How ever did the old blokes come up with this cache name! Found this one OK, love the smell of these trees. I believe we should be planting lots of these on our farms - great shelter for animals. Thanks.
On my way to St Arnaud for the weekend as I picked a spot on the map with lots of green dots that I hope to turn a few into yellow smileys.
I have found a couple of billywillysillydilly’s caches and remember getting a laugh out of their team name.
Thanks the old blokes TFTC.

Having a couple of days caching in and around Bendigo as well as a couple of country drives. We certainly saw loads of lovely country side and interesting places. Sorry about the generic logs but appreciate the time and effort that all COs have given to place these caches in your areas. Happy caching to all.
Visiting Bendigo and today was out and about in the countryside. Due to the number of caches found on the day I am doing a generic log. I acknowledge all the CO's for their great effort in placing these caches in their locations. Cache found and log signed. TFTC
Out this morning with one of the OGomells in search of unfound caches between Marong and Bridgewater. Seen this cachers name around the traps! TFTC
TFTC - family Sunday, which means Geocaching day. Today we are exploring around the Marong and Inglewood area on this lovely Autumn day. Quick find from the kids.
Nice hide. Quick easy find.
Spending a family day out & about cache finding.

While on our way to Mildura for the weekend we pulled over for the nice easy cache. Thanks for the cache
On my way home from an enjoyable long weekend staying at the old family home in Tarnagulla and decided to take the long way home and gather some caches along the way.
A nice quick find at gz here, thanks for the cache old blokes.

We're out for a drive and to grab some geocaches. Heading from Maryborough to Bridgewater to have a pie and maybe a swim. We're using geocaching as our inspiration to tour some historic sites. Thanks
Getting very warm out today so nice to find a bit of shade, geokids amazed by tree growing through fence.
Found while on my way to Swan Hill, to attend my cousins funeral, what better way to break the drive than grab a few caches, and as I have been passing this way often, sooner or later I will find most along the route. Thanks to the old blokes, from another old bloke
We just completed one of his and so on the way home it seemed rather fitting to a 'our heros' one. TFTC
Caching in the Bendigo area for a couple of days and decided to do a loop out this way. This one was on our list and an easy find when we reached GZ. Bet that team name is difficult to fit in on a nano logbook! TFTC
14th find of the day out of 16 in total with BeardedMuggle.
Cool username.
Sorry for the delayed, short & boring log, I'm terrible at logging and leave it too long then forget, but I always enjoy caching, so I can at least say it was a good day out, just write down the GC codes with a date and say I'll do it later, but later is generally not the same day, or week, or month or sometimes even year. REALLY need to catch up.
Cheers & T.F.T.C =]
Safe travels and hoppy caching!

One that we missed on our previous run through here. We love the concept of this series and it is always interesting to read about the featured cachers. TFTC.
After caching around the St Arnaund area for three days it was time to head home, I had heard there were some quality caches over at Wedderburn so I decided to head that way before making my way home, it was a little tricky caching with the van in tow but I manged to grab quiet a few quality cahes. Thanks the old blokes for the cache.
Another good find while exploring the area.
Thanks for making my drive / walk fun!

The grass here was as high as an elephant's eye and we nearly got lost in it! Managed to SL at 12.14pm Left: windmill PT #4137 TFTC the old blokes - done a few caches by billywillysillydilly 14/25
Visiting the family in Bendigo and we decided to go out and see the sights and do some caches with the GeoFamily. Our sixth cache for the day and Mrs Pooky and the GeoSister initially reneged due to the route to GZ being very swampy and muddy but Mr Pooky lead the way around the puddles. After Mrs Pooky threw the GPS across the swamp to Mr Pooky, thank goodness it was a great throw and an even better catch, he soon had the cache in hand. TFTC and bringing us to this area. Been to Bendigo numerous times but had never ventured beyond. TNLN.
After a wet night, we fought through the roadside puddles and long wet grass for a successful find. Tftc
Thanks for the hide terrible trouble to get top off but eventually managed needs new log . TFTC. LS
Had a great day out caching and enjoyed finding all the caches in the Our heroes series together with a couple of others along the way.
We have come to Bendigo to spend the week here and this was our first full day after arriving yesterday and spending the afternoon at the event.
Today we drove out to Inglewood and enjoyed some lunch in the park.
After eating it was time to get down to the serious business of caching We followed the road back to Bendigo and managed to sign the log on every one of your heroes along th way. We were very impressed with the variety of caches and some of the different locations along the way. We are hoping this drive is a good reflection on some of the other caches we may find on our week away.

The ETA on the navigator was getting close to the scheduled walk start time but not close enough that I couldn't stop here for a search. Another nice quickun at 09:20 and I was off.

