Papi4506 and I found this on our way home from the Rutherglen Mega. Thank you for bringing us here with this cache.
GT37 and I were heading home from the Rutherglen Mega and decided to find a few caches in Chiltern on the way. This was found nice and quickly.
Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.

Find # [NUMBER] for me at [TIME].
We're in the Rutherglen area for the Mega during Easter 2023.
Today this was found on a side trip to Walwa to do some cache maintenance.
After a short search Pam spotted the little blighter. I needed to return to the car for the tool bit, but our names are now in the log.
Thanks Bingley3683, for giving back to the game.

Didn't know what to expect here but found it in this beautiful bushland with gmj3191 whilst camping and caching in the region for the Rutherglen mega. Thanks for bringing us here.
Found today while geocaching in the Chiltern area. the cache was ok after the recent rain. TFTC.
Second visit to this cache, first time was in a hurry and overlooked it as second visit easily found! Doh! TFTC

Another great Spring day out in the North East, in the splendid company of Suscoe. So many caches popping up in every direction, it is hard to know which road to take.
A FP for this clever hide.
Thanks Bingley3683 for placing such interesting caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Well what a splendid Spring day we had for our trip to Chiltern with Phetlern.
It was a big day with an early departure and a late afternoon return to Wangaratta.
Sunny skies, around 23 degrees and a gentle breeze every now and again.
There was also a terrific range of caches to find.
Chiltern is a lovely town, a lot of heritage in the streetscapes and in the surrounding areas.
Thanks to Bingley3683 for this chance to see this bushland.
A favourite from us.

TeamOZCAT out and about signing Bingley3683 caches. We both got these caches under our individual profiles, but wanted to re visit them as a team
Team OZCAT checking on our own cache after first good rain. So, my partner put me onto this one as it wasn't too far and on an unknown track is always fun. The cache was a bit "sticky", but not from tree sap. Nice hide and we thank CO for it.
waiting to hear back on a few mystery caches I am planning around Albury, had done all of the Christmas shopping (meat pick up tomorrow is it) and had walked the dog so all tasks done for the day. Today was the ‘coolest‘ day for the holidays (backwards and forwards) with only 35 degrees predicted, and around 2 it still wasn’t close to that. So asked for (and got permission) to head down to Chiltern for a few caches - if my calculations were right should also pick up the current souvenir as this is my 6th day in the required period. Proved to be the case and I appeared to have the NP to myself as I drove around.
Ducked through town and then on to Donchi hill - another toad not previously visited and though warm a nice spot to visit. Wandered towards GZ and was wondering what would be here - the name had me intrigued. As soon as I spotted it I knew I was right - a local TOTT was used to extract the cache, the local (and now unhappy ) guardian removed and the log signed.
Cache all good and a favourite given for a nifty design.

Seems this one has disappeared - along with the barbecue across the road. Really I don't know why we open the Parks to the public at all.....Will try again....
In the area catching up with my geo buddy Happy Pants and putting some smiles on the map.
After sitting and enjoying the view for a few minutes we went on the hunt and soon had another smile on the map.
Cheers for the cache.

With the sun shining while grabbing some caches out in this very interesting and picturesque area and also in good company of omegaman1971 it was not hard to enjoy the drive around the region. Also enjoyed some great views from the carpark close to the gz over the area, the cache was soon sorted and signed after a short search, thanks Bingley3683 for the cache and for bringing us here.
So today, 13 June 2021 we were driving around the Chiltern area looking for interesting locations and this cache kept popping up on our radar. But bells kept ringing... we were sure we had done this one ages ago.
Hence the very late log (Sorry Mick). We found this one the same day we found North Park Central. How can we be sure.. Well, hard to forget this 'bolt hole'.
Thanks for the trip Bingly3683, then and today.

What a clever little hide... found quick and easy with smiles on our face 2/3 caches found today

Neat hide.
This was our sixth find for the afternoon and turned into a pleasant drive through the forest. The Garmin GPS showed one route but I decided another route looked a bit shorter. Which turned out not to be the case and was certainly a bit tougher - but hey what do you have a 4x4 for.
After reaching the vicinity it was off to find GZ and the cache. Now given the area and the cache description I expected the search to be a nightmare, but it was not the case; the coordinates were spot on and I spied the cache quickly as I approached GZ. Cache retrieved, a spider dislodged and log signed. Cache replaced in all it took around 5 minutes after leaving the car.
Recently retrieved geocoin and our compass rose geocoin also dropped by for a visit. Loved the cache so added as favorite.

Out this way dropping the kids off for the weekend and found time to make a find. Took a bit to find the right place to search as the GPS had me searching in different trees until it settled on the correct location, when I made a quick find.

Great day caching around Chiltern with TheClazzas. Quick park n grab by the geokids. SL & returned as found. Great cache name & hide - we had no idea what we'd find @ gz. Cleared a branch off the donchi hill rd on the way in. Great views as we drove along the ridge on to the next hide. Tftc.
Great day for caching around Chiltern and this one was a nice quick find after parking nearby.
This was a quick find, and the last for the day nice spot never been here before. Time to head home it was 38 degrees here and the heat was get to me. TFTC
Out and about on yet another adventure with Teamthommo, this was a nice one to do TFTC
When I started Geocaching this was one of the first places I thought of, was there a cache here? Yes of course there was.
Taking the drive to Donkey Hill (sic) on a regular basis as a child I alway kept an eye out for Donkey's it wasn't till I was a teenager that I realised it was Donchi Hill. I have fond memories of coming here with my mum and hunting terrestrial orchids. I have some photos of my son when he was very little running through 1000's of chocolate lilies, so many that his legs were painted purple!
Today we were back but we were hunting caches! My mum GeoGranni has fond memories of coming here with her father looking at terrestrial orchids. It's a special place.
Today we found the cache, quiet a few leopards a big clump of wax lips and hundred of chocolate lilies ready to flower

