Bugger from me too. Gotta say no fun sticking hand in holes and gently feeling all that old broken glass & STUFF under your fingertips.
Watched one of the local kids find it while waiting for the bus this morning.
Will have to have decide whether to move it or archive it.

I had forgot my geo-glove in the car, so was relieved with the voucher gave the geo-shout for a find. Cute container. TFTC
Pretty quick find here. Glad that I was wearing a glove.....Didn't know what I was bringing out till it was out.........Fun one. TFTC!!
A few options here but still required the experience of Seagnoid to nail it down.
Awesome container!
Awesome container!
Took some time and caution with this one... No muggles about but the sound of scurrying of little feet at the GZ was enough to make us wary... Finally managed to get my hands on what we needed... Nice hide... TFTC
After the nearby xmas event it was time to try another rattll cache.
Success was had after I checked the correct hidey hole
Nice clever hide and container.

Found with Geco72 during another of our infamous Wanganui Weekenders (even though it's Thursday). Thanks for the cache.
After fighting off a lurking vermin I was able to log this find.
Previous visits having been unsuccessful, I was glad to put this one to bed.

Braved the hidden depths of this GZ and after a few minutes had come up with the cache. Well thought out cache and positioning. Thanks.
Haven't had a chance to check on it since the flood, so will try and do it tomorrow.
We put our arms into all of the likely holes and came up empty. Since it hasn't been logged for some time we wonder if it has been muggled. Perhaps the owner could check on it and reply?
Day 2 of our Mega roadtrip to Auckland. We had a feel through all the holes and couldnt feel anything and were going to it give up when Mum started taking photos in the holes instead. She thought she saw something on the camera and put her hand in to grab it. Yuck! Great camo job but I am pleased that I didnt have to grab it. Thanks for the cache.

12106… A return trip was in order, arrived earlier to find a guy busy mowing the grass nearby, decided to make the trip to Smileyville via the Shire first. Nearby neigh…bours were curious but were soon content just grazing….. was a bit hesitant cos we didn’t want to get pricked but it was a spineless find in the end, many thanks for the fun.
I was not game to put my arm into any of the likely dark places. Swaybars, luckily is made of sterner stuff and found it for us. Had a laugh at the container - a very uncomfortable position for the poor wee critter to be in really! lol TFTC I have run out of favs yet again - you are all too clever with the hides!

I made hubby look for this one, after reading about where it might be, GPS was jumping so it was all of them he had to look through, enjoyed the cache itself and was well done TFHC have given a fav point
We had troubles finding this one but we finally made it! Unfortunately for us once we discovered it, a muggle arrived close to GZ to do maintenance and parked his truck just by a few meters, we didn't sign the log and left the cache at its place so it is safe. (We're on a road trip and will not be able to come back so we can send the owner a photo of the cache if needed to prove we got this little furry cache)
Thanks for the cache!

Yikes that had me going for a minute. After sticking my hand into several spots I pulled it out pretty quickly, but after telling myself it was all ok I plucked up enough courage to have a second feel, I'am a big boy after all. Thanks for that. SL TFTC
Ha, yes, this one certainly had the desired affect when I finally located it. Well done that man and I love your caches!!
Not quite what I expected. Should I confess to letting out the tiniest man-squeak when finding the cache? Probably not ..... doh.
Many thanks
Many thanks
I found the cache but not until I checked the hiding spot for a second time. Unfortunately, I was almost certainly spotted by a muggle as I replaced it. I emailed the cache owner to let them know of my experience. Cache has since been checked and all is as it should be Phew!
Another great idea for a cache. TFTC, rattl.

I searched quite a few hidey holes and didn't come up with anything.
I was about to do a repeat search when my wife pointed out that I had missed a hole.
And that's where the cache was.
Nice cache. The kids liked it.
Thanks.

Elbow deep wasn't enough as 4 Berries each had arms in holes but Mr Berry struck it lucky (or not so lucky lol). "Furry" clever hide. TFTC
Well, I hate to say it, but this is actually the 3rd time we've had a look for this one, and it was really only after closely reading the previous logs that we came to have an inkling of what we should be looking for. In fact, as soon as we'd read them, Jhony-5NZ piped up and said "Oh...I know where it is...I think I touched it on the last occasion we looked." So 3rd time lucky on yet another trip up to the 'Naki. TFTC!
Where are your Dame Edna Everidge glasses when you need them! Trusted what the data was telling me. Excellent variation, +1 fav. TFTC rattll.
Hahahaha - you got me and I loved it!
This cache had me laughing and smiling. I'm very glad I didn't read any logs so I had no idea what I was in for.