Cool TFTC. Notice the Calder gotten a bit more traffic at the moment. Hey a comment out of the blue. Blue sky today ish
Find #1594. billywillysillydilly must be a local cacher. I haven't heard of him before. TFTC
Didn't think that I was going to be able to find this one. Very wet under foot and starting to rain again. I love these trees and the age to them. Lucky it was a quick find, TFTC
After setting up camp for the weekend Sean.75, Jenno3, kenare and myself hit the road to pick up a few before tea. Tftc and the series along here.
Found this one after passing it hmmm who do we blame there... Kenare. Found the cache out in the open sort of so we tried to disguise it a little better tftc
General consensus is I'm a crap navigator!!!! There goes my chance a 'navigator of the year' award!! We overshot the mark so we went a lil offroad to get back to gz. Cache was a lil exposed and a lil bit damp, but log in good condition. Tftc
Missed the turnoff for this one due to poor navigating from my co-pilot, so cross country we must go. Once at Gz the cache was located quickly. Cigc. Tftc
We had a birthday party to attend in Marong so we (neisha07, becca85 & Muggle Dad) left early and took the loooooong way there. Some very cool places visited and caches found as well as some more by torchlight on our way home as Mum is on a mission to hit a milestone at a certain event. A great day! TFTC!
We cached our way the long way to Marong this afternoon and grabbed as many caches as we could in the time we had. Lots of fun was had! TFTC
I have an aim to reach my #1000 by next weekend. With my closest cache a good 40 minute drive from home, I need to make sure to utilise any chance I get. Tonight we have a Birthday dinner in Marong so boo09, neisha07 & Muggle husband/Dad headed off a couple of hours earlier than needed to take quite a detour to nab as many caches as we could in the time we had. Off via some new caches in Dunolly, Moliagal then up to Bridgewater and we geocached our way down the highway into Marong until we ran out of time.
I've not yet met billywillsillydilly but the name is very familiar to me when caching around the area. TFTC

Found with itashoughthing on the way back from Inglewood. On arriving at GZ I thought we might have to spend some time searching for this cache in all the possible hiding spots but itsahoughthing spotted it straight away. Also took a photo of the nearby sculpture. Thanks for the cache.
Find No. 1315. Found at 4.38pm.
An afternoon drive with geodog Penny on board to go over to Inglewood, Bridgewater and down the Calder a bit, to grab a few caches to fill in the afternoon.
In amongst the peppercorn trees, how nice the bit of breeze was here, considering how warm it had got today. Penny just loved this spot. She layed down and enjoyed the breeze, as she is getting rather hot and bothered by now.
Took car and lion in bathtub. Left elephant and a rhino.

Sorry for the generic log, trying to quickly log all my recent finds before I forget them all.
Lord Rossatron and I went on a road trip to Bendigo to do a spot of geocaching while going to attend a funeral in Melbourne on the Monday. The goal was to find our 100th cache on our trip, with our current total on 61 we were going to have a busy 2 days. Our trip reached a little roadblock when we blew our tyre and we lost a little more time changing it than we care to admit. After completing a drive that should have taken 4 hours if not caching in 8 hours we were very pleased to finally reach our destination. Luckily we took a major dint out of our goal finding 28 geocaches on the way, so we could have a slightly more relaxing trip back. A quick drive around Bendigo 2 days later had us find another few caches getting our total to 95 before it was time to drive home, and re visit some of the caches we drove past or DNF the first trip. Success!! Finding the few caches we DNF we managed to get to the 100th Cache. Will sleep easy over the next few days. TFTC

Found at 2.28 pm with geosister Meekmink on a day of geocaching from Bendigo to Bridgewater. After a quick look around sis was on to it and had the cache in hand. Loving this series and happy to see a dedication to one of my favourite cachers and people - billywillysillydilly Thank you for the cache 'The Old Blokes'. # 15/16 for the day
I really enjoyed finding this cache, managed to make harder work of getting to it than necessary but a good spot.
Three down! The drive from Bridgewater to Bendigo is going to take longer than I planned
Returning from spending the night at Wychitella, I did some caching. I found this one in drizzly rain. tftc.
Crusty.

Caching along the Calder had become a series of mad dashes between caches, hoping like mad that a semi didn't catch up with me before I could stop again
Not exactly my idea of a relaxed caching day, but I wasn't in a hurry and waited for the gaps
Here was another great little spot to get out of the way of the B-Dubbles and go for a stroll to find a cache [^]
Quick find !! Ta !!
Not to be sneezed at

Excellent hiding spot so close to a major highway. Lots of goodies and in good condition. T4TC
Took the geokids to Bridgewater for a day of fishing and thought we would do a couple of caches on the way home. Sent geokids into the trees to get it and with in minutes Mr 8 had found it! Thanks! Nothing left nothing taken.
After spending a fantastic morning jumping out of a plane at Australian Skydive, decided to find a few nearby caches before heading home. Tftc
Out for a drive to Inglewood for the Anzac day service and stopped for a few caches along the way. Easy find...TFTC
Found on our way home from the Wedderburn Events. A quick few grabs before turning towards Ballarat. Many thanks for the hide.
After spending the weekend in Wedderburn for the geocaching events the geokids (aged 4 & 6) and I headed home randomly stopping for caches. A nice quick grab by master 4 and we were off again! Many thanks
