Had a good look but all we found was a magnet. The cache may have become detached.
Hard to find in the dark... On our way to Cofffs
Had a good look with three sets of eyes too.
Saw plenty of spiders though.

Travelling from Newcastle to Byron Bay today, so persuaded the family that we needed to find some geocaches to break up the journey. Quick find here, TFTC.

Nice easy find on my way to Port Mac for work this week Thanks for the cache!
We were on our way to a Rural Fire Service conference at Wauchope when we found this cache. It was in a good and secure location - and was dry! We had to watch out for parking muggles, though. TFTC, akira13.
Heading north to attend pprass's Mid North Coast camping event we were grabbing a few of the local caches along the way. We have stopped at many of these rest areas on this trip north and this is the first one that we have found deserted when we arrived which mad for a nice easy search and our name has now been added to the log. Thanks akira13 for sowing us this rest stop, it's a shame that some people are such pigs.
Our 6751st overall find.
Found on a day out with Marcus Vitruvius up to and around Harrington and Taree. Walked right to the correct spot and found the cache just sitting there right in front of my eyes.
Thanks akira13 for the cache.

On a day off work, I headed north with Big Matt to grab a few caches around Harrington and Taree, and this was the second stop of the morning. Coords were spot on, and led us straight to the cache.

A quick stop, thankfully, as we are hoping to make it to our campsite before all the rain starts to fall.
Dad grabbed it while everyone else was still looking at the sign.
TFTC P.S the log is all full up and will need replacing ASAP

Brought the caravan up from Belmont to Forster and beyond for a few days caching around this lovely neck of the woods or should that be coast?
Took us a few minutes using car GPS. Looked but didn't see it until about the third time. Getting old? Thanks akira13.

Needed a stretch so why not grab a cache as well, hardly any muggles around so a quick & easy find was made.

This was the fourth of our finds on the way up north to Port Macquarie. Its good to have these caches in the rest area to encourge regular breaks on long trips. We pulled up with no muggles about. A quick find and then we completed the signing duties and re hid and then back to the car. TFTC
Had to find this as, my premium membership would be running out soon... Nice easy find. Thanks
The Booo's are heading on a holiday up north and what's a family holiday without a spot of caching
A very quick find then back on the road thanks

Found while completing a trip around the north east of NSW with my family for the State challenge
#1741-The family were heading north to get a cache in each of the last few regions the boys and I required for the State Challenge. Coming into Taree, this was our first. A nice quick find in the obvious spot. Thanks.
A quick find in a spot we've driven past many times before. The rain was just starting to fall while we were here.
Thanks

A nissan was parked near the spot, we waited for a while but had to move on, will come back another day
# 2305. Found in the company of Robmc as we were heading north from Sydney. A nice quick find here and onwards we went. Rob also realised he had forgotten to log this one from a previous trip. Oops . TFTC
The bullet holes in the sign wouldn't really fill the uneducated traveller with too much joy. I guess this was part of the concellation in regards to the Taree bypass? Cache was easy enough to find. Method of securing was however, different. TFTC!
We had the GPS loaded with all the caches on the Pacific HWY as we headed north.
I made sure that our quick driver change resulted in a quick find as well.

We have found a nice little spot at the Coopernook Hotel to park the caravan and go off caching. Today we headed out towards Old Bar and enjoyed finding this cache. We enjoyed the scenery and having a look around the area. We replaced the log scroll.
Thanks to akira13.

We found this cache during our vacation in Australia. Thanks for hiding in this beautiful area.

It always amuses me when I see road side signs all shot up, as this one was. Shooting at harmless signs isn't my idea of a fun evening.
But I guess the people who shoot signs might think that finding little boxes near such signs is a strange hobby too .
Thanks

We were on our way north to the Mid North Coast Event, so this was done as part of that trip. We found this one easily before entering Taree. We also found a coin in the cache. Thanks
Another find with fitzy_1965 as we headed north to Taree to have a go at the Mid North Coast Power Trail. Managed to find this one quickly and we were soon on our way again. Always pleased when that happens.

5033 + 572 = 5605. Found on the way up to Taree today.
Sol de Lune and I are heading up to Taree to do the Mid North Coast Wander. We managed to grab a couple of caches on the drive up. This was the sixth. While SDL distracted the muggles near GZ I made the grab. Thanks akira13 !

With perfect Great Lakes weather to enjoy, we created a list of unfound caches just to the north of Pacific Palms. Initially we were going to wait for the car ahead to drive off, that didn't happen so we just plunged in, signed the log and headed off.

An excellent way to break up the journey home and stretch the legs after running in the Lake Macquarie Running Festival 10.5km event.
Legs were a bit stiff when I got out of the car.

I am sure that I have done one here before, cranked up the heater in the geo-mobile and soon had the damp log dried out. The magnets require some work if it is to last, thanks.

We immediately saw something that did not belong. The log container has come loose from the camo, and the log is wet.
Located with Skypirate~ and AuroraEve. TFTC. First time seeing one of these in operation other than eBay The log was wet though.
Geo dad just grabed it before I was even out of the car and yes it needs some tlc. I SL and put back safe.
I have also uploaded a munzze.
Enjoy.

Found after an appointment in Forster and then I had one in Taree. I had driven past it a few times before finding the time to stop and make the find. I found the co-ordinates within a meter or so using my smartphone, so no complaints here. A magnet has come off again, sorry to say.

Read a couple of logs about this cache coming to GZ so we stayed in the car at GZ to see who could spot the cache first. Great idea. TFTC
What a great hide, we spotted it as we drove up and positioned the car to give us a bit of cover from the muggle traffic. Not sure how long this one will last. Top hide well done akira13.
When I pulled up there was a muggle having morning tea in his van right at GZ, so I pulled in behind and had some of my own and waited for him to finish and leave. Cache was quickly found after that.
Thanks.
Thanks.
The last find for the night on our way home. This one is quite a daring hide. I spotted the cache from quite a distance in the car headlights. TFTC x] The Eyles Crew

A quick visit to the Xmas event in Sydney, then north up the coast with Bettyboo3747.
This one popped up on the GPSr, which was strange as I recognized the hide. I looked it up and found that I had done it with Pprass when it first came out, but as it wasn't in my GPSr, I had forgotten to log it. Well, here is my log - a bit late!
Thanks, Robmc.

Found at 3.50pm GAFF1 in the company of Robmc. The last cache of our 4 day trip to Newcastle and Lake Macquarie and we are now heading back to Port Macquarie.
We like these type of hides that are bold and in plain view. We came stopped here a few years ago for a Cookie cache that was in a precarious spot - hope this one has a better life!
Thanks akira13.