The 3 grand geokids, my son and I thought this was very unusual. My son drew the short straw for searching in hidey holes. I would have freaked if I'd touched it . TFTC!
Really good hiding place glad my partner doesn't mind sticking his hands into dark places
After about four previous visits, I was able to search without interruption, so had the cache in hand TFTC rattll
We were off to wellington for the long weekend so started caching with this one first loved the feel of it TFTC
Called here on the way north this morning, the GPSr was wandering a bit so I spent a few minutes putting my hands in various dark holes before finding something a bit unusual. Fortunately he didn't bite me! Nicely made cache, Mrs agcnz loved it Signed log, TFTC and it gets a favourite point.
Quick find but I did give out a squeak when I touch it. It is definitely a favorite.
Hi five to you for making me jump. I expected holes and hidey things, but still was surprised.
Found on my travels up north
A story for you...I found a hedgehog you had painted in Wellington which I took for a while. I ended up giving it to a friend who thought it was pretty neat. Then about 8 months later, we decided to paint some rocks of our own, so we did some painting on Christmas Eve. Then as I took off on my travels , I grabbed a handful of rocks, including the hedgehog. The cache I found before this one had a painted swan (Cameron Park), which I noticed was also by you. I thought that was REALLY COOL, as this was the second rock I had found by you. Then imagine my surprise to find that this cache here was actually set up by you.
A big thank you for the personal touch to the things you leave behind in the caches - little treasures everywhere..

Met up with Tracka nz but couldnt find it although i put my arm into many dark holes, had one more to go when we got muggled by the Mayor of Whangeahu (very strange character) so we just left.
Will check it out next time through.
Will check it out next time through.
Could not find. met up with 2Bullbars,we both tryed to find it when the bigest muggler out stoped our search. Il try again at some other time when passing.
Well ... we were warned about putting our hands into dark places Good one rattll, and the coordinates were spot on.
Couldn't find it took the help of my babe Wolfvixen0 on this one took a bullet left painted rock tftc
Let endmosteye44 have the jump with this one, was classic to see him!!!
Fantastic cache, took penguin left car, TFTH!!!

#3447. Found the cache in its cosy little hiding place. Quiet at GZ today. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Had a look at first in most of the hidey holes but came up blank. Walked back to the car a little drained but then I spotted another one. Got my hand in and bingo.

Oh dear...sorry to be the first DNF on this one, but we looked in assorted dark hidey holes (even Mrs O did!) and didn't find the cache. Will have another look next time we are heading up to Taranaki.
a lesson in being aware of what lurks near cache waypoints. Cache found, logged and returned without any junior muggles appearing (Sunday lunchtime!)
Thanks for showing us your neighbourhood!

A quick find while on our way to Wanganui to cache for a couple of days. Left a Pathtag tftc

This cache made us laugh, Mr Geckoh went straight to the spot but thought better of it. Spent a bit of time head scratching, re-read the description and then went back to the same spot and located the cache. Thanks for the placement and the laugh.

moved a pet rock that was left in the "smileyville" cache to this cache. (an older one for those interested in collecting them)
I swear this cache moved as I went to grab it! All quiet here today muggle wise, had to drive on by last weekend, when the hall was in use. Nice hide.

Good fun. A somewhat constipated little cache! Excellent hide - a favourite. TNLN TFTC
What a scary cache... not only because of the cache and its hiding place but while I was just logging the cache a man came along and asked what I'm doing there, he was even more scary than the cache. I just said that I'm doing nothing, took everything with me to my car and just drove a bit even if he was still talking to me. After he drove away, I came back to bring back the cache. Definitely a cache to remember.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Had a number of these dark hidey hole caches before, nonetheless I was surprised to get the right one on my first try. The wild animal inside was a bit more of a shock though!
I let StreetWalker look for this cache (I didn't want to get my trousers dirty) and he was making hard work of it, so I read through past logs. Yeetree's log was particularly helpful, and prompted StreetWalker to have another feel - he had been a bit squeamish the first time.
Phew, so pleased that I didn't have to retrieve it!
Thanks for the smile and the smiley.

#3801. Always a bit nerve wracking feeling around for these hides. The first time I felt the cache it didn't feel like a cache. Emboldened by a past log I soon had the cache in hand. TFTC.
A great morning to day to go geocaching. Hubby had the morning off and we set out for Whanguhue.
What great caches. All different and all clever with much thought put into them. Thanks Rattll.
Glad I had read the logs first. Very clever. Many thanks.

This was the last cache that was in this area that I had to do today, saw it on my GPS but thought that I would do the one down the side road first before turning south and then taking the first side road to find a park near GZ. Reading the pervious logs I soon realised that the cache wasnt going to be a simple as I first thought, arriving at GZ and the area was clear of muggles so I decided to trust my instincts and started to check the first of many hiding spots, my hand suddenly bumped something that I couldn't see and I nearly dropped it but resisted the urge, retrieving the object I soon had the cache in hand signed and returned it back where it belonged, you have got to love a cacher who has this sort of sense of humor , well done, thanks for placing a cache here and for bringing me to this interesting little settlement that I have driven pass so many times but never stopped, I think that this will be one of those caches that I wont forget in a hurry, TFTC TNLNSL (4344)
my GPSr had me looking in the wrong small dark hidey holes. even using a torch, all I found was broken beer bottles
I finally moved on to another small dark hidey hole and came up trumps. what unique 'container camo' hahaha

Had a bit of a shock with this one thought I touched a dead rat. I returned to the car and read the previous logs. armed with new knowledge I returned and found the cache TFTC
Never been here before, despite passing by hundreds of times. Nice and early on the weekend, no-one about...less conspicuous than I had imagined.
Thought that I had grabbed some wildlife to start with, but no. STF Nice Cache. TFTC