Found with Tassie Trekkers as we head to the Qld Mega. A lot of history in this lovely town. A clever hide, but found sitting unattached, judging by the design we thought it should be attached to something. TFTC
Found while walking with border bushwalking club , the wild flowers were
out and the birds were chirping. Nice picnic area

We noticed as we made our way to this one that Google maps has it as "Donkey" track also. At the top of Donchi hill we spent some time looking before Mrs Jacko finally made the find. As we were leaving we decided this is probably the smallest Bingley cache we have found.

Not comfortable being in the bush on dark but what a great cache to finish the day with
Found just after dark. Lucky the phone has a torch app. Brilliant cache thanks Bingley
Another bush one, boys were racing around trying to beat Dad to this one! Dad won though.
On our way to do a Chiltern National Park tour, caching and for Mrs Spy Inc. bird watching and photography. After finally organizing my new fishing tackle box to be my caching toolbox, everything (replacement logs, tools etc.) I think I need, I didn't even use it as I found a thin stick did the job ... DOH. Haha but a good hide ... TFTC Bingley3638
What a surprise spot on a drive around the maze of trails in the area
A beautifully constructed picinic table and fireplace on top of the ridgeline.
Hey there's even a hitching rail for the donkeys
Nearby I found the bolthole and found out why it is called that
What's with all these finds being claimed without signing the logbook !! [:o]
Extracting the very neat and shiny cache container took mere seconds with a tool supplied by mother nature
[red]Yes!!! Poke it with a stick people !![/red]
If you don't find the logbook you are missing out on the joke

A bit of a wander around the North-East today with Bettyboo3747, finishing up around Chiltern joined by Chewin.
We were wandering around these back tracks, so we came to the donkey's bolthole. We had a previous finder who tried to misdirect us, but the GPS was accurate. A strange hide to find out here.
Thanks, Robmc.

I don't think we can quite claim a FTF here but we did find a blank logbook so we can pretend. Pretty good co-ords made this not to hard.
Out on my own today while Mr X is training in Chiltern. This is my first time in the place and very impressed on the local proud attitude. We are here on the annual garage sale day. There are over 60 places showing balloons at their front fence for any interested buyers. What a great idea.
I had not checked out all the updates on this one until after looking for 1/2 in the original spot. Then checking to see only that it was unavailable so gave up on it.
I look forward to returning to the town and finishing off the rest of the caches in the area and this one will be on my list. Thanks Bingley3683 very impressed with your town

We found a cache container with no lid and log nowhere to be found. Looks like the Donkey has bolted. Sorry we didn't have another log on us to replace it but we didn't have anything suitable to act as a cap to stop water getting into the container either.

#2931 We were quite surprised to pull up at the trailhead to see tables and chairs and a fire place. This would be an awesome place for a picnic lunch. We took the overgrown trail toward GZ on foot however we had a bit of a chuckle regarding the attempts to close the track to vehicular access - perhaps the logs need to be a little bigger. Looks like everyone is behaving themselves though. After a nice stroll we found ourselves at GZ and we located the very nice cache container. Our thanks to Bingley 3683 for the fun on this one - we loved the container.
A half day out caching in the area Corowa through to Chiltern. Only 15 for the day, but we got to do a bit of bush bashing in the Explorer. Had with me 3 of the kids (Jasmine, James and Jemma). They had a fun day and a bit of a late lunch in the bush at the end of it.
Lucky last for the day in fading light. Parking was pretty close, and the tired girls waited in the car while me and James searched. I noticed all I needed to see to make the find... Tricky, but another interesting spot. Time to head home.

Found on a trip out in the sun. Hide made sense when found but micros are like that. Clever.
One of 37 finds for the day with bogonghazy on our third day around Wang & surrounds. This spot seemed to upset both our Garmins today and it took a wee while for them to settle, but bogonghazy used common sense, and had the cache in hand after a short search. Thanks to Bingley3683
On a tour of Wang and district with my good mate Sully1, this was our Chiltern Chase. This one took a while to spot as we were looking in all the obvious places. Dohh!
Anyway, once we trusted the co-ords, this clever hide and well named cache was in hand.
Nice work again Bingley3683

Country caches, we just luv them. We were unsure of where this was taking us but we enjoyed the drive along good graded roads in the bush. Smooth as and plenty of dust, I spent most part of today (15th April) cleaning it out from all parts of the car. Parked at the required spot as we tried to connect Donchi with donkey! Oh well after this one we thought we would give Lappin's track a go as well. Thanks Bingley fro the drive..
Please accept my apologies for "boilerplate logs" this week. Caching during the day and socialising at night leaves little time to do real justice to each cache log. Found today whilst attending OZ MEGA. Did the tour to Yackandandah and Beechworth townships picking up smilies and ten icon types. Thanks for the cache in such a wonderful area.
Nice easy find. Had a great day out, this was 1 of 21 we completed today. TNLN Thanks for the cache.

Certainly the name didn't make too much sense before arriving to GZ, apart from the sign nearby, but didn't fully explain it. Once the cache was spotted however, then it became clear. This is such a great area for caches and so it's not surprising to see you've placed a few around here.

FTF. It's very rare for me to make a wise choice but today was the day.
