accident just laying in the middle of the path. I'm suspecting muggles are the blame.
I wasn't even looking for it

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!?? This is our first cache for 2013 and it was a good one. When we logged the cache, some muggles had logged it as "found by accident"! Luckily, we found it on purpose! ??
Found with Expat Peter, our first in Oz. We'd never have come to the falls otherwise, what a great spot, even with the trek down.
We had a lovely swim here - it was absolutely freezing. We caught a frog and had a great time and had the place to ourselves for much of the afternoon. We'll be back again - maybe in summer next time.
On a tour here with a local who I introduced to caching while there. He used to swim here in his younger days. Great location. TFTC
What an awesome place having 4x4 lessened out hike out. Wouldn't find these places without caching. TFTC geo dog loves getting out off lead and swimming
This is a great location and the State Fotrests have done a lot of work since I was here 6 months ago. There was no problem crossing the Yowaka River, as it has dropped to just over ankle depth at the crossing. The cache was unaffected by the high river flows TFTC NTNL
We attempted this cache today after the rain kept us inside for the whole day yesterday. Unfortunately the rain has made the river impassable. Nevertheless we enjoyed the scenery. Maybe another day . . .
Thanks Morghar for the journey.
Thanks Morghar for the journey.
YeeeeHa FTF and what a spot, had a fabulous day, perfect for a swim. Grateful to have 4WD which significantly reduces the terrain rating. Thanks Morghar for bringing us back to this spot, we really should get out here more often. TN L: rubber
